Laurie Hoffman: This is for Zero stars not one. We have dealt with this company for 4 years. We picked up and paid when picking up product from their warehouse and never had a problem. A month ago we paid another way and they said they would deliver to us directly. We spoke directly with the owner and he said he would deliver the next week and call us back with more information on time and date. He never called back, never answered any phone calls, or emails and seems to have disappeared. Do not use this business!
Steve Clark: They take your money and never ship. The only part of their business that seems to work is the cash register. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.
Dave Ryan: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!I emailed Mindys Materials to purchase a product that they have posted for sale. MM returned a email with an invoice for a $40 higher price than was posted on their site. Being as the product was still priced in a decent range, I used PayPal to purchase. Though after two weeks of no shipping confirmation, no return emails, no answered phone calls, no response to PayPal messages, and MMs website being down for "maintenance", I contacted PayPal for a refund. I received my refund from PayPal, but in the process of giving PayPal supporting information to get my money back I found that this isn't the first time that MM has done this sort of thing. I found MMs Ebay store to have many reviews similar to mine, taking payment, no shipping, and no response... Horrible Company look for your products elsewhere!!!

Gerald Gaynor: I purchased a Jacuzzi from the Daphne, Al store over a month ago and it was delivered within 5 days but the tub was cracked and I've been trying to get a replacement for almost a month. When I call they said they will track it and call me back which they never have after 6 calls I still don't have my replacement. I guess my final step is to ask for a refund.
