Tricia Bridges: We had a flat tire last night and stopped at a convenience but the nozzle was broken. We pulled into the Autozone on Eastern Blvd and were hoping they could put some air in the tire, Tasha said they didn't have the capability at the store but she had a portable air tank in her car and would be happy to help us. She went above and beyond what she gets paid for and we really appreciate it. Thanks Tasha!!

E. Patrick Walker: I was with a friend who had to return some parts. The staff for most part were professional and customer friendly. The store itself from what I seen was clean and well maintained. However there was a member of the staff who had a poor choice of vocabulary. I believe that when you work in the public you leave at behavior at home. This is why they only receive a four. I worked thirty plus years in retail/customer services. It's not that the issue bother me so much but you never know when a customer will bring a child into the store. Not sure that I would go back.

Neither worked. Pretty maddening when you think you’ve purchased something that will fix your problem. Aside from that, the service at this location was just kinda cold and blasé. Who cares though right?

Store management came out and they explained to him how it was done and while one started to take the battery out the other one went inside with us to purchase a new one.The entire experience took less than 30 minutes and every thing is fine now. This doesn't sound like such a big deal, right? It was. Trust me. Without going into it, let's just say I was in an intense situation. (Huge understatement) I needed to be on the road asap. I don't know anyone in Fayetteville and thought I might need to find a mechanic to fix the wiper. (I thought the wiper wand may have broken, but thank God it wasn't.) Some parts places won't do it because they're afraid they might damage your vehicle. I thanked DeLorean many times and even offered him money in gratitude. He refused it over and over while wishing me a Merry Christmas. I had walked into the store worried to tears but left grateful, with one less burden during an extremely trying time. Thank you again, Sir! I appreciate the kind and comforting words as well!
Sheena Percival: I went in to exchange a part that was the wrong size for my vehicle. I was met with not the most pleasant attitude. I had been going through a lot the last few days and the callousness did not help. I damn near had a breakdown in the store. Tears of frustration fell from my face as I tried to get the right part. Something moved the heart of the person originally assisting me and I was met with Joe. Joe assured me it would be okay. Tears still fell silently as I tried to have faith in what had already been a trying week. Well Joe saved the day and my car. I was able to get the parts needed and get back running. Joe if you ever read this....know that you were more than a representative helping a customer. Your help made all the difference in the world for my safety and well being. Please never forget to be human. People are people and you never know. Granted it was obvious that I was going through something, you have no clue how deep.
