Park to the right side and checkin with the guardshack. Empty bins pickup needs a PO number starts with 500 or 9The official shipping/contractor entrance (for normal load pickups) is the second entrance on Bethune Dr. Turn right on Bethune. Then take the first right into the plant. Checkin with the guardshack

Riley Graves: Good year should have to pay for any drivers who get a ticket sitting in this yard for THREE HOURS.Drop yard needs a new system. There are too many trailers for the lot. Too many trucks in at the same time. A group trucks spent over an hour just sitting on the lot waiting for tailers to be brought in from a mile down the road.
Greg Dearing: I work there! Best salary, best bosses and management, no complaints! Someone complained about a smell. There's no unpleasant odor outdoors or inside. I wish I could have gotten hired there 50 yrs ago.
Ansiro Desetta: Anyone looking to work maintenance here take heed and know this. It is not based on your knowledge or compentancy,nor your experience. It is based primarily on a biased opinion of who you are and if you "fit" their idea of being part of their status quo. Ive taken the testing(passed),done several interviews,answered endless e-mailed,etc.... And the end result is that these people finally get in contact with you after a month and a half to two months by e-mail just to let you know you are being "considered"for a "future opportunity". Well with that being said I was told that this means you're not out for getting the position,they just chose someone who had a relative or friend working there. That's why I won't waste my time on this company ever again. I took my skills elsewhere to get a reliable position. Don't waste your time with these people who have twisted ethics to fit their agenda

Andy H.: Constant tire smell in the vicinity of the Good Year plant DAILY. Try not to live in the area. The smell is awful, especially on rainy days.Traffic gets really bad around the morning school commute time. I’m guessing the shift probably ends around 7am there.

Grant answered my phone call and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgable and the answers he was unable to provide me, he knew where to go and who to ask, and promptly called me first thing the following morning. Great customer service! Jay Son: Scott said he was going to go to my place and help me with my broken AC/heat. Then he never did. I kept reaching out to him, he would say he would do it, and then wouldn’t. After three attempts, three promises, the conversation ended with him ignoring me.He is a nice guy, but he totally wasted my time, and didn’t do what he said he would do.
Steve T: Scott came out to work on the A/C unit in a rental property I own. He was extremely responsive, courteous, and was able to remedy several other issues while taking care of the main problem. Since I don’t live near the property, he sent me multiple pictures and a video the issues with the A/C unit and of the work he performed. He worked into the night to make sure the unit was functioning properly, as evidenced by the last photo he sent. He did this work all for a good price.Not living locally means that I need to have a lot of trust in any contractor who goes to the home to perform work. I will definitely use Philips again, but hopefully I won’t have to any time soon.
Jen Serrano: This a great team! Excellent services! If I was able to get 10 stars this would be the one! We have had many past experiences with other companies etc. Scott(owner) and Amy(technician) are amazing and so is Adolfo and friend. ( Didnt catch his name)🤷♀️ BEST SERVICES EVER! I have never ever seen a owner stay and double check EVERYTHING I know after this service call I will only be using them.
C Fore: Got a quote for an HVAC job from a different company for a ridiculous price, Philips came out and did all the work for about 1/3 of that. Plus, they were amicable, explained everything they were doing, and finished all the work in a timely manner. Hands down we’ll use Philips for all other HVAC related issues in the future. :)
Michelle Long: These guys are nicest most honest people. They do exactly what needs to be done without giving you long delays or overcharging you. I was charged 110 for another service to come out and just look at my HVAC without attempting to fix it. Phillips came out and having knowledge of the charge from the other company, the Technician did not charge me for their fee to inspect. They busted their butt to get my HVAC running. Really great people!
Gloria Cambre: We have been using Phillips Mechanical Services for more than 7 years and we have never been disappointed. He is prompt to reply the phone calls and to schedule a visit to assess the issues and give us options for the needed repairs, he is very professional and efficient. We highly recommend him!

Tim Brown: I don't write reviews ever but the cooperation I received from Scott Phillips was outstanding. I live in Washington state and am military but own rental property in Raeford, NC. My rental management company retained Phillips Mechanical's services and an estimate was given. My rental company failed to convey all of the pricing that was explained to them and just sent me a huge bill. I had to fire them and figure the issues out with Scott. He was very understanding and explained all that he'd done (including emergency weekend servicing) and several service calls back out to my residence to ensure that my tenants had air during the hot summer months. Once we were in contact the issue was wrapped up with some compromise from both parties and he was nice enough to send me a new bill with pictures of the installed unit! This, in my experience, is unheard of customer service. Period. I would highly recommend this company and use them again for any further issues. Thank you Phillips Mechanical for your service to the community. If only more contractors were as helpful and understanding!!!

Also they do have of the most unprofessional management systems in place, being they are rude, unorganized, and unwilling to deal with problems with their customers. They take advantage of your business and do not perform the task they are paid for. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time and headache with this company.

What has that done for my property value!? The taxpayers of Brunswick county should not be victimized twice by having to foot the bill (whether by higher taxes or water bills) for the multi million dollar RO system to try to make our water drinkable!! One of "my options" was a whole house filter. Instead they tried to pacify me with a prepaid card for water. 🤦🏻♀️ Then I was told I may be approved for ONE filter for my kitchen faucet. So I'm supposed to brush my teeth in the kitchen!! Are Chemours CEO's brushing their teeth in their kitchens?! What if I have cuts or scratches on my legs from yard work? Is my shower water going to give me cancer while I am trying to clean my body?! If these filters are the next best thing, WHY ISN'T CHEMOURS USING THEM!! This is not over! You don't get to ruin my health or take my life through premeditated murder!

As we say at Chemours, "Profits Before Responsible Manufacturing"!!In several reviews, people have asked how the executives sleep at night, knowing that their chemicals are poisoning the locals. It's really very easy to sleep, on a mattresses stuffed with the money they've saved by just dumping their effluent into the river, rather then spend the cash to clean it first.One more comment: I'll bet none of these comments are ever read by anyone in charge at Chemours. That might make them feel ever so slightly guilty. Greed will do that to you.(see photo for some of your handy work)
