Brandon M: There are 2 massive holes driving here. It seems I must e drove on the wrong end, but these holes were scandalous. I didnt get to visit the other side, but it seemed to be more populated than the area I visited. Most of the trailers were ramshacked, old, and busted. Like I said, I did t get to visit the other side, but it doesnt feel lively at all.

Lina Sanders: There are new owners and I've been here for a few months and I have had no problems. Myplace is good and cheap. I love how every home has a yard, a deck and fence. My kids have lots of room to play and there's even a little play ground. The mainence guy, also manages the park, is very nice and he's quick to address any problems you may have. I've only had 1 issue but it was at no fault of the park. It's very quiet and all the neighbors are nice. The only thing that I don't like is the dirt road. It's very bumpy and lot's of holes so when it rains it turns to big muddy puddles. Since it hardly rains, it's not that much of a problem lol

Alysha Smith: They are complete slum lords . They will make you pay a arm and a leg to move in and never come to fix anything , but when time to move out they will look for every excuse to not give your deposit back . The police is in this neighborhood atleast every other day , but if you just allow them to be slum lords they will look the other way and let the drama continue. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy .

Wanda Johnson: Very nice place, quiet, calm without any drama.
Rhonda rigsby: The trailer park is well kept up. The owner works with the deposit if needed. She's a Christian lady and understands what having a hard time is. The park has changed from being rough and rowdy to calm and clean. Come check it out. Ms Vadis McDonald is the first lady to talk to about the rentals. She has other places for rent also.

Paul Harris: When I signed the lease, I was promised they would run electrical for a washer and dryer and they reneged on that. Even without having a washer, they raised my rent $40 when my wife moved in citing “extra water usage.” One day I went to remove the cover from the panel box to look at it when my receptacles went out and I almost died when it blew up in my face. Still they blamed me and charged me for the damage.

Melissa Cardenas: The people that run the park are very noisy and try to control who can stay the night with you and also if you have kids the owners grand kids say bad words I don't even say. I don't recommend this place at all. The owner has one son that stays drunk and will knock on your door or side of your mobile home at the wee hours of the morning. Its just to much to deal with. The lady that helps you get in is very helpful and they work with you she has been very good to us but there is to much that goes on that they say they can't do nothing about.

Rusted holes in the play area, rusted ride ons with NO seats, trash everywhere, broken swings, spray painted slides. Like please do better!! Or just get rid of it all together!! W.T. Fox (What The Fox?!): If you see reviews for better than 1 star, they are lying. This places is by far the worse place I've ever lived. Nothing gets fixed no matter how many times you put in a work order. Feral cats everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Unsupervised children running around constantly. Loud music almost every day and night, you would think someone was hosting a rave. A few times we had strangers trying to open our front door. Having to play the "was that gunshots or fireworks" game constantly is stressful. Calling it a gated community when the back gate is wide open and the security gate upfront has never worked is a joke. Having rules for a community but no one is enforcing them just defeats the purpose of having rules. The pool is never open. The whole place is a safety hazard. I cannot count how many times we got a memo claiming improvements to the neighborhood would be taking place but the neighborhood never improved. It always seemed to get worse.
Yaizman McIver: Sad to say EVERY negative review is correct. I’ve only had my keys to my home for 18 days and have experienced just about everything negative that has been stated. And I have yet to move in because of it. I keep getting the run around and false information from the staff. The home I received was newly Renovated however it’s also infested. They keep saying they are taking care of the problem but in all honestly I don’t believe they have done anything at all. Nor will they provide me proof that they have.The property mgr even mentioned that everyone has roaches in the community but they have no active account with any pest control company to come spray annually. I’ve been lied to on numerous occasions so I tried to escalate to whomever is over the ones in the office. Only to have the door slammed in my face. Nothing that is ever stated is consistent with the pior conversation nor do they update you on things of importance. So if I was you I would find somewhere else to live. Because this what use to be a nice community is far from it now. And don’t get excited about the pool it’s just for show they have been saying for over a month it’s going to open up “within a week”. They don’t take the tenants here seriously and it shows. The home was NOT cleaned until I said something about it either. I have more videos and pictures but I think you get the point. I also received a high water & sewage bill from them not coming to fix the running toilet I told them about SEVERAL TIMES. UPDATE: The DM has made contact and is going to help me I just pray no one else has to go through this !
Vallerie Robinson: I can not tell you the last time I got rest for stray cats under my trailor. It is becoming to be a big inconvenience. I do not hate any animals but when you have a person feeding them on the regular and nothing being done about it. This is crazy. Lord protect my home. This trailor park is full of them. If anyone would like any free cats please come and get them. I just don't see how you can go up on rent under these conditions. signed bothered tenant
Diamond Ragin: Unfortunately, I have lived here for years and with the new owners everything has gone down. Our air conditioner broke on Thursday, and stills has yet to be fixed, it’s currently 90 degrees in home. There are also a lot of issue with plumbing, my home has flooded and multiple times and has had leaks, management refused to get maintenance to fix it untill I threatened legal action this caused my water bill to be over $700, which I am still trying to pay off. The pool is basically for show it’s never open. I beg you to find a better place to rent, don’t settle for it this place . I also recommend paying attention to negative reviews especially regarding the management. Hopefully I am able to move soon.

Kassandra Birdlow: I would rate lower if I could. When I moved in the AC was broken for about a week and some change. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant with a 4 year old and could not stay in a house that peaked at 95 degrees daily. I was told they would “see about” prorating me for the week I couldn’t stay there and then was told they “just don’t do that”. It took a week and some change for that to be fixed. The floors of the cabinets in both the bathrooms and the kitchen were warped. The guest bathroom mirror was hung on VERY warped nails and the mirror just fell and shattered (my children could’ve easily been hurt). Did I mention when I first moved in someone left pee in the toilet?! My car has been broken into, my trash has been rummaged through - the pool is forever green. Lastly, I was unable to submit the required 30 day notice because the office is damn near always closed and, when they are, I’d have been at work. When I finally could submit it, it was literally a WEEK before I had to go and they said I still wouldn’t get my security deposit back. The young lady in the office was very nice and the maintenance men who did come by were efficient and courteous - unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I could say about this place. Very disappointing.
Pamela Sarris: Looks nice going in, but soon it looks run down. Broken asphalt and concrete. Green pool, debris and junk everywhere. Maintenance and management are a joke. One mobile home has had wood behind on the inside of a broken window for over a year now. Maintenance will not fix a clogged drain line obviously shared between two mobile homes. Groundskeepers don't clean up the grounds.

Management is never available and when they do finally decide to work they are useless in matters that need assistance.. Soon to be 1 less tenant to screw over with misleading expectations in this area.

Miss Nightshade: The pool is their only selling point and the ONE time these people have ever opened it on time was during the height of the pandemic. The rent is cheap at least but remember that you get what you pay for.
