They confirmed it will get fixed and to bring it in. Started yelling at me that it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Told me to take my bike and leave and that he didn’t care. Not my fault they have a heavy workload. This is my 3rd time bringing this junk to them and my son hasn’t rode it 20 times since I purchased it last Christmas. Everything cheap ain’t good. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Bretton Hall: DO NOT BUY HERE. They sold me a scooter first that had a VIN number that was invalid and completely unable to be registered or insured. He knew that when he sold it to me. After taking it back he told me to get the one I'm on knowing that the exhaust system wouldn't stay fully attached to the scooter for very long. He put a bolt in once as I paid him to change my tire. I've taken this scooter back to him and he's telling me that's almost another $300 I have to spend to fix the issue. He knew the issue was there when it was brought in to him by another customer as the scooter wasn't new and he continues to sell faulty motorized vehicles. I've never left a review ever this bad on any business establishment so that goes to serve as a warning.

It was supposed to been brand new but it had more problems than the older one she already had at home. I think she road the older longer than the newer one. I took it back several times and they always find an excuse to charge me and still not fix it right.They also know how to have you wait every time you go back so the customer ends up giving up. Which is what i finally did after getting tired from the back and forth trips and the wait and neglect every time I go.

Teto Sol: For service don't take your ATVs here. Absolutely horrible! They took 3 weeks total hen initially they said 3 days. Secondly they didn't adjust the valves of my 4wheeler correctly. It stopped working within 2 weeks. They didn't own up to it. They also crosswired my ignition switch and it will start in any gear. This ATVs only start in neutral for a safety reason. They messed that up and found out after 3 consecutive dead batteries. If i could give it 0 stars i would!

When my kids out grew those, he hrlped me sell them to a mom who couldn't afford new bikes for her kids. He's awesome to work with!!!!The bikes are Chinese, NOT the big 4 Japanese manufacturers. Do your research. Watch YouTube. They are great but you'll have to tinker with them from time to time.Adrian services what he sells, and has done great work on my Honda XR400R & Honda Rancher 400ES.When I'm in the market again, I'll see Adrian at ACE first!!!

Kent Irvin: Dealing with Flip My Cycle was one of the best dealership interactions I’ve ever had. None of the staff were pushy or overly invasive about selling a bike. At the same time, they were extremely user friendly and helpful. When I got there to test ride a “18 H-D Road Glide Ultra, The shop was about to close for the night, and they had already moved all of the bikes from outside to inside. Instead of telling me no, come back the following day, they moved all of the bikes out of the way to get the Harley out. When it came time to do all of the paperwork, I was at work and Treimain squared everything away so that when I got there all I had to do was sign the documentation and ride off. All I can say is thank you to everyone at FMC! If you’re looking for a new scoot, I personally recommend this place.

We were told the guy would be there that washes the bike so we were expecting for that to happen too. Well the guy that washes bikes didn't show up. Unprofessional!! We were then told that they didn't have the oil filter we needed. Ok, for one thing you have a parts department, second after we were told no oil filter we checked other places and guess what. They had the filter we needed. So we did get the oil changed and they cleaned the filter we had. Not sure we will be back. Raleigh is further for us but they are more organized and this place.

Timothy Lewis: I called in to inquire about forms of payment and price on Polaris Ranger; I live in western Moore County and its a bit of a haul to drive there. Sales person was super friendly but ultimately provided some inaccurate information. Sales manager called back after over hearing conversation and was extremely helpful. This is one of many issues we have had with local dealer (Original Polaris dealer). Needed part was in stock at Megs sister store located in Wilmington another 2 1/2 hour drive after driving 2 1/2 hours from home to be told we were lied to this totaled to an 8 hour round trip for my husband and I after 2 weeks of waiting on part for it to be lost in shipping and not notified of this until the day before we were told originally we should have our atv completed with all repairs.Meg and her team jumped into action to help us locate the part needed and went the extra mile to ensure that part was indeed available before we wasted our time.
