Laura Jamnick: This place is absolutely peaceful and safe for families. The only reason they have bad reviews is because there's people who didn't pay rent or sold drugs and caused trouble so they got kicked out. I've been here 33 years and I wouldn't choose any other place, considering I've had terrible incidents happen elsewhere. If I could give 10 stars I would. The owners are very nice people who looks out for everyone's well being. Everyone looks out for each other and the kids. It's basically a huge family and everyone is welcomed ☺️

Monika Woodson: I absolutely love the property, the only think is they need a new lawn service. They cut the grass but don't bother to weed eat around my friends steps nor his handicap ramp, which makes it more than difficult to go in and come outside, half the time I'm concerned something is hiding in the grass.

Joanne Parker: The lot rent is very high they don't keep it up like it should be the the money u have to pay. I don't live in this park and would not recommend it to no one. I hear very bad remarks on this place .
Joseph Warfield: This neighborhood is not a place that I would want to live. Some residents keep their lots nice but most are trashy and the mobile homes are run down. The roads are full of potholes that will put your vehicle in jeopardy.
cb pierce: Owners are some of the greatest people you will ever deal with. They do care about the tenants well being and keep track of how the older tenants are faring. The park manager is nice and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to move your mobile home then this is the place for you.

Jenna Stone: Trailer park was sold and the new land lord is awesome. On time polite and very understanding and caring . Robert made we want to stay but it’s time for me to leave Fayetteville. NEVER had a problem with neighbors every body minds their own business. The neighborhood is so kind in my experience. Never had a problem with a soul. Only problem I had was with the old land lord Jessica. It took weeks just to get in contact with her I eventually took matters in to my own hands or either delt with it. But that’s all over now because of new management. Not a bad place to live

I Waited after the summer then ask The maintenance guy when can they clean it because it Doesn’t Look Nice. At ALL. He replied yea... we been busy.-Every time I would go to check my mailboxThere would be old guys hitting on me.Good Thing About Living there is That Your Water is Included. It’s Cheap.
