Jose lol: bought my atv from them over a year ago took it back to get fixed several times same problem mind you i live 30 mins out and they don’t pick up the phone i want my money back this POS atv it’s been sitting for months won’t turn over or NOTHING
Moses Seidi: Avoid by all means. Bough a new four wheeler and it broke within a month. I took it back several times and they always find an excuse to charge me and still not fix it right.They also know how to have you wait every time you go back so the customer ends up giving up. Which is what i finally did after getting tired from the back and forth trips and the wait and neglect every time I go.
Teto Sol: For service don't take your ATVs here. Absolutely horrible! They took 3 weeks total hen initially they said 3 days. Secondly they didn't adjust the valves of my 4wheeler correctly. It stopped working within 2 weeks. They didn't own up to it. They also crosswired my ignition switch and it will start in any gear. This ATVs only start in neutral for a safety reason. They messed that up and found out after 3 consecutive dead batteries. If i could give it 0 stars i would!

Mike Winn: We've bought a total of 6 ATVs and 2 dirtbikes from Adrian. The first 2 ATVs were the little kid models. When my kids out grew those, he hrlped me sell them to a mom who couldn't afford new bikes for her kids. He's awesome to work with!!!!The bikes are Chinese, NOT the big 4 Japanese manufacturers. Do your research. Watch YouTube. They are great but you'll have to tinker with them from time to time.Adrian services what he sells, and has done great work on my Honda XR400R & Honda Rancher 400ES.When I'm in the market again, I'll see Adrian at ACE first!!!

We barely used it cause it was always there getting fixed. Now it broke again but because it’s just past 30 days they won’t fix it or return my money. Horrible place to do business. Lost over four thousand on something that don’t work. Kids are disappointed and I’m out of my hard earned money. They sell stuff that looks decent, but does not work! Stay away!!!

Ormon Carroll: The quads are Pricey and half put together. Only had quad 1 week. Not satisfied. Buyers listen. Please have them check all nuts and bolts before you leave and ride. Im very upset. Things like this injure or kill people. Me or my kids could have been injured very bad from a poorly crafted atv.

Jonathan Kyser: I drove from Alabama and picked up a 2014 dyna street bob back in October 2022. It's been an awesome bike! I ride it almost everyday and don't plan to stop. These guys will put you on 2 as quick and painless as possible. They're really good at what they do. It's like a tight family there. When we came to get the bike we got there before they opened. Sat in the parking lot for a little till people started showing up. They came out and offered to let us in before opening time. We got the opportunity to see them do their morning meeting which was super cool. 10 of 10, I'd buy another bike through these guys. Awesome people! No need to read other reviews. Just go get the bike you want!

Kent Irvin: Dealing with Flip My Cycle was one of the best dealership interactions I’ve ever had. None of the staff were pushy or overly invasive about selling a bike. At the same time, they were extremely user friendly and helpful. When I got there to test ride a “18 H-D Road Glide Ultra, The shop was about to close for the night, and they had already moved all of the bikes from outside to inside. Instead of telling me no, come back the following day, they moved all of the bikes out of the way to get the Harley out. When it came time to do all of the paperwork, I was at work and Treimain squared everything away so that when I got there all I had to do was sign the documentation and ride off. All I can say is thank you to everyone at FMC! If you’re looking for a new scoot, I personally recommend this place.

Dee Blessed: I have been going to this shop for years.... More or less a decade.... The only time my bike was not done when expected was because i did not have the money for parts.. Which i cant blame them for. Sometimes communication seems rude, but in reality they are being honest. If it aint done.... It aint done....nothing more to discuss.... Just lmk when its done...so.e customers think they are the only customers and they are not. Things take time and complications arise. Roll with it
Jay Rodriguez: This is the worst shop ever ever I don’t recommend you taking your bike there they are a mess disrespectful bad terrible customer service mechanic is mean always making excuses given different explanations disrespectful all the time I ask about what my bike have in the end of the day he said that he’s not sure what’s the bike issue 4 months and a half I lost my summer and my bike‘s still there unassemble no fix he have no idea what he doing he blocked me he don’t answer and if I keep telling you guys you won’t believe terrible customer service not recommend you to take your bike there !
Kat Leon: it says to ring bell upon arriving. I go to ring bell, it completely falls off and bugs are all in the compartment where the bell is. I wait a while to be assisted. When I am assisted, the employee is very rude and unhelpful. Will NOT be going back again.
