Ann Smith: Use this law firm at your own risk. It's pretty shady after talking to Jeff L. that when I arrive 5, my house 5 cops are waiting to swarm my car. This was after he agreed to represent me. He then lied to police and told them he would get this law firm to send someone to the jail to represent me and, on top of that, told police himself that he would be representing me and the cost to represent me. 3 days in jail, waiting for this poor excuse of a law firm to send someone. By the time a bail bondsman got me out, no one had shown up. To this day, I am still waiting for Jeff to call me back. Jeff L. Is a liar and a manipulator, and I guarantee he was the one who told cops where I would be and when. If you hire this deplorable law firm as representation, just know it may infact cost you your freedom, and on top of that, they will lie to police.

When I say no progress. I am mean absolutely none. The first attorney is not working there anymore. However, he had everything he needed from me to proceed. I have been handed off three more times and meanwhile my childsupport continues to grow; I cannot afford two years of these past payments. My email traffic along with call log traffic is one way (over 2 years worth). Is it astonishing to me that I can't get one update from anyone. Maybe I should just call the child support office and show them my continued efforts that go unanswered. Please, help me with my case.

angela fleet-holden: Don’t be fooled by the nice talk. They told me 5,000.00. To fix the sorry work of another attorney. That filed the wrong paperwork and speak for me and my daughter. But to my surprise the must have been working for my ex-husband. She would not ask for more time only having my paperwork for 4 day. There was a holiday in all that. She did not file the contempt charges on my ex-husband for child custody. Nor did she look into that my documents where falsified. I ask there Secerity 3 times before saying yes. To make sure they can’t say they don’t understand. I have over 5 years worth of documents. They didn’t talk to or subpoena anyone. She told me to my face I can go in and tell the judge the truth. But she was not going to do anything. So before using them make sure you have nothing to lose. Because at the end of the day my daughters life means the world to me. You better read every review about everyone. After one day in court you will lose you family and money. Nobody is worth 3,500. I had to borrow every dime. If You have nothing to show for it. This the funny part she tells me I can handle the court on November 16, 2020 at 9 am. I call back to ask why I have to go to court on this day. What is my date of put out of my house. It’s a virus going on. My lawyer did not fight or say anything on my behalf. I’m on disabled but she expected my to move with in 60 days. So who was she fighting for in court. I get to court today to find out that’s her filing paperwork date. I was not supposed to get that. What are we getting law degrees out the Box’s of Cracker Jack. For that kind of money. For all the work they didn’t do I should get half my money back. My daughter don’t thank you for keeping her away from her mother. Stop taking case that children are abused spouses are involved. You make us feel like we being chocked and bet on all over again. If anyone want to see my paperwork just ask. The see if you want to us this lawyers office.

Sherlly Cadeau: This firm is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I moved to NC in 2018, 2 days later, I was involved in a automobile accident. The day after my accident, I went to see a Chiropractor. I explained to him what occurred in terms of my accident and he recommended me to this Firm. Silly me, I neglected to do my homework on reputable Law Firms in the area which I now REGRET... I’m almost 3 years in to dealing with this firm and I found it extremely odd that I had to collect a lot of my own medical records myself due to the lackadaisical performance of Quinn’s paralegal Liz. I’ve called that firm so many time and asked to return my multiple calls and got maybe, 1-2 meaningless call back from 2018 up till now, 2021🤦🏾‍♀️. I called a few more times over the pass weeks and asked to spk with my paralegal so I can get some update on my paperwork and I was told that liz wasn’t available till next week and they will have her give me a call when she returns (again, I got nothing the following week.) I called again a few days later and ask to spk with Mrs. Quinn and was told she wouldn’t be available until next week and they will have her give me a call the following week and AGAIN, I got nothing. I called yesterday again twice to spk with my lawyer and AGAIN, I got nothing😡. Prior to that I’ve made multiple trips to the law firm hoping I’ll find this Lawyer so we can sit down and discuss my case and I wasn’t surprise that I came up short AGAIN. Every time I try to contact Risa she was either not available or on vacation. Every time i asked the staff to have her return my callS, I got nothing. Now I’m fed up!!! I had to call a lawyer thats not affiliated with this firm to get advice about my case, which is pretty pathetic, and to my surprise he told me that personal injury Lawyer has up to 3 years to Seattle my case or else it will get dismissed. Whether this information was stated in my contract or not, you would think Quinn’s Law Firm would of given me a courtesy call about getting close to the deadline. My case is obviously extensive. Ive seen over 15 doctors for a permanent injury that I now have to live with from this MVA so therefore, I have a plethora amount of medical records that they need to collect and I don’t feel like they are working hard enough on my case. I believe this firm is not capable of dealing with serious accident cases like mine. The entire team comes across clueless which is extremely frustrating and concerning for me because now I’m dealing with more than one issue which are my injuries and the lackadaisical firm staffs. I still have an open case and I still have not spoken to my lawyer yet since the initial visit and one other time to drop of a list of doctors that that I’ve seen from the accident. I have very little to no hope that I will get the settlement that I deserve based on what I’m experiencing with this firm. I guess I will soon find out and I will make sure that I write another review, whether good or bad, after my settlement.So my advice to everyone thats reading this is to do your homework if you feel your case needs to be treated like it’s the law firms love ones case. Because right now, I’m not getting no luv from this firm at all. Good luck to you if want this firm to represent you if you feel like your case is remotely close to being extensive or complicated🍀
