The $20.00 Moving Truck, LLC started in the early months of 2016. Mike started moving people in the Fayetteville, NC area using an old Chevy P30 Van he bought in 2011. Mike had no need or purpose for the van and it wasn’t until the end of 2014 when a friend asked to use the truck to move down the street that things started going. This gave Mike the idea of getting into the moving business.

In the beginning he was providing his services for $15.00 per hour. Shortly after he realized that most customers would want their $5.00 back so he decided to make it easier by charging a whole $20.00 bill. In a matter of weeks, everyone referred to him as the “$20.00 Truck” and that led to the name of the company today.

The demand was so big that Mike decided to enlist the help of others and turn the company into an all-day service. He continued to answer the calls for moving services while at the same time performing his military duties. By the end of 2016, Mike received orders for a combat deployment and decided to make things official by hiring a customer service manager and a team of two movers.

Today, Mike still answers the needs of some of his customers. Most customers may only get to meet the movers he hires, but others may actually meet him and his Chevy P30 Van as he believes that no matter your position, you should always be available to your customers.

Get the moving truck you need combined with a licensed and qualified driver with this service, and at an affordable price too! Our driver will drive our truck to your pick up address. You are responsible for loading and unloading your items. Our driver will carefully drive your belongings to your final destinations. A travel fee may apply.

Have some trash and junk that needs to be hauled away? Let us remove your trash and junk so you can have your space back.

Get the moving truck and a two man team with this service. The loaders will drive the truck to your pick up and delivery locations. They will carefully disassemble, load, transport, unload and assemble any and all of your belongings. Second and third floors are no problem to the team. A travel fee may apply.

We will pick up your item(s) from any local business and safely transport them to you. Dedication to your satisfaction at every turn packed with the expertise of our loaders from the time they touch your items to the time it reaches its final destination.
