Grey team did my sale and working with Gina was so smooth because she is very knowledgeable about the entire process and answered any questions I had. My signing was quick and easy and the attorney, Ashish, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during both signings. I did my purchase using KW2 team, which was Riley and Taylor. Taylor kept me updated almost daily since the sellers were out of the country and I was nervous about the documents not arriving in time. She was available to update me during work hours any time I reached out to her and outside of work hours their texting portal, Alanna, was able to answer a lot of my questions and send me documents. When my closing day came (we got to close early by the way!) my lender made an error on my paperwork and Riley was quick to jump in and get the error fixed and get our docs signed and recorded quickly! I wish I could give more than 5 star to both teams!

Rebecca Powell: Only giving one star because the deed paperwork did finally get done. Our fee went from $350 to $1800 because they had to overnight some paperwork 🙄 and our wire transfer was $70 instead of the $35 that was on the contract we signed. They also illegally transferred the deed over to the buyer before having us and the other seller sign all necessary papers because they forgot. Will not use them again or recommend them.

Their prices are pretty much set so you don't have to worry about high estimates (only regarding real estate transactions). The attorney's they use are down to earth. They are the most reasonably priced real estate attorney in the city. While the staff may change, Raquel is amazing and runs it well. I'm sticking with them! They handle the attorneys, Title insurance, and Escrow for real estate transactions. Also quit claim deeds, etc.

They told me they will wire the money on the closing day but after closing they sorted makes excuses and blaming it on lender and she was very rude with me on the phone because I told her that I need the money. She’s unprofessional have zero customer service skills. On the second day they told me we are sending the money now so I wait then I called my bank but there was no money, I called them many times and they keep lying. On the 3rd day I called my agent but nothing changed so I sent email to the BAR association and finally I got the money around 2pm.Terrible Company go somewhere else.
