Fayetteville Neurology Associates: what do users think?
Akhil Reddy: Dr. Ram is amazing , love the front desk staff especially Betty !! Definitely recommend
Siri Tadikonda: Dr. Ram is very knowledgeable and experienced. All my questions were answered and Betty is very sweet.
L. Young-Curnan (LaDYC): Dr. Ramachandran's front office team is great. They are always nice and attentive when I come in. Dr. R does seem rushed at times. He's not one of those docs that will touch you unless he needs to, he is mainly scribling in your chart the whole visit. He does make eye contact and wants to ensure that you understand ad are comfortable with his plan of care.
Shane Howard: If I could give this place a zero I would. Very rude, very unprofessional. Talked over myself and my wife. Dismissive of everything we said & my wife left out in tears when all she wanted was help with her seizures. I wouldn't recommend this Dr to anyone.
en h: I would give this office 0 stars if I could. As others have said, they never answer the phone. I am a very educated person, as well as a nurse, and Dr. Ram blew off every single thing I said and even asked me if I had had a stroke, otherwise, there was nothing wrong with me. I found him to be very condescending. I asked for a referral to Duke, and he told me he would send it. A year later, still no referral. This has been by far the worst healthcare experience I've ever had.
Gloria Ammons: They don't answer their phone!
Katherine Westbrook: Can't even make an appointment because nobody will answer the phone. I've tried several times. If anyone can recommend a neurologist that would be great.
chelcie cruce: Please do not go here. They never answer the phone. I could not even have my testing done ordered by this doctor because they will not answer the phone or fax from the scheduling person. This was not a one time event that I could not get an answer at the office, it was at least a dozen. My care was delayed because I had to find a new doctor and start over. Terrible.
Brandi: I called and left a voicemail to cancel a appointment. The following day I called 6 times with no response. A month later I get a text message saying I now have to pay 50$ for not showing up for a appointment I cancelled. I also called today and it's either busy or I get hung up on. Don't go here.
Donnell Douglas Sr: Whoever this head doctor is. I would sure like to meet him. Because the next I hear of him disrespecting my wife. When she barely understand you and you yell at my daughter to be quiet when she is trying to help her mother understand. Then you will be the understanding how to talk to people when they come for a visit.
GME Davis: The building may be old, but the service is impeccable! Dr. Rom is the bomb!!! And his staff!
ashlei carroll: I walked in and there was a roach on the floor. The receptionist is always on the phone with her own family. The doctor asked her multiple times for my file and it took her three times to bring it. The doctor is alright but the place is old and dingy.
Zuleika Diaz: I don’t remember the name of the doctor. It was my first time here. He was extremely rude to me and the student that was present at the moment. One of the things that got me the most is when he told her to do not take time to listen to the patient or ask to many questions cause he didn’t have time for that. He also told me he couldn’t do anything for me. He interrupted me many times and told me not to talk about anything that wasn’t “related” to the specific issue. It’s was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
Bob Dowlat: Dr Rum is very kind and knolegable, alwayse go out of his way to helpbeen very good to me and my wife.
Steven Jacobs: Dr Stamatis is everything.
Madeline Kayser: I really like Dr. Ramachadran and Betty. However, I am displeased and upset at the fact they never answer their phone. Also, when I went in a few times to have an EEG done, his employee is ALWAYS extremely rude. I am looking for another provider. I have put up with enough after six long years of this. It's unfortunate, because I really like Dr. Ramachadran.
Susan: DoctorIf not any good. Rude and his staff never Answer the phone
Vanessa Knight: I have been a patient for about about 10 yrs, yes Betty the secretary is unprofessional all the time and does answer and hang up and then send calls to the voicemail but Dr Ram has always given me proper care. I have epilepsy so I go in every 3 months get a checkup and get a prescription for my meds and off I go. I guess if you get a referral it’s worst because Dr Ram don’t play he wants proof before he diagnosis or give out meds.
Rebecca Powell: I started calling a little after 1:00 p.m. the answering service said they wouldn't be back in the office until 2:00 p.m. so I start calling exactly at 2:00 p.m. and the phone automatically hangs up and says the line is busy my appointment is at 2:30 I would be considered a new patient but I'm I need to reschedule. I see a lot of people are having issues with this place and the phone service
Zenovia Beatrice: If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, do it. They never answer the phones, and the phone number they have on the bill is incorrect. Honestly the doctor is very rude also.
Dennise Burch: Never answers phones.

Carolina Neurology Associates PLLC: Gadipudi Venugopal MD: what do users think?
Shalonda Herring: Been dealing with Dr. Gadipudi, since 2014 with my Ms . He been nothing but awesome 👌 to me, thank GOD I didn't have to go Chapel Hill !!!!!
Caitlin Samuels: If I could give them zero stars I would. Every time I need a refill it either gets sent to the wrong pharmacy or it takes them months to refill it causing me to go with out medication. The medication I’m on is not supposed to be stop suddenly. They are lucky I haven’t had adverse effects from it.
Ernest Smith: Dr. Gadipudi has been awesome for me for the past 11 years! When I needed an immediate appointment with a neurologist, his office gave me an appointment for the following day, less than 24hrs. later as a new patient. All the other offices I called would not give me an appointment for at least a month! He is meticulous about my medication and has battled my insurance company for me to have the name brand medication vs. the generic for years. Recently, I walked in without an appointment, and as I was talking to the receptionist, Dr. Gadipudi called me back in a room to address my concerns personally. I was so impressed by his concern for me! I'd recommend him to everyone!
Steve Oz: This doctor is an awesome person!! He took time to listen to my complaints and he was able to help me manage my migraine with his new medication. Front desk are awesome!!! I truly appreciate you. I definitely recommend him anything time any day!!!🤝
Samantha Allen: This provider really cares about his patients
Christine Morris: This doctor is excellent! He was very knowledgeable of my brain injury and was very understanding and helpful in addressing my needs and concerns. I give him 5 stars!
Julie Linebarger: Worst doctor ever. Wanted me to stop all my meds. Said that is what had me to keep falling. Cold Turkey at that. I take lyrica and you are not supposed to stop cold with it.This Dr. needs to go back to elementary school and repeat his basic education. Will not be going back to his nasty and rundown office.
Shelby Houdersheldt: I wish I could give this place a negative review. Worst service I have ever experienced. The doctors office is literally falling apart & the office has signs up specifically specifying not to take photos. On most visits, I had to explain to the “Dr” Why i was there & what he should do next. He sent me for an MRI & forgot to add contrast, then they found a mass on my spine & i could not for the life of me schedule a follow up apt. Please do not see this guy if you are in need of professional service. He probably has a couple malpractice violations, which is why he can charge so low. What a waste of time.
Martina Villarreal: This doctor is the worst doctor I've seen in my entire life. He talks about his other patients during your visits, and he gets medications wrong. He tells you he writes out the prescription for one thing, and he writes the amounts for something else, then tells you to shut up when you try to correct his mistake. I also came in with symptoms of a mini stroke and he dismissed them, saying that they weren't cause for concern. When one side of your body stops working and you have confusion and words slurring, and you tell this guy about it and he does NOTHING... that should tell you everything you need to know. I have since discussed this guy with other former patients, and they have similar experiences. DO NOT see him. Run!
Pamela Henderson: It took more patience than one person needs just to get the staff to schedule an appointment. "We didn't get that fax," was what I heard from his staff despite the fact that I watched my physician send the fax (for the 3rd time) with my own eyes and saw the confirmation receipt to boot. After meeting this "doctor" I understand why his fees are so much lower than everyone else. He had to have gotten his M.D. from a box of cracker jacks. It was terrifying to learn that I know more about medicine than he does! IF YOU ARE SMARTER THAN I WAS, TAKE HEED OF THIS WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. SEE ANY OTHER NEUROLOGIST AVAILABLE or, just go see your local barber/beautician. Either one will give you more accurate and timely medical information than this fellow and you will save a few bucks as well.

Cross Creek Neurology: what do users think?
A S: front desk staff is overworked /understaffed but they always try to accommodate the best they can. Dr K is PHENOMENAL!!
Cathy Hester: I am very happy with the care I receive from this doctor and his staff. They're always there when I need them. I would highly recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone. I don't see why anyone could say anything negative towards this doctor and his staff. Thank you all 🙂Love them and I'm very satisfied with my care . Cathy Hester.
Tina Jones: Doesn't take vital signs, sets appointments for times when office is closed. Will not be coming back.
Katy Van Zandt: Excellent visit. Everyone was very thorough and made sure I knew exactly what was next. Would recommend to anyone!
Patrick Richardson: Convenient and helpful
Daniella Kuran: I normally never do reviews about doctor but this one takes the cake. On first arrival I was a bit nervous very optimistic that this doctor would be able to find what's causing my seizures for the 450 of time. And just like I would expect this doctor with all the CT scans in EEG they still never found anything that was causing my seizures. He diagnosed me with the mysterious type of seizure. Unclear why he threw medicine at me and told me to take it started me off with a higher dose than normal which I've never taken keppra before and already seeing the bad side effects. Saddened by this I'm still not able to find out what's causing it. And now that I have a new doctor's appointment and every time I tried to call the office their voicemail box is always full which is ridiculous answer simple questions without having to go to their office every time. Their appointment times don't match their Google time they actually open at 9 a clock and close at 1 to 2 maybe three. Everything inside that office is very unorganized and very unprofessional. I had paperwork sent in they told me it would be 2 weeks to get signed I understood that it was holiday but when I finally looked at the paperwork all he signed was 3 letters in his worst handwriting. Be careful I suggest everyone. Find another doctor he's not the right one
LaTonya Ogwe: I love Dr. Khasuru... he is the best Neurologist I have had. However the staff upfront I have issues with. I have medication and appointments that have never been sent out.
Jacqueline Perez: Absolutely the best doctor and staff I have had the pleasure to work with. Dr. Khasru and his staff are all very kind and courteous, always accommodating for my busy schedule. The appointments may take time, but it is because Dr. Khasru is so thorough and detailed, asking as many questions as needed to get to the root of the problem. I am very pleased with my experience at Cross Creek Neurology and recommend anyone who needs an amazing neurologist to go here!
Rap Master Ricky: Best doctor in town..
Sean Cook: This is the worst medical office I have ever been to! I waited one hour 28 minutes to see the Dr the first time I came in. He spent five minutes with me and never even acknowledged that I was waiting so long. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance because the lady at the front desk said it wasn’t usually such a long wait. Now I’m outside of their office for a 9am appointment on a busy Saturday morning and their office is closed! I called twice to confirm my appointment and that my wait wasn’t going to be as long as last time. I made babysitting arrangements for my kids so I could come get a much needed EMG and there’s no one here!!! Worst Dr’s office EVER!!!
Jan Glock: The entire staff is REALLY nice from the greeting upon entering to the neurologist himself (Dr. Khasru)! They remembered me immediately when I checked in for the first time; all from a simple phone call. They even went over my referral with me because I had some questions. Dr. Khasru was very thorough, and took his time with me. Others who complain must have never been on the other side of the coin. I was an Army medic for thirty years and worked from the front lines to the ER, acute minor illnesses clinic and the whole lot. Dr. Khasru does NOT practice what I call "assembly-line medicine". He takes whatever time is necessary to take care of his patients. His bedside manner was the same caring and empathetic nature with anyone I saw him interact with. As I said, the staff was kind and caring to all of the patients, family members, and care-givers that saw. It appears to be a family business, and I like that. I didn't feel like just a number. They actually seem to care, took my concerns seriously, and ordered all relevant tests. I even overheard that a patient wouldn't get out of the car to come in unless (name withheld) came out to get him. I saw her smile and remark that she was on her way!
Young PrettyPoca: If you want a Doctor that’s not going to rush your appointment and listen to your every need and complaint!? Well cross creek neurology is the place to go! Dr. Khasru is just that! He makes sure he gets down to what’s going on and immediately gets you started with a treatment plan! I had been looking for a Doctor who could tell me what was wrong for a long time and i finally found that here !
Eddie Willard: Absolutely Spectacular In Every AngleDr. Khasru is the best I’ve dealt with.He Always takes the time to listen and will order any necessary tests or procedures to help him diagnose you correctly.I’ve Never had a issue with the staff. In fact,I was prescribed a new medication from a different Doctor and he told me Not to start it until it was cleared with Dr. Khasru. The staff contacted Dr.Khasru after normal business hours while he was out of the country to get his approval.I Strongly Recommend Dr. Khasru and his Medical Practice.Five Star Care Without A Doubt. . .Thank You Dr. Khasru!!!
Lennard Meadows: Dr.Khasru is by far one of the BEST doctors I have experienced and work with! I was referred to him 5yrs ago today and he has really took the time and had the patience to order necessary test I need done every time! This office is highly recommended. I give it a five star just for the way he takes the time and really shows his intrest in his patient complaints and situations. He gives good individual time needed regardless!!
Curt Dyrdahl: I absolutely love Dr Khasru. He takes his time with my wife and ordered tests that other physicians should have ordered when she was in the hospital for her TIA. And then again when I had her 1st accident in November. He has been able to help control her migraines when others haven't. For those of you who don't like the wait, I would rather wait and him take his time with each of us. Most doctors nowadays just consider patients a number.
Matt Dunbar: Dr. Khasru is easily the worst neurologist I have ever had. They take forever to get back to you on requesting refills for prescriptions and there have been numerous times that I have gone without my medicine because of this negligence. He has filled out two medical review forms to get my driver's license, both of which were filled out improperly because he used white out and put the wrong dates and were rejected by the DMV. If you are looking for a new neurologist, I strongly recommend that you go else where.
Mr Bill: I dont know what's up with the negative reviews, but in my 56 years of seeing doctors.on 5 different continents. Dr. Kashru is the best hands down. Diagnosed me where no other could.
James Martin: Medical care is awful, doctor didn’t take me seriously and brushed me off right from the beginning. Did what he had to do to check the box.if at all possible go anywhere else.
adam smith: Would give this place a zero if I could. It's hard getting anyone on the phone. It's nice that they call the day prior to your appointment especially since they always mess up on the scheduling. And regardless of what time your appointment is you'll be seen an 1 or 2 later. By far the worst doctors office I've ever seen
Tami Noftz: The staff was kind, caring, and knew who I was when I came back in for my second appointment. It appears to be a family run doctor's office, but I like that. I didn't feel like just a number. They seem to care, took my concerns seriously, and ordered all kinds of relevant tests.
Christina Chavez: If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! This is a horrible place to be seen. The doctor wouldn’t listen to our needs or questions. The staff is horrible! If we go in for a 10am appointment, we will not go back to the room until 11 if we’re lucky, and wouldn’t be seen for another 15-20 minutes after that! If you get a referral to this place, CHANGE IT!!!

Carolina Child Neurology: what do users think?
J R N: We have been calling for almost 3 weeks trying to cancel an appointment that they scheduled for us without asking. We originally called and left a voicemail in order to get records, nobody ever called us back even after leaving 4 messages and calling everyday. We weren’t able to get a hold of anybody until 3 weeks later! I thought I had cancelled the appointment online but I kept receiving messages and automated phone calls well after that up until the day before the “appointment” when I was finally able to reach someone.
Diane M: Does anybody work here? Nobody ever picks up the phone since I have been calling for the past month.
Lauren Henn: We have been pleased with our experience with Ms Valerie Masotti but have never interacted with Dr. Indulkar. Ms. Masotti is always helpful, personable, takes time to answer any questions we have and responds promptly to my portal messages.I’ve had several issues with the receptionists being overly rude, arrogant and overall unhelpful. There has only been one lady Who has been helpful and kind over the phone. Two of my daughters had genetic testing here and we found out from the testing facility they didn’t send the sample to them for over 8 weeks. Then, after the results were available (found out by calling the testing facility), we called CCN, and they told us they did not have them. So we continued calling back and fourth until finally the testing facility called CCN and then miraculously they appeared in the portal. It’s like pulling teeth with the receptionists for anything.
Kimberly McCallister: Dr. Indukar is very knowledgeable, competent, thorough, caring, passionate and patient. She takes the time to listen, ensure you understand, asks the right questions pertaining to the patient needs, as well as, their concerns. Her unquestionable expertise, eases my mind concerning my child’s healthcare. Last, her staff are friendly and courteous
Crystal Jefferys: Great caring staff
Juan T Linares: stay away from this neurologist do not recommend doctors and employees arrogance and rude. my child with autism I wanted them to give me a paper with the diagnosis or the record. And since I no longer want my child to be seen there. they did not want to give me any record. Thank God I had the previous neurologist's record.
Natasha Gainer: As fortunate as we are to live in an area with renowned hospital systems full of physicians - it’s getting entirely too common to get lost in the shuffle. Not the case with Dr Indulkar and PA Masotti!! They truly provide a level of care that you just can’t get anywhere else. They are so knowledgeable, take the time to listen and will absolutely go above and beyond for their patients and their families. Highly recommend this neurology office!!!
Ashley Lester: Love the doctor here. Nothing wrong with the doctors but the office staff definitely ruined this experience for us. A particular lady at the front of the office always seemed to have an attitude problem but I wrote it off. That is until the doctor said to call in my son’s dose he does well on. I was hung up on multiple times over the course of a few weeks. I left messages about his dosage and never received a call back. Months of this went on and my son was going to have an appointment so I figured I would address it when I got there. My husband got called into work and canceled my son’s appointment. He said the front desk woman had an attitude and tried arguing about the medicine being filled back in September. Problem is, he had new medicine in February. This whole experience made me not trust this office and we will be requesting another place through our insurance, even if we have to drive a bit.
Michael Grimes: Excellent care at this facility. Through no fault of their own, we had a referral issue that prevented us making an appointment in a timely manner. Once that was sorted out, they were able to fit us in last minute to avoid a crisis with running out of meds. Meant the world to us. Thank you.
Jasmin Jenkins: I absolutely love this office. The staff and Dr. Indulkar are AMAZING! I have to give special recognition to Ms. Tocarra. She went above and beyond to help get my daughters EEG done as smooth as possible. She was so patient and Understanding. My husband and I are so appreciative. Thank you Ms. Tocarra!!!!
Desy R: Everyone was really nice and professional. The lady my daughter seen before Dr. indulkar came in the room was awesome & informative, so was dr Indulkar. Very thorough, highly recommend.
Jamie Salmon: Called to make an appointment and the front desk staff that I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. I would not have taken my child there if they had an appointment open this afternoon! They set the tone for the entire office.
Kiesha Emanuel: Great staff
Catherine Raye: My daughter was in there today to get an eeg test done. This was the first time she every had the test done. The lovely lady who name I cant rember did such an awesome job explaining it to my child. She took all my daughter fears away and was very gentle can tell she has worked with kids for awhile.
Cat Hlebinsky: The staff was very kind and welcoming. I had some concerns about my child, especially with his EEG scam and the medicine he needed to calm him prior to the testing. We had an issue with him not wanting to wake up, which is common, but the doctor and staff were very reassuring of how long that should last and what to do if he didn’t shake off the drowsiness. The doctor was kind enough to call and check in with us after the appointment not once but three times through the day and night. This truly is a caring practice and I am very thankful for the services they provide for my special needs child.
Tamara Carter: Wish I would have read the reviews before taking my daughter to this office. Front desk staff are rude and communication is poor. Conflicting information is always given . I called to make an appointment and gave my updated phone number , old cell number still in the system. Messaged this provider to express my concerns and I feel she just dismissed them. My daughter really likes the doctor but has same feelings as me about the staff. Will not be returning for further treatment . Do not recommend.
chastity fore: I despise the staff at this place. My son has very bad seizures and I have been waiting all day for a word to get his medicine filled. I want to report the staff this should not continue. This is not the first time this has happened. They had the nerve to call CPS on me for medical neglect, when I told them from the beginning that my son has terrible seizures. In fact he has all the types of seizures there are. And since then he still to the day has episodes of a lot of seizures in a short period of time. She has yet to apologize to me about that situation. I hate this place and I wish I didn't have to bring him here.
Amanda Riley: Love this place! The doctor is super friendly and understanding, she's amazing with the kids! We visit every 3 months. She is super helpful and explains everything that you don't understand. They are super child oriented, toys, lollipops, etc
Carolyn Hall: Dr. Indukar is very professional she has great bedside manner.I have a child with special needs I was completely amazed that she wanted to make sure that his needs were being met . She actually made contact with a provider while seeing my child. I highly recommend her service s.
Kairos Zenith: Great place, friendly staff, and i've never had any real problems. The location is good, too. It's off the main road, but not to hard to find. They're are plenty of things around, too. Lots of food places nearby, if you need to stop for lunch. We like stopping at the Chick fil A a couple of minutes away when we're done with our appointments.
donna Johnson-Curtis: Communications have been great. Always receive a response when communicating via the patient portal. Dr. Indulkar has aways called me when I have requested her to call. My child feels that she always considers his feelings when it comes to his treatments. He is a teenager so that is very important. The staff has always been pleasant with me. I never have to ask twice for paper work to be faxed, refills or for papers to be filled out. It is always done in a timely manner. I don't have any complaints.

Cape Fear Valley Neurology: what do users think?
Alison Eldridge: This has been the most heartbreaking, discouraging, shocking 9 months of a battle with this facility and the staff. They have made major errors regarding my PMH without fixing it in my file, have outwardly expressed their biases and discrimination, have verbalized recommended care yet never reported it, and most shockingly, suggested I wean myself off of Seroquel to see if that helps my symptoms. Plot twist: I’ve never been prescribed/nor taken that drug ever. I never thought I would have to beg professionals to communicate efficiently and to listen to my words above their own opinions. It has been heartbreaking but their total lack of care and dignity has in a way made me stronger.
Taffy Williams: Hard to get thru on the phone too often sat on hold 30 plus minutes.
Lisa Hall: My husband had a stroke and following his MRI results I could not get "anyone" to return my call. I left 3 messages and even talked to the doctor's assistant who told me she sent the doctor an urgent message to call. It has been a week now and have still not heard from them. I would not recommend this office for anything!
John Martinson: My first visit to a Cape Fear Neurology doctor was unremarkable and almost made feel like not going back for a second visit. But I went anyway and then met with Dr Onasanya and he was a breath of fresh air. He said he was going to recommend a few procedures, a follow on MRI of blood vessels in my brain and a heart monitor. Compared to my first visit, this surprised me. He told me "I will treat you as if you were my own family". I had never heard any doctor say that to me, and that one phrase told me I was in good hands!Today was my second visit with Dr Onasanya. Both my visits have been very informative and pleasant. Dr Onasanya is easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and he answered all questions completely.
Jessica Campbell: Dr. Doshi is very nice and professional! He took his time and addressed any problems or concerns I had, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend him for anyone with epilepsy as he is the best
Tiffany Barnes: I had much trust in getting help with my TN condition while coming here, and it was specifically with Dr.Onasanya. One experience in which I had severe nerve pain and needed immediate help, my appt was moved up. I feel it was known I wouldn't able to wait for my follow up that was 1 month and a half away, I could'nt rely on the ER for any help. So immediately calling the office helped me tremendously. I recommend getting any neurological help needed, to come here. I respect Dr. Onasanya very much and all the other front desk workers and nurses as I never had sassy or mean attitudes given to me.
WILMA MAE SHEPHERD: Called 3 times and was put on hold all 3 times for almost 10 mins each. This is ridiculous!
Elyse Kruger: If there was an option to give this place 0 stars, I would. I couldn’t be happier to be done with them. The front desk staff has constant turn over and they’re never trained resulting in patients being told incorrect information via telephone, a total lack efficient communication, and you wasting your time. Your health and care is never properly managed because they fail to accurately record insurance records which leads to them constantly needing to reschedule you and then you go months without your care. Then, they have you see physicians who can’t even perform certain injections so that leads to double the need of your appointments. One to “check in” and then another to do the injections - those are scheduled over a month apart because they INSIST you have to have the follow up before they will even put you in the books for your injections and they never have openings. They claim it is to ensure the procedures are working. However, over the 6 years I’ve been receiving care from different physicians for these procedures, no other office has functioned like this. Other physicians have stated it is so the clinic can bill insurance more frequently. Even the doctors there are fed up with the administration, hence why they’re starting to leave the practice. It’s an unorganized office that fails to function successfully. Due to their significant lack of training and management, patients go untreated and unseen for months at a time. Avoid this practice at all costs.
ari S: 0/10 I WOULD RECOMMENDED FOR NO ONE TO EVER COME TO THIS PLACE! They will prescribe you medication and when you try to pick up at the pharmacy the medication is not found. They also prescribe medication and will ignore your messages and calls when you have horrible side effects to it. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two weeks and they have done nothing but ignore my messages and when I call I am put on hold and never put back the on the phone. No wonder they have such low rating.
Starrlight122: Dr Doshi is timely and professional! The check in process is quick easy and the he staff are very professional. I would not go to anyone else.
Gregory Williamson: I am confident with Dr. O. Always takes time to listen to me and my needs. Yes, it is difficult to contact the front office. I encourage leadership to address the issues related to that function that are in other reviews.
Beth Kelsey: Do not go to this practice if you need on time help or medicine refills. I had a failed brain CT, no one ever got back to me with numerous voicemails and messages on MyChart. At first I thought I had a found a good dr but was quickly passed off to a PA. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Helena Lenert: Not wonder why the score is 2.8, they asking you to come early but they never on time. My insurance paying for my appointment but they let you sit for hour before you see doctor.
Leea Rose: Was a bit apprehensive to come to my appointment based on the reviews, but let me tell you, they were all deceiving! The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The Dr was great too! I had zero issues or attitude with any of the staff!!
Devin Richmond: Make sure you review your records, especially if you have Dr. Banks. He claimed to have performed numerous exams and that I passed them all, when in reality, he did not perform a single exam (he didnt even listen to my heart). He just sat across the room from my husband and I just being extremely rude and dismissive of every concern we had and the concerns my other providers wanted brought up. Do yourself a favor and ask for literally any other doctor here.
Donna Keily: Do not go there if you need immediate care.It takes forever to get a appointment and just like Cape Fear Valley ER you will be left waiting for anything.
Nicole Petrick: I can see why this place has a low rating. I find it funny that the Dr tells you to come in for a follow up in 4-6 weeks to go over blood work and mri but you can't get an appointment for 4 months! Definitely will be looking for a new Dr.
Laura Proudfoot: The receptionist (except for Marisa) are rude. But the providers are amazing
Mouni B: Very frustrated with this office. I called for a simple referral and when I finally got somebody to answer the phone, the front desk can't figure it out. Left several messages to the doctor's assistant and explained to her it was urgent but she never called me back. Not to mention how the front desk will humor you by telling you they'll call you back but they never do. To top everything many of these employees are rude. All these practices owned by Cape fear medical center are awful and couldn't care less about their patients. Avoid them if you can!
Nahlisia Boneparte: I love my doctors Dr. Banks and Dr. Moro are the absolute best. When it comes to the front desk it depends on who you find at the desk. Sometimes they are helpful other times not so much. But the doctors are wonderful I can’t imagine going somewhere else
Destiny Belcher: I recently scheduled a new patient appointment and when I spoke with the receptionist she told me the time of my appt and that was that....but on the day of, I arrived on time but apparently after I checked in and paid my co-pay I had a nurse come out and tell me I have to reschedule because I didn't arrive at the right time. Which I'm the type of person that writes down everything at the time of a call so I don't misunderstand anything. Why do y'all check people in and have them pay beforehand and then turn around and tell them to reschedule after y'all had the wrong time scheduled??
