Fayetteville Woman’s Care: what do users think?
May Hamed: Doctor Davis is one of most professional physicians I have ever known!!!The clinic very clean, the staff is excellent and extremely helpful!!Everything is so organised and you are in and out!! I recommend them very highly!!
LaTonya Lewis-Tunsil: I've been a patient since 2000. Dr. Strickland delivered my first child. I moved to Greensboro 9 years ago and I still come here for care. They delivered my 5 year old. I cant see myself going anywhere.
Jada Robinson: Dr. Wood is the best
Antoinette Ellison: I’ve been coming to Fayetteville Women’s Care for over 7 years and Dr. Strickland has made each visit nice. He takes time to listen and shows compassion for his patients and doesn’t treat you as a number. His wonderful triage nurse Cindy is awesome and very helpful as well.
Halle Grace Campbell: I’ve been coming to Fayetteville Womens Care for about 6 years now. They have always been so nice and accommodating, never had an issue with front staff or nurses! Susan Glass has been my doctor since I became a patient and she’s always so lovely. However today when I called and left a voicemail regarding a prescription refill, I received a callback from someone in the prescription department who clearly was not having a good day! She told me that she did not care what my pharmacy app said and that I needed to call my pharmacy and tell them to refill it. I normally don’t complain when it comes to customer service but whoever I spoke with doesn’t need to be dealing with patients if that’s how she speaks to all of them. Other than the hateful woman I spoke with today, never any issues! Love this office!
Allison Kovac: Doctors are great. Staff is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend going here. I asked for my medical records to be sent to my new doctor and whoever I had on the phone was rude, condescending and tried arguing with me until I asked to speak to a manager. This isn’t the first time staff has been rude and a hassle to deal with. Unfortunately, it’s becoming a common issue with them. The staff needs to be taught what customer service is and how to speak to people in a kind way.
Shareen Johnson: Love Dr Davis and the staff is awesome
Erin Holdaway: My husband and I went to Fayetteville Woman's Care for the first 32 weeks of my pregnancy and could not be happier with our experience there. Everyone at the clinic was kind, personable and knowledgeable, from the moment we walked in until we walked out every appointment. The front desk staff, the lab technicians, nurses, doctors, check out staff- literally everyone was wonderful to work with. We are first time parents and understandably nervous about the entire experience, and were given nothing but patience and warmth by everyone. All of our questions were answered, we never felt rushed, and every time I left a message for the triage nurse, I was called back right away (no matter how small a question I had). We unfortunately had to switch providers since we live two hours away and our attempts to move to the Fayetteville area failed, but I have no doubt that if we gave birth using Fayetteville Woman's Care, it would have been a great experience and we would have felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in the area- 5 stars all around.
Valarie Highsmith: My Primary Care Provider referred me to this office to get my Nexplanon birth control removed because my husband & I want to try to conceive. However, I was rudely informed by the gentleman answering the phones that they no longer specialize in OBGYN care and suggested that I be referred to someplace else. He didn’t even ask my name or anything both times when I called to attempt to set up my appointment.
Dre'a: Great front desk! Overall efficient workers and doctors, I’ve never had to give my life waiting from Start to Finish! Dr. Strickland, thank you!
Diego Trujillo: Absolutely DO NOT ******* see Dr Strickland!! My partner just had her SOUL CRUSHED because of the lack of care, bedside manner, and acuity. He did not listen to her, he cut her off mid-sentence, and he made a scary situation worse by being blatantly uncaring. This man should be ashamed to call himself a physician and needs to stay far away from the women of this city.
vanilla Kisses: Been going here for 5 years now only see Dr Booths she the best I love this place
Margo Tovar: I remember it so well with my 1st baby Leeah ( she passed away 23 years ago) I was a 15 year old scared as can be, but they made me feel calm. The whole place was calming to me & made me feel special. I was also married. Dr Hayes was supposed to deliver her but he had an emergency that e ending of 13th December 1979 and Dr Scott's delivered my lite bundle of joy. My 2nd daughter was born in December as well during operation baby boom Dr Keeney delivered her. I miss you Dr Keeney. You were there for both daughters.
Lisa Glenn: This practice is all about money. They don’t care about the patients. I would highly consider another practice. Office manager couldn’t even address my concerns. I will find another practice after 4 years with Dr. Booth. Their ratings say it all.
Shatonya Hardy: Recently had two visits with ultrasounds and am currently 12 weeks pregnant. The day of my next visit i call to confirm and they tell me it’s canceled and can no longer accept me. Now they are full for pregnancies until April. How when I was already a patient that was already seen and had appointments set up every 2 weeks. I have been a patient for 3 years. They delivered my daughter. Took me as a pregnant patient again and I now had to pay per visit. Out the blue told me I needed to go elsewhere. Never heard of such ever in my life. Very weird and I had no type of heads up about it. If you’re having a baby just go somewhere else. I now have to wait almost a month for another check up with a new doctor. Most places in the Fayetteville area are now full.
Kala Canfora: My new gyn in another state sent a request for my records, Fayetteville women's care called me stating they won't send my records unless I pay for them to be sent. My new gyn is now calling Fayetteville women's care to figure out why I would have to pay for my medical records to be transferred to another doctor because they have never heard of patients having to pay for their medical records to be sent to another provider. The care here has really gone down hill since I started seeing them in 2010, it's all about the money now and not about the patient.
Sittinpretty NC: Def don't go here!!! I think you're better off going to a Dr in Raleigh just away from Fayetteville area. The Dr's don't care about their patients. They only care about money. Dr Rodriguez was ok at first but he really don't care. He doesn't deserve a five star at all. I agree with the other bad reviews. Unorganized and terrible services. I don't recommend Fayetteville Woman's Care!!!!!! don't make the same mistake I did and dodge this ridiculous place 😒
Mrs Jackson: Glad I left. They don't even explain your lab results. Tell you're within normal range an isn't. They don't gaf about patients. I've had the worse experience over 5yrs especially with Dr Rodriguez and his boring nurse I'd never return. I moved to another city just to get a better dr. Now that I've left They wouldn't even answer my emails for my records or referral. This place is by far the worse. Dr Rodriguez brushes his patients off terribly. Dr Strickland was great but he only delivered my son. I mainly dealt with Dr Rodriguez and his nurse it was awful. I wish I could rate a 0 They don't deserve a 1 star 😔..moved and the same concerns I had at this place I've taken it to this new Dr and they actually care and has helped me way more than Dr Rodriguez has ever helped me. They listen they care and they spend time listening and checking your issues or concerns. Dr Rodriguez just daydream and rushes you. Glad I got tf away from Fayetteville!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save time and skip this office. His nurse is the worse as well.
Breyana Sloan: The doctors brush off your problems and the receptionist are so rude. Told the lady thank you so much and she responded with "mhmm"
Penny M.: I had been going here for years and recently became pregnant, all was going great with them. If you’ve been pregnant you know when you go in they ask for a urine test each time, every office in every state I’ve ever lived in has done this, this had caught preaccampsia for me in the past as well as several UTIs while pregnant. One day I went it for my usual prenatal here and they said that to save time they are no longer doing this, the nurse and doctor told me it just takes too much time to do preventative measures like that…so I switched offices and new doctor said they have no idea why an Ob would ever stop that. High value for productivity over patient care here and you feel like a number till it would be an emergency, not a safe place for prenatal care.
Kristin Campbell: To start off, I like Dr. Woods and his staff, they are really nice. I got there about 15 minutes late due to a small emergency and they were still able to see me. Lately, I've been having an issue that occurred over the past few weeks. At this point, the doctor, visually seen the issue and then he mentioned he couldn't treat me until my results come back which means they would have to send me home with my issue. My results came back and everything was fine, in part, this was great, but what about treating my issue. When I requested for this facility to prescribe me something about my current issue. They stated we will send over cream, I stated that's what I've been using and its not helping me. This facility had the audacity to tell me to schedule another appointment! I was beyond livid! I'm not scheduling an appointment for the same issue. Horrible Service!

Cape Fear Valley Ob/Gyn: what do users think?
mary ambachew: The nurse manager did not care how much in pain I was even if i was existing patient. NO pain medication, NO emergency care, and NO empathy. The worst experience ever. I see they HAVE LOTS OF BAD REVIEW . We need to inform the board about there emergency care and the nurse manager.
Reina Chavez: If you’re looking for the worst prenatal care in all of Fayetteville, then this is your place.
Jimea Wendel: Unless you want to be judged and treated with no respect I wouldn’t go here !
Rocio Morillo: Literally the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been too ! No one ever answers the phone and they are very disorganized with everything !!!
Nesha M: If I could give zero stars I would! There’s a lack of concern from the Doctors, and staff. I could write an entire chapter on the things I experienced. Just stay away!
Kiarra Legette: I went a couple of weeks back and had a horrible experience with labs. When I returned the same lady wasn’t there and I’m so glad. Ashley (the main phlebotomist) let me know she was out on vacation the day I had the bad experience . I am sooooo thankful for her I didn’t feel a thing and everything was quick! Ask for Ashley if you ever have to give labs she is the BEST !
Ashley Cable: Complete waste of time. The Dr didn’t answer a single question, did not address a single concern, and did nothing to address the current problems i’m facing. When I inquired about a hysterectomy I was completely blown off without reason. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.
Alex Coleman: Left crying.
Bruna Oliveira: I really hope the doctors read this. You don't need to care about me, but you should at least fake it. I have zero confidence with the doctors at this clinic. Apparently, you cannot have one doctor, you are obligated to rotate doctors.. which for me it means you will never build a doctor/patiente relationship, you will never trust them because you don't know them. When the doctor come to the room, they are always in a rush, they do not give you any information. When I asked my doctor a question she asked if I didn't receive the pregnancy packet.. they give you a bunch of papers so you won't ask them any questions. They don't care about your concern.I left my last appt crying and decided to go with a different clinic. I am not putting myself and my daughter's life in their hands. I have zero trust in these doctors.
Halee Rodriguez: Would love to bring attention to Ashley in labs! She is super sweet, super professional, and all around wonderful at her job! Coming from someone who hates needles I can honestly say she made the whole experience a breeze.
Brody Johnson: I would not recommend this place. We have had problems since before starting here. It took 2 months of calling just to get an appointment with them for pregnancy. We had been seen previously but were moving so we had to find someone else. Had to schedule the first appointment as the 18 week appointment and anatomy scan. At the first appointment (which was supposed to be an anatomy scan and OB appointment), the wait was over 2 hours just to see the doctor for 5 minutes and then be discharged. The doctor did not listen to any of the concerns or anything said and the anatomy scan did not happen. The next appointment a month later was slightly better but the technician doing the anatomy scan spent 10 minutes when we were told to be prepared for a 45 minute ultrasound. She didn’t even get all of the views needed and we were told we would have to come back. We spent maybe 5-10 minutes talking to the doctor who made us feel like idiots for asking questions. When going to schedule the follow up appointment and anatomy scan (again), the receptionist ended up scheduling it incorrectly but we didn’t know until we received a phone call a week later saying to call and schedule the scan. Well we called right after that and we were told we would have to change dates (over a month from the original appointment date) if we wanted it scheduled correctly. The receptionist said she would speak to the ultrasound technician about squeezing us in for the views missed and call us back. We never received a phone call. Went to follow up the following Monday and the receptionist we spoke with told us we could schedule separately for the appointments. We explained that we cannot do that and the person who scheduled the original appointment messed up and we had to do it that day. This receptionist again took down our number and said we would get a call back. The amount of frustration and stress this place has put us through is ridiculous at this point. This is the only option for an obgyn that we have since nobody else will take a new patient this far along in pregnancy. I wish we switched to someone else sooner so our time wouldn’t have been wasted by this place. Not to mention they have you sign up for the MyChart app and tell you to ask questions through there if you have them but then nobody responds to them. We asked a medical question and ended up have to go to an urgent care after a week because we didn’t get a response and calling to ask doesn’t get you anywhere either.
Challanger 1988 (I.A): Cheap and lazy doctors, No attention for patientsAll about money & AppointmentsI don’t recommend at all
Danielle Braimah: The wait time could improve but nurse Vonnie was very professional and enjoyable. She made the experience bearable.
Tiera Benjamin: Ashley M. has been an amazing help with all my lab visits! She was very welcoming and always had a positive attitude when servicing me. Great personality and very up beat!
Nastasia Williams: If always a speedy visit with caring people here.
Jessica Luck: Dr Fauzia Baqai performed a membrane sweep without my consent. I was 40w3d and asked for a cervical check. With her hand inside me, she said "and I just went ahead and did a membrane check to get things moving". She did not explain what it was even after. I was never told or asked, until it was already done. I did not want one done, and what she did was ASSAULT.
DaRyte Spot: Dozetta is a true asset to this clinic. I called in to get info on the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception. I think I found my happy place. Thank you for employing such a gem.
Amanda Fricker: This was my first time visiting this OB/GYN and I won’t be back. I showed up at 2:45 for my 3:00 appointment, checked in, was given paperwork in which I signed and gave back and was told to be seated and I waited an hour and 15 minutes and when I went up there to ask how long it was going to be, the front desk said that I was never checked in and that I needed to be rescheduled. I would rather go somewhere else!
M C: This was my first time here my appointment was at 3 I arrived at 2:40 let the receptionist know that the kiosk wouldn’t let me check in told her my name she said she had me check in have a seat they would call me back a hour passed and I’m still waiting I go back and ask her do she know why it was taking so long she goes and ask me all the same questions over just to say she marked me as a no show! How is that when I’ve been waiting for a hour she then says oh you have to come back I can’t get anyone to see you I refused then she goes to tell me i was there on the wrong date which I tell her that’s not true she argues me down about how I’m wrong my appointment is on another day I was so frustrated I left. the next day the appointment reminder person calls me I asked her can she look at previous appointments told her what happened she told me that the receptionist did in fact change my appointment and I was there on the correct day and time. I was so upset because not only did she loud talk me and embarrass me in front of the lobby full of people saying I was wrong when In all actuality she was wrong unprofessional and unethical! All she had to say was I’m sorry ma’am I forgot to mark you here for your appointment it’s a honest mistake but she lied and humiliated me due to her mistake
NiqNiq Nicole: Dr. Walker was very pleasant, patient, understanding and gentle. The entire staff was very nice especially Ms. Nancy!
Kendra Jefferson: I can’t never get anybody on the phone to make a appointment or get test results. I called all day once just to check on my test results and when someone finally did get on the phone all you can hear is the young lady laughing and talking. Cape fear valley anything is just a mess.

All American Gynecology: what do users think?
Jesse Dailey: I love this ob. Please give them a shot! ❤️
Sacha Bettis: @jin Kim I don’t know what doctors office you’ve been too but it definitely cannot be all american Obgyn ! This is hands down the best doctors office you could go to dang shame it’s not pregnancy anymore but other than that . All the other doctors Obgyn offices around are definitely gonna half step with you & leave you with unanswered questions 99.9% of the time. Speaking from experience ! This is the only doctors office I trust with my life ! From blood work to paps to urine test they have always went the extra mile ! The STAFF IS AMAZING NOT SHORT FROM IT I LOVEEEEEE THEM ALLLL!! LOOKING FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE ! JinKim sorry not sorry I do not approve your message it’s sounds like your giving Karen vibes.
jin kim: I checked in 1:30pm and waited to see a doctor in the room. Around 3:10pm, the student doctor showed up and explained the doctor is conducting a procedure with another patient. I don't know why it took more than 1 hour for someone to let me know that doctor will be late.Long story short, the student doctor did a papsmear test on me.I do not recommend this Obgyn unless you are ok to be stuck in the room for more than 1 hour to see a student doctor. Also, they collected my urine and did not test on it since I don't have any concerns. I don't understand why they collect it. 🙄
CM 8A: Totally unpleasant experience! I just have been there twice and both times have been a horrible experience with the receptionist! The women opening the door don't know how to say " hello" and they talk to you as if you where inferior and put you totally down. I changed my insurance and my last gynecologist can't take my new insurance so unfortunately I have to go to All american Obstetric but at soon I can I will change my insurance and go back to my nice, pleasant and professional gynecologist office. The second time I went to this place was my last one and the doctor denied her services as a patient on me because I complain about the receptionist behavior to the nurse and she said to me that since I am complaining and I have said to the nurse that I will never go back to that office she won't take me as a patient and she will "suggest me" to call my insurance and find another diferent doctor and facility for my health concerts...?????? PLEASE PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE OF THIS OFFICE!
Cha'nell Concepcion: Some of them if not most are rude and not professional. Normal things like recording appointments and prescriptions I don’t if it’s just lack of accountability or what but there has been three times we’re there is no record. Had to retake my glucose test three times probably because they just suck at doing there jobs.
Haja Jallow: If I could leave a review for less than 1 star I would. My cousin who doesn’t quite understand English wasn’t permitted a translator or someone accompanying her, how is she supposed to communicate with her provider. And then due to her naïveté, the provider tried to scare her into having a scheduled C section by saying the baby “maul be breech, this is all for higher billing purposes. Keep in mind that all previous ultrasounds had the baby in a head own position, now all of a sudden the baby is breeched at 37 weeks. I can see why they have low ratings. The office manager was extremely rude and i accommodating. If you have any other choice, please DO NOT go to this medical practice.
Delana Beeler: If you value your health, BEWARE of this facility. They do not keep patients’ records well at all. I have been at this office from 2016-2021. Honestly, I was just too lazy to work to find a new doctor. I definitely should have. A medication I have been prescribed by them since 2016, suddenly they were unable to write a prescription for since it was never updated in my records since 2018. I never received any of my lab results after blood was drawn for years. When asked about my results- “If you don’t hear anything from us, you are fine” I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I thought this one might actually save a life. Literally.
THANK YOU JESUS!!!: I went to this clinic several years ago during my pregnancy services were TOP NOTCH. Now I’m expecting again & my time here has been TERRIBLE at the least to say. I’m 2 mos. pregnant still haven’t had 1 ultra sound. I’ve had 2 scheduled & each time I took the time off of work for them to call me a 3rd time to RESCHEDULE the morning of ? Not to mention I’m a high risk pregnancy due to my age. DO NOT GO HERE !!!
Melissa Harrington: They don’t care about their patients. I came in the other day because I was showing symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy and I have a history of ectopic pregnancies. But they basically ignored what I was saying, didn’t bother to even take a pregnancy test or bloodwork and told me it was just my thyroid. Now I’m in the hospital. Thanks for nothing.
Stephen May: Rudest nurse I’ve ever met at a doctors office greeted me at the door. She rudely told my husband he could not enter, and even though my temperature was only 98.5 I heard her talking about my temp to the other nurses complaining. They charged me as if I didn’t have insurance without even asking do I have insurance. The only reason I knew that was cause again I heard the rude nurse loudly saying yea she’s the one without insurance. Then after waiting far to long I was seen and on my way out again heard these rude nurses still talking about me. I wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional place to anyone
Malikah Zafirah Muhammad: Maybe I'll get a follow up appointment. Still waiting. Smh!
Nichell Gray: Don’t pay attention to patients. I had to keep reminding them about my blood work being done. I have a surgery being done Thursday & it’s Tuesday. Still no information on the time & location. It’s been over a week since they where supppse to call. I am a high risk pregnancy it’s very scary for me at this time. It’s even worse having to deal with people that show no concern about you or your unborn child.
Jazmen Vasquez: Who ever schedules appointments needs to do their research. When I called to schedule the appointment they were rude to begin with but my husband called again and set an appointment. Then today I was supposed to be seen at 2:30 they just called me at 12:30 and said I can't be seen cause I'm not 8 to 10 weeks yet but they scheduled me for today. Not to mention I've had a miscarriage before and my obgyn stated I had to be seen between 5 to 7 weeks then again after just to make sure my vitals looked okay.**Update** the woman called my husband and tried to give him a story of how I'm apparently overreacting about being mad. She told him that they canceled the appointment cause the ultrasound tech isn't there and bow they refuse to see me u til after November. They will NOY be getting my business.
NC coming: Awful service. They forgot to send my prescription medicine to my pharmacy never apologized about it and made me 1000 times called them. They like to chat each other’s not pay attention to patients. DO NOT GO
Jodi Carroway: Great service, great doctor, and staff.
Courtney Revis: The best thing for me was the amazing people that work there. And Amazing people who work there did best could for my first pregnancy.
Mamie Letterlough: I love the doctor and my midwife he delivered my first child and nine years later my 2nd
Danielle Dantzer: I've been twice and I hate it. I wait 20 to 30 minutes in a room which is cozy enough but has a aquarium so i have to listen to constantly running water and the tv seems to always have cooking on it. Im pregnant!! I pee a lot as it is and the cooking shows make me nauseous. The doctor only saw me for maybe 10. She always seems rushed like I'm just a number and she's already mentally prepared for the person after me. Not very friendly, no chit chat. I questioned the medicine she prescribed me and she got offended and told me don't do research at all!!! I agree the internet can scare you but it's downright fishy to tell me not to research what I'm given which is what a responsible person does!!! Doctors aren't always right and I'm not one so I don't know anything about these pills. Why get so offended?? They ask if you have questions and I did. Very unprofessional staff also and good luck talking to a doctor on the phone. One gurl I talked to when ordering my prescription was rude and didn't even put in the order. I ended up calling 4 times and finally a different girl actually did it. I'm cancelling my next appointment and going somewhere (hopefully) better!!!They gave me the run around trying to send my health records to my new doctor and I ended up having to come get them myself. They spelled my name wrong and had a lot of false information in the reports. I'm furious. I'm sure this was done out of spite because they are sick of dealing with me. Well guess what? It's mutual!! I'm sick of their incompetent, rude and lazy staff and I'm glad to be rid of them. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR TRUSTWORTHY IN THE LEAST!!!!
Suzanne McCloskey: This post is in response to the review below by William Brenner. It also contains information for all patients who chose to follow me from Highland Ob/Gyn.Dear William and Christin,I very much appreciate your loyalty and kind comments! You are very sweet and I will continue to do my best to live up to your view of me expressed here! I’d like to let you and other patients know that I am no longer affiliated with All American Ob/Gyn. Friday, November, 9, 2018 was my last day there.I feel terribly that my patients may have been left wondering what happened and where I went. Please be assured that during the six weeks I spent at All American, I continued to deliver the same excellent care I had provided at Highland Ob/Gyn, my prior affiliation of 2 years. All moms in my care remained in good health and each baby I delivered went home healthy with the happy and proud new parents. I remain in good standing at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Most importantly, I want my patients to know that I care a great deal about each one of you who come to see me for your care.As many of you may be aware, for midwives and other nurse practitioners who practice in the state of North Carolina (and other restricted practice states), we are required to work with a supervising physician and there are a lot of practice decisions that remain out of our control. If given the chance, I would’ve notified each one of my patients of any upcoming change in my plans. Please know, at this time I am working on a new affiliation and hope to remain in the Fayetteville area. As soon as my new affiliation is final, I will do my best to get word out to you all so you will know where to find me. Please feel free to reach out to me on Facebook or Messenger if you have any questions.Warmest regards,Suzanne P. McCloskey, CNM
William Brenner: I had my first visit at All American recently after following my amazing midwife, Suzanne McCloskey there. The waiting room is comfortable and they provide coffee and water. The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. Suzanne is the best midwife in Fayetteville. I credit her with my VBAC for my second son after having a c section with my first son. I trust her completely. She is kind and professional. She always answers my crazy questions and never makes me feel like just “another patient.” When it’s time for labor and delivery, she makes smart decisions and makes you feel comfortable. She is an amazing motivator when it comes time to push. We love Suzanne and are looking for to welcoming our daughter with her at our side.
K Prince: Ok so left me start off by saying. My two previous pregnancies were at A Woman’s Place but there was alway a loooong wait so decided to try something different. HUGE MISTAKE. The office is clean. The staff is friendly. That’s the end of the good. I didn’t meet the doctor. I waiting in the room for 45 mins, went for an ultrasound and the boom they said it’s the end of my appt. I had questions that I expressed to the nurse that were not addressed at all!!! One of which was very important surrounding my mental health and pregnancy. Not to mention I provided them with forms needed for my job. I called a few days later to check and the lady was short and not helpful. I called today and the forms were ready for pick up. So, was anyone going to call and tell me? So over it and it just started. :-/

Birth & Women's Care: what do users think?
Breana Primus: I came to this office because I was told that dr hall was an amazing dr but I’ve been going here since may and not one time have he’s actually throughly checked me my appointments are like 5 minute meetings he didn’t even check the baby heart beat last appointment and for some weird odd reason he refuses to send my delivery date to me in an email and he has a big issue with putting the words light duty on paperwork for my job he only takes the pounds down by 5 after I specifically asked for LIGHT DUTY
Haley Brock: I feel like I can only give two stars because my provider was nice… however nice not exactly cutting it. First of all the wait times, for every appointment I’ve ever had, are painstakingly long. I’ve waited 2 hours (no exaggeration) to get called back to my room, and then 30 mins half undressed for the provider to come in, only to be spoken to about my pregnancy for all of 2-5 minutes. Probably less if I’m being honest. Now I know other issues arise, but I expect to be told the wait is longer than usual when I come in… these are emergency room waiting times in a doctors office where I made an appointment. The front desk staff, while probably overworked and used to these long wait times, either way doesn’t have any emotion or regard to your questions and concerns. This is likely because there are so many patients that at some point they’re burned out and just start rescheduling. I understand but from a pregnant individuals standpoint that’s not fair or okay. I don’t speak a lot.. so when I do it’s important. They do not care and will not pretend to. I really think this place should consider slimming down on all the patients they take on or at least being honest about what kind of waiting experience you will have beforehand. Due to my provider being consistently unavailable, out of office, or just not having the actual time to speak to me (even when I make an appointment), I’ve brought most of my concerns to Cape Fear Valley straight to the 4th floor and spent less time there than I did in my actual doctors office. If you can just pick somewhere else.
Jeanie Jewel: It takes a hour and a half or 2 hours to be seen by a doctor.
Ens Jenkins: Dr.Hall and his assistant Lisa have always provided care and always open ear for concern, I’ve been seeing dr hall since i was 17 years old and have always been respected by him as my Doctor, I’ve come to leave a small review on his assistant Mrs. Lisa she is always respectful and responds to any concerns you may have before the dr sees you she has always been straight for forward and always seems to have a great day. She keeps herself up to standards and i couldn’t see dr hall having a different assistant on his team this woman goes above and beyond.
Alisha Griggs: I absolutely love this practice! Dr. Helton is fantastic she has been nothing but a pleasure during both my pregnancies. I would’ve rated 5 stars however, they’ve recently added a new associate up front with blonde highlights who has the nastiest of attitudes. She acts as if you’re a burden if she has to open up her glass window to speak to you, she has no patience and she lacks emotions when it comes to patient concerns. I sat over an hour for an ultrasound, when I simply asked if I was checked in her response was “ she may be backed up I’m not sure, we can call you to reschedule”.
Aquaila Hunter: The doctors are extremely helpful and will answer any of your questions. However the reason for just 3stars is for the rude receptionist at the front desk. She over talks and when you are explaining something she does not listen. For a 38 week pregnant woman that needs to pee you should have pee cups behind the desk & there is no point in having an attitude because that is your job. I’m not sure if you have kids but pregnant woman can’t wait to pee. Obviously I’m not the only one that has had a complaint about this same female at the window. You have no clue what no one is going through. You should be more nice.
Yata Yata: I have been going to BWC since I had my first child MiKayla Murphy born 02/02/2005 delivered by Dr Hall. I have 6 children all together 4/28/06, 7/30/2008, 9/17/09, 9/12/17, 2/3/2019 and each pregnancy BWC saw us through each trimester and delivery. I trust and appreciate everyone who works here. Care has always been above and beyond consistently throughout the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I recommend this office to all the women even my daughters. Thank You BWC!!!
Carla Parker: Great staff. Dr. Kelly is the best doctor I have ever had.
Kiera Jennings: Both times I’ve been here I have had to wait almost two hours before I even saw a doctor. I do not know how anyone has a positive experience here. I’m just here for routine visits, so I cannot imagine being pregnant and dealing with the ridiculous wait times. Do yourself a favor, and pick another place to go. They do not deserve ANY business with how they treat their patients.
Ivy Terry: If there was a way to give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!-⭐️This place is overcrowded, there are never any seats and if you are pregnant, no matter how pregnant, they will make you stand for over 40 minutes without a seat, without offering any help at all. DO NOT GO HERE. They should really be ashamed of themselves for treating pregnant women this way! A DISGRACE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬.
Marjorie Lawson: I transferred here due too my doctor retiring and the atmosphere is nice. My only issue is that they shouldn’t schedule overlapping appointments because I had to stand up for a long period of time while I’m 30 weeks because it was so many people that it was no more seating an I get it but being so far long and having to stand up for more than 20 to 30 mins is a lot with a mask on. It’s only my second visit and it’s to much but the service is great.
Kieren Myers: They don't answer their phones nor do they act as if they actually care about you or your baby
Leslie Finley: Best in the business loving supporting system Ms Lisa Kyra and all of Dr Halls work Family 💯
Shalon Dozier: Guaranteed satisfaction!! I love this doctors office. Dr. Hall and his nurse Ms. Lisa goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, listens to your concerns, and gives the proper care. The entire staff is a true definition of a team that “cares” about their patients. I have been with this practice since 2012 and I will never leave this office as long as I live in the state of North Carolina. Dr. Hall has personally, and through giving me the proper referrals, found and treated very serious health conditions that were life threatening. I actually trust him as more than an a gynecologist, but also a primary care provider. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’m 39 and I wish I found them sooner.
keshadixon32 kee: Dr Hall is awesome. I been going to him for like 3 months and couldn't ask for a better Dr. than him. My nurse Mrs. Lisa is awesome as well. She's very informative and to the point Awesome Staff and no long wait periods! I would recommend Birth and Women's Care!! Keep up the great work you guys!!
Ev Frank: At first I wasn't very impressed with this place. I felt like my concerns were being pushed aside like they weren't really concerns to be taken seriously. But my follow up visit changed everything. Dr. Hall went above and beyond to get me the care I needed. She is very polite and easy to talk to. After many visits and referrals with Dr. Hall I was able to get the surgery I needed done (cists removed that were causing pain) I am still in recovery but I can already notice a huge difference in my body. I'm not in constant discomfort and pain. I'm very happy with my experience here. Also scheduling is very easy and the staff are extremely polite.
Tarsha None: I got my bone density scan done by Misty the DEXA tech.. she’s always wonderful.. she did an amazing job. She’s always friendly and very informative.. thank you Tarsha
Tatiuanna McDonald: Those 4⭐ are for Lisa! She is the Best and the only reason I'm still around. Dr. Hall is a good doctor but he can have an attitude at times! What is up with the front desk receptionist? They Never answer the phones and if you do manage to get through, they put you on hold so long that you hang up! That needs to be addressed ASAP because that is unacceptable!
Zoë Baldwin: Love the providers but the wait time is completely unacceptable. To sit in a waiting room an hour after a scheduled appointment when you’ve already checked in ahead of time is completely ludicrous. I wish the quality of the providers and awareness of waiting times were equal so a better review could be left.Update: Still definitely my favorite providers. Totally resolved any issues from the last visit and way more time conscious. The greatest!
Donna Lang: I had a wonderful experience with Misty who performed my bone density scan. She was very kind, explained everything she was doing, as well as why she was doing it. She was very patient and I felt totally unrushed. Great bedside manner. Deserves more than 5 stars! 😊
Liam Hurtens: You’re better off switching providers and going somewhere else. Literally the worst. Shameful service.

Myron S Strickland MD: what do users think?
Diego Trujillo: Absolutely DO NOT ******* go see this man.
Cheira Squalls: I honestly should have read the reviews before scheduling this place but the website for Fayetteville’s Woman’s care looks inviting. That is until you meet Dr. Strickland. I first and last met him today for my pregnancy confirmation and it did not get that far due to his lack of professionalism and ability to build a positive repertoire with his patient. I spoke to him for 2 minutes before deciding this man cannot advise me throughout my pregnancy. I advise other women to avoid him at all cost if you’re looking for a doctor that actually cares and isn’t just there to treat you like it’s a job. This man lacks manners, empathy, and compassion.
Dawn Hall: I just want to think God for providing me with such an amazing doctor! He saved my life twice and I just want to think him so very much!
Chellie Redinbo: I've been going to Dr. Strickland for about 17 years now. He has been and is still excellent throughout the years.
Donna Atkins: Dr Strickland is an excellent doctor. I have great trust in his ability to provide me with the best care possible. I find his bedside manner to be outstanding!
Lewis Net: Dr.Strickland is very good at what he does. Medically, he’s exceptional. However, this doctor lacks empathy and bed side manners. He can be extremely inconsiderate of your thoughts and concerns. I met him at 14yrs old, by the time I was 18 I decided not to return. In just those 4 years I could tell a difference. He seems as though he is tired. The repetitiveness, the patients, the questions, I mean everything. He looked miserable when he last entered my room. This doctor seems legitimately unhappy, and that’s ok. However, patients should not have to suffer due to his unhappiness. RETIRE.
Destiny Combs: A little concerning; you guys are correct, no bedside manners. Very Kurt, “a hurry up kind of attitude” w/ some chastisement. Didn’t knock before opening the door (but when he did it was after he had already opened it. He didn’t wash his hands just put on the gloves. As he was talking/explaining some things, he just started pressing in on my stomach, completing the breast check. Then told me what he was doing for the ultrasound but pushing it up as he speaks-no warning, no gentleness or compassion. I just don’t know...
L C: Dr. Strickland has been my doctor for over 20 years. His straight forwardness and bed side manner is awesome. I know he has my best interest always.
Felicia Garnier: Dr. Strickland is experienced and very knowledgeable but lacks compassion. He has no bedside manner. He is harsh and an alarmist. He reverts to worst case scenario without looking at the patients history. For example, I am prone to large corpus luteum cysts (+4 inches) during pregnancy. ALL women have a cyst during the early phase of pregnancy to sustain the fetus until the placenta takes over hormone production. These cysts are non-cancerous, often cause no symptoms, and serve a purpose. Had I listened to Dr. Strickland's fear tactics (loose an ovary, painful ovarian torsion) and had the surgery at 11 weeks gestation to remove this cyst, I could have lost my baby by miscarriage or risked exposing my baby and body to unnecessary surgical intervention complications (perforated bowel, infection).End result, I chose not to have the surgery and my cyst resolved itself!! Dr. Strickland ended up refusing continued care to me after a schedule conflict for gestational diabetes testing. It was actually the best thing he ever did for me!What I learned from Dr. Strickland: be your own health advocate, research procedures, and make the best decision for yourself by looking at the pros/cons and your health history. Don't cave to perceived power, fear tactics, or pressure. Expertise isn't helpful without wisdom and compassion.I don't wish any ill will towards Dr. Strickland. In fact, I pray for him to receive a heart of compassion, wisdom, and the knowledge that true joy comes from serving people with a humble heart.
Arista Sedivi: I went in to have tests done for possible endometriosis as every woman in my family has had it. I had so many symptoms...he did an ultrasound and said he saw nothing. He pushed pressure on the inside of me and then said "you possibly have a pelvic muscle tear. Kegels may help. It may or may not heal." I have had painful sex for a year, extremely heavy and painful periods and more...i do and have always done kegels.I went to another gyno for a second opinion. They said i should have been sent for a laparoscopy even if an ultrasound showed nothing. I was taken care of by the new doctors and was diagnosed with endometriosis in october.I am thankful i went for a second opinion because i knew something was not right.
Carol Dees: He's amazing. I had to have a C section and I had a wonderful surgery experience and fabulous recovery. I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy and he was amazing through that as well. He's definitely no BS.
Alisha Hanson: Dr Strickland is very professional and straight to the point. There is NO sugar coated circumstances from Dr Strickland, it's just how it is..He is very respectful, but I have noticed he appreciates clients who do take care of themselves,( meaning personal hygiene).....js.....This man is amazing when it comes to emergency situations.... God bless this Doctor, he is professionally amazing
Teri Williams: Excellent doctor who gives excellent care - he is personally involved in his patients, we aren't just chart numbers. Care for over 30 years, he is just the very best !! I would recommend him to anyone - my daughter now goes to him too~
sandra bass: He is the best OB/GYN in Fayetteville
Cynthia McLamb: Dr. Strickland is a phenomenal doctor and is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. He has delivered two of my three children and I would not have he it any other way. He listens to all health concerns, even those outside of his specialty. I am so thankful to have him as my doctor.
Moe: The worst experience ever. If you're looking for a compassionate and caring doctor, he is not the one. Not to mention, if you're on Medicaid, you will definitely be discriminated against. He makes it known to you the insurance you have. I will never ever allow this man to lay a finger on me again. Never make a judgment against people based on them having Medicaid. I work hard Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week and hold both an Associate's and Bachelor's degree. Not to mention, I'm a first time mom. I am only on Medicaid because currently my job doesn't offer insurance and I qualify. What's the problem?!
Crystal “Mrs. B” Bennett: Other than him Recommending me to have gastric bypass surgery I was pleased with his services.
Jenny: Terrible service. Having a baby for the first time was scary for me, especially after my traumatic labor due to their passive prenatal care. Every concern I had about my baby being to big to give birth to was just ignored. they said ulttasounds cant tell u the weight of the baby.they ended up using forceps and a vacuum to get my baby out which resulted in a skull fracture and I was left with major anxiety with having to deal how to care for a baby with this injury. Numerous trips to Durham just to see a neurosurgeon. not only that, i had 3Rd degree bilateral tears. This all could have been avoided had they just listen to my concerns and induced me 2weeks early or give ne a csection. They don't care how u feel, and I didn't even go back for my postpartum check up cuz they wouldn't let me see a different dr.
Julie Saunders: No bedside manners at all and is rude(in the office and in the hospital). Rushed my labor even when my sons heart rate was dropping he was still trying to induce me I ended up having an emergency c-section. It's like he doesn't even care at all

Graham Ernesto MD: what do users think?
mario therolios: Great people very caring.
Shavonne Mills: Dr Graham will be missed
Michelle Henry: Front desk staff very unprofessional, give you the run around and lose paperwork. It’s like they are just there for a paycheck. But because I like my service from Dr.Ernesto and his assistants and nurses I give them 4 stars.
Marjorie Chavez: Very nice doctor or a lot for me in my surgery I had cyst never had no problem love this Dr Amen 🙏 🏼❤️‍🔥🌹🌻🌹
Champayne Dawkins-Lee: Dr Graham is amazing. It sucks he is retiring. He took very good care of my before and after surgery. Enjoy your garden Dr. Graham and thanks so much.
Kaitlyn Thomas: Been going my whole pregnancy love the environment and the people, so nice and gentle .
E-Bae: I had the best pregnancy and delivery experience with the help of Dr. Graham Ernesto MD and staff. They were always pleasant and professional from my entry to exit at every visit. The atmosphere was very calming and warm. Now this post is a bit late but I had to post it anyway. My son is now 11 yrs old and a has a beautiful spirit. Just wanted to leave a big thanks for what you do.
Sherita Wright: Dr Graham delivered my first and only child in 2005. He showed compassion and literally was by the bedside throughout delivery. Years later I’ve never forgotten the great experience and since then I have always trusted him to provide my obgyn needs and healthcare related advice. He has always shown me sense of urgency and dependability. Hate to see him retire!
Ava White: I saw this provider for my entire pregnancy care. Every month I went in there I had a $250 copay that I was told goes toward my ending balance once I deliver. Nothing I paid in was reported to my insurance company. They always filed that they billed me $0. So at the end of my pregnancy the lady at the front that was collecting my copay for the day said "your copay will only be $30 since you've paid in a lot already". The medical billing company they use (Blue Sky Medical Billing) told me that because pregnancy is a long term condition they file it differently with the insurance company, at the end of the pregnancy when you deliver they then send a "big bill" to insurance and you pay the remainder from what you've paid in and your out of pocket. When I look at the charges on my account. It says that Doctor Graham did not bill anything to insurance. It says $0 billed. I have this in black and white proof on paper. I also have all my receipts and copies of my bank records where they charged me. They have now blocked my phone number, even though they have no idea that this is an issue at hand. I've been trying to call them for over a week now and it just goes to an on call service. Call two seconds later from another number, and it rings through. My friend also went to this office for her prenatal care and they did the same thing to her. None of her copays went to her insurance either and they also have her number blocked. WHY?
Lindsay Bishop: I absolutely LOVED Dr. Graham- he delivered my daughter in February 2021 and did everything in his power to make sure I avoided a C-Section. During delivery he was so calming and kind. I love that he teaches students because at every appointment and during birth and postpartum I felt like I understood so much more because he was explaining it to students. A doctor who has been practicing as long as he has and still expresses awe and wonder at your ultrasounds on how amazing life is, is one to be treasured. The nurses were all friendly at the office but there were definitely long wait times at some appointments. And unfortunately the front desk staff who was there during my time was horrendous. Twice I called with medical problems and they treated me like just another annoying patient trying to be seen sooner. I had an extreme postpartum complication and they just kept offering me appointments for the following week like that would make me go away faster despite my asking repeatedly for them to ask a doctor or PA about my problem. When one finally called me back the front desk staff hadn’t even informed her of my question and when I told her she wanted me in ASAP that day. So, all that to say if you’re going to work in a medical field maybe some training on what constitutes a same day visit.
ozella Bryant: I love this office everyone is nice and loving and answer's any questions you may have
Marcy Crutchfield: Checked in for an 11:30 am appointment. 45-minutes, I’m still waiting. No triage, no communication. When patients are waiting to be seen, at a minimum, they should be informed when the Dr. running behind. I don’t expect to receive shrugs when inquiring about the status of being seen. When I asked who the office manger was, I was told there wasn’t one. This is apart of the problem.
Ariana-Jasmine Castrellon: I had an appointment for 10:30 a.m. it’s 11:30 a.m. now and I’m still waiting to be seen. I don’t recommend this OBGYN for working mothers-to-be or military families. I work full-time and I’m in the U.S. Army Reserve and my husband is active duty. It’s already hard enough to make time to come to these appointments, let alone wait over an hour to be seen. I don’t appreciate that this clinic doesn’t value my time—or the time of other mothers-to-be. I’ll be looking for a new OBGYN.Update: The doctor changed his policy last week, stating that fathers are no longer allowed to be at the mother’s-to-be appointments. A notification of this change was not communicated via phone call or email. My husband just got back from an IRF deployment and wasn’t able to attend any of my first three appointments. It’s very sad that this doctor can’t see he’s ripping away a special opportunity from families. Especially ones that serve. Military families, DO NOT COME HERE. I as a military wife and soldier, cannot describe to you the amount of stress that this facility has caused me.Update: March 1, 2022–They have changed the policy yet again and have failed to notify, email, call or mail patients letting us know that we are now allowed to bring one person with us to our appointments. This doctor and PA lack basic communication skills.
Meghan Memmott: Editing to add: Tried to order an IUD. The paperwork was lost and I had to come into the office and fill it out again. It took them 7 weeks to submit it and order the device. There was a problem with the way the office orders and submits to insurance so they were not actually able to order the device in those 7 weeks. The notification came in of this problem but no one from the office called me or tried to notify me. It took me calling to follow up to find out. When I asked if there was another way to order, Ms. Gonzalez just repeated the same information about how they do not order the devices from the pharmacy in the way my insurance covers. I have experience as a pharmacy technician and health care coordinator so I understand the billing procedures and how to take care of patients. This office seems to only do what is convenient for them, not what is best for the patient. They do the bare minimum and do not try to find solutions when problems arise. I even offered to pay for the device and bring it in but was told, that is not the policy.Original Review: This office is very unprofessional. Ms. Nunez at the front desk has horrible customer service. I asked if a particular service was offered there and she gave me an annoyed response that I would have to ask the provider because she doesn’t know. Things were consistently forgotten about during my appointment, making it twice as long. There is a huge lack of communication among staff in the office. The lack of consistency or possibly poor charting made it so I had to come back into the office just to sign paperwork. I would not recommend this office.
sachit lama: We have honestly wasted about 6 months with this doctor. Not proactive at all and very quick to brush his hand off the case. Do not recommend him at all. If you have an option, stay away from him.
Tashari Tucker: Dr Graham and his office do not care and are quite frankly very lazy. Every time I’ve visited I’ve felt like I’ve been brushed off with concerns along with the fact that they’re not very thorough. I was having contractions and left several messages on the on call line for no one to call back which resulted in me deciding to go to the ED who then confirmed I was contracting resulting in a shot to relax my uterus. Nobody from the office ever called me to follow up on it. Very lazy. Very uncaring. They also waited until I was in my third trimester to give me my glucose test which makes zero sense. If I ever needed them after hours they never get back to me from the messages I leave on the on call line. Not sure how I’m supposed to trust this doctor to deliver my baby when they show zero care for my state or my condition.
Kelsey Wilcoxen: Dr Graham has helped me so much with this pregnancy I have lost 2 other babies and he has done everything so I don't go into early labor he is the best around..and his staff is the most sweetest people they make you feel comfortable at all times...I recommend him to any and every pregnant females....he is really the best!!
Destini Hollis: Rude.
Sheila Lassiter: Dr Graham is a wonderful Dr but I can't say the same about everyone else. First of all he delivered my baby 15 yrs ago and my mother knew him from Post. Both my girls were pregnant at the same time. 1st daughter was in pain so she went to the ER in her area. They gave her Tylenol and sent her home. Next day she had an appointment that afternoon. She came to my house and collapsed so I called 911. They said she wasn't a priority so she waited on her appt. The mid wife did a ultrasound and sent her home. Same day she went to Chapel Hill and was in sx 3hrs later almost died.2nd daughter was bleeding on a Thursday. Had her appt. Was sent to Carolina Imaging. They never called her back. Sat she had a miscarriage. All this just happened Aug 2021. The office employees don't follow up and the ball gets dropped alot.
Taylor Franchino: I love Dr Graham’ and his whole team! Him and all of his nurse practitioners are wonderful. I loved going there throughout my pregnancy, I switched to his office halfway through and I’m so glad I did. I always felt like me and my baby were safe. He delivered my baby last week through repeat csection and it was wonderful!.
Nina Meas: My first time going here and it was fine. I was a little upset about my copay but thats something out of their hands. I waited an additional 15 mins after my appt. I had to fill out paper work for being a new patient. Ms Gonzales was so helpful at the front desk. I was seen by Olive Leke, PA and she was such a pleasure. I will be coming back.
