roger brown: I want to say thanks for the help today. The individuals were not afraid to go that little bit extra to find something that would work.I have not had this type of help in a very long time. You know like the JC Penny and Belk days in the 90s where customer service was nice, helpful, and friendly. Always made you want to go back again.
Janelle Haynes: I want to publicly acknowledge Ruth Day's professionalism and expertise. She met with me to discuss lighting in our in-construction home, and it was evident from the first couple minutes, she's amazing at her job. She's clearly very good at sensing her clients' style and priorities, while being able to make informed suggestions while keeping the buyer's budget in mind. The really impressive part, however, was that when the kitchen wiring was unclear, she personally drove out to the construction site and spoke to the builder to ensure the wiring for pendant lights over the island was in place. Talk about dedication to ensuring your clients have a great experience!

Joel Laboy: Ive been trying to review for weeks but been so tied up i finally had the time, i had a problem with my moms fan light receiver that was purchased from them over a year ago. After reinstalling it with a longer down rod i couldnt get light to work again. Went back to mid south lighting and even though the whole staff is awesome i have two people that really stood out david and chris, not gonna get into much detail but they are a true example of what exceptional customer service is all about, thank you so much david and chris and the awesome team at mid south lighting

As an African American female living in the south, this is frequently not the customer service that I encounter. I will buy all my light bulbs & light fixtures from here in the future.

Greatly Montgomery Jr: Worked thru Unicorn group at the Fayetteville location and this company is a joke. I was told that i would be hired on permanently once i proved myself only to be let go so that Kyle could hire his niece and 1 of the contractors cousin. There is no professionalism or loyalty there at all. They lie to your face all it is about is making a bigger bonus for Kyle
David .Baxter: My name is David Baxter , my business is Baxters Electrical Service. I've been in business for 36 years and have never given a company a review, but with the way things are now I am so happy with the service I get from all your employees, starting with Grant the manager and Arron at the counter and Clifford and Kyle in sales and David in the whare house. They all work together with me and give me great service. You have a great team here. I use to do business with City Electric and still do but I try to do most of my sales with them. Grant has done a great job of keeping things in stock.
