Veronica Smith: Very rude and she kept yelling at me. She then messed up the documents and I had to get them notarized again by a different notary!! Turns out she over charged me for the notary. By law they can charge $10 per notary and IRS travel rate. She made me meet her at her “office” aka McDonalds but charged me $20 for travel. Turns out she lives 2 miles from McDonalds. Save yourself time, money, and headache and call a different notary.

She noticed my panic as my notary request was denied by a different notary in the area. She approached me outside the place of business and introduced herself and offered her advice & assistance with my situation. She took the time to explain what the issue was and how it could be fixed/handled and gave me her business card to give her a call if I needed her help once things were straightened out with my documents. About an hour later, I gave Lola a call and she offered to have me come over right then and get the job done. 10/10 would recommend Lola for any of your notary needs! She kept a calm, collected, and professional demeanor at all times and took charge of the situation. I was able to make my deadline by the skin of my teeth due her help.
