Fayetteville Woman’s Care: what do users think?
May Hamed: Doctor Davis is one of most professional physicians I have ever known!!!The clinic very clean, the staff is excellent and extremely helpful!!Everything is so organised and you are in and out!! I recommend them very highly!!
LaTonya Lewis-Tunsil: I've been a patient since 2000. Dr. Strickland delivered my first child. I moved to Greensboro 9 years ago and I still come here for care. They delivered my 5 year old. I cant see myself going anywhere.
Jada Robinson: Dr. Wood is the best
Antoinette Ellison: I’ve been coming to Fayetteville Women’s Care for over 7 years and Dr. Strickland has made each visit nice. He takes time to listen and shows compassion for his patients and doesn’t treat you as a number. His wonderful triage nurse Cindy is awesome and very helpful as well.
Halle Grace Campbell: I’ve been coming to Fayetteville Womens Care for about 6 years now. They have always been so nice and accommodating, never had an issue with front staff or nurses! Susan Glass has been my doctor since I became a patient and she’s always so lovely. However today when I called and left a voicemail regarding a prescription refill, I received a callback from someone in the prescription department who clearly was not having a good day! She told me that she did not care what my pharmacy app said and that I needed to call my pharmacy and tell them to refill it. I normally don’t complain when it comes to customer service but whoever I spoke with doesn’t need to be dealing with patients if that’s how she speaks to all of them. Other than the hateful woman I spoke with today, never any issues! Love this office!
Allison Kovac: Doctors are great. Staff is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend going here. I asked for my medical records to be sent to my new doctor and whoever I had on the phone was rude, condescending and tried arguing with me until I asked to speak to a manager. This isn’t the first time staff has been rude and a hassle to deal with. Unfortunately, it’s becoming a common issue with them. The staff needs to be taught what customer service is and how to speak to people in a kind way.
Shareen Johnson: Love Dr Davis and the staff is awesome
Erin Holdaway: My husband and I went to Fayetteville Woman's Care for the first 32 weeks of my pregnancy and could not be happier with our experience there. Everyone at the clinic was kind, personable and knowledgeable, from the moment we walked in until we walked out every appointment. The front desk staff, the lab technicians, nurses, doctors, check out staff- literally everyone was wonderful to work with. We are first time parents and understandably nervous about the entire experience, and were given nothing but patience and warmth by everyone. All of our questions were answered, we never felt rushed, and every time I left a message for the triage nurse, I was called back right away (no matter how small a question I had). We unfortunately had to switch providers since we live two hours away and our attempts to move to the Fayetteville area failed, but I have no doubt that if we gave birth using Fayetteville Woman's Care, it would have been a great experience and we would have felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in the area- 5 stars all around.
Valarie Highsmith: My Primary Care Provider referred me to this office to get my Nexplanon birth control removed because my husband & I want to try to conceive. However, I was rudely informed by the gentleman answering the phones that they no longer specialize in OBGYN care and suggested that I be referred to someplace else. He didn’t even ask my name or anything both times when I called to attempt to set up my appointment.
Dre'a: Great front desk! Overall efficient workers and doctors, I’ve never had to give my life waiting from Start to Finish! Dr. Strickland, thank you!
Diego Trujillo: Absolutely DO NOT ******* see Dr Strickland!! My partner just had her SOUL CRUSHED because of the lack of care, bedside manner, and acuity. He did not listen to her, he cut her off mid-sentence, and he made a scary situation worse by being blatantly uncaring. This man should be ashamed to call himself a physician and needs to stay far away from the women of this city.
vanilla Kisses: Been going here for 5 years now only see Dr Booths she the best I love this place
Margo Tovar: I remember it so well with my 1st baby Leeah ( she passed away 23 years ago) I was a 15 year old scared as can be, but they made me feel calm. The whole place was calming to me & made me feel special. I was also married. Dr Hayes was supposed to deliver her but he had an emergency that e ending of 13th December 1979 and Dr Scott's delivered my lite bundle of joy. My 2nd daughter was born in December as well during operation baby boom Dr Keeney delivered her. I miss you Dr Keeney. You were there for both daughters.
Lisa Glenn: This practice is all about money. They don’t care about the patients. I would highly consider another practice. Office manager couldn’t even address my concerns. I will find another practice after 4 years with Dr. Booth. Their ratings say it all.
Shatonya Hardy: Recently had two visits with ultrasounds and am currently 12 weeks pregnant. The day of my next visit i call to confirm and they tell me it’s canceled and can no longer accept me. Now they are full for pregnancies until April. How when I was already a patient that was already seen and had appointments set up every 2 weeks. I have been a patient for 3 years. They delivered my daughter. Took me as a pregnant patient again and I now had to pay per visit. Out the blue told me I needed to go elsewhere. Never heard of such ever in my life. Very weird and I had no type of heads up about it. If you’re having a baby just go somewhere else. I now have to wait almost a month for another check up with a new doctor. Most places in the Fayetteville area are now full.
Kala Canfora: My new gyn in another state sent a request for my records, Fayetteville women's care called me stating they won't send my records unless I pay for them to be sent. My new gyn is now calling Fayetteville women's care to figure out why I would have to pay for my medical records to be transferred to another doctor because they have never heard of patients having to pay for their medical records to be sent to another provider. The care here has really gone down hill since I started seeing them in 2010, it's all about the money now and not about the patient.
Sittinpretty NC: Def don't go here!!! I think you're better off going to a Dr in Raleigh just away from Fayetteville area. The Dr's don't care about their patients. They only care about money. Dr Rodriguez was ok at first but he really don't care. He doesn't deserve a five star at all. I agree with the other bad reviews. Unorganized and terrible services. I don't recommend Fayetteville Woman's Care!!!!!! don't make the same mistake I did and dodge this ridiculous place 😒
Mrs Jackson: Glad I left. They don't even explain your lab results. Tell you're within normal range an isn't. They don't gaf about patients. I've had the worse experience over 5yrs especially with Dr Rodriguez and his boring nurse I'd never return. I moved to another city just to get a better dr. Now that I've left They wouldn't even answer my emails for my records or referral. This place is by far the worse. Dr Rodriguez brushes his patients off terribly. Dr Strickland was great but he only delivered my son. I mainly dealt with Dr Rodriguez and his nurse it was awful. I wish I could rate a 0 They don't deserve a 1 star 😔..moved and the same concerns I had at this place I've taken it to this new Dr and they actually care and has helped me way more than Dr Rodriguez has ever helped me. They listen they care and they spend time listening and checking your issues or concerns. Dr Rodriguez just daydream and rushes you. Glad I got tf away from Fayetteville!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save time and skip this office. His nurse is the worse as well.
Breyana Sloan: The doctors brush off your problems and the receptionist are so rude. Told the lady thank you so much and she responded with "mhmm"
Penny M.: I had been going here for years and recently became pregnant, all was going great with them. If you’ve been pregnant you know when you go in they ask for a urine test each time, every office in every state I’ve ever lived in has done this, this had caught preaccampsia for me in the past as well as several UTIs while pregnant. One day I went it for my usual prenatal here and they said that to save time they are no longer doing this, the nurse and doctor told me it just takes too much time to do preventative measures like that…so I switched offices and new doctor said they have no idea why an Ob would ever stop that. High value for productivity over patient care here and you feel like a number till it would be an emergency, not a safe place for prenatal care.
Kristin Campbell: To start off, I like Dr. Woods and his staff, they are really nice. I got there about 15 minutes late due to a small emergency and they were still able to see me. Lately, I've been having an issue that occurred over the past few weeks. At this point, the doctor, visually seen the issue and then he mentioned he couldn't treat me until my results come back which means they would have to send me home with my issue. My results came back and everything was fine, in part, this was great, but what about treating my issue. When I requested for this facility to prescribe me something about my current issue. They stated we will send over cream, I stated that's what I've been using and its not helping me. This facility had the audacity to tell me to schedule another appointment! I was beyond livid! I'm not scheduling an appointment for the same issue. Horrible Service!

A Woman's Place: what do users think?
Kimberly Crumpler: I have been going to this practice for over 15 years. The staff is friendly, I'm always greeted when I arrive, at each visit the nurse takes time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. Dr. Gordon is the best. I have the upmost respect for her. Her advice is always on point. Simply love Dr. Gordon. Highly recommend this office.
Bailey Nicole Bailey: Waited 8 weeks for a pp appointment. My husband wasn’t allowed back due to outdated Covid policies. I wasn’t even seen because they couldn’t figure out my insurance even though the office I just transferred from had zero issues. Wish they would’ve told me that when I gave them my benefits number when I made the appointment 8 weeks ago. Now I get to just hope and pray I healed correctly 👍🏻 (updating since y’all responded, I moved. That was the reason I was needed a new obgyn)
Daphne Evans: Dr. Dickerson and her staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I have been going to this practice for over 21 years. Yes, like everywhere else, there has been staff and policy changes. However, this is completely understandable within a thriving establishment. I must say that the personal treatment and genuinely compassionate staff have remained consistent. I am forever grateful 🙏🏽 to the entire staff at A Womens Place and continue to pray that God continues to bless each one of you as you are definitely a blessing to others.
Jenna Stone: Best staff . I always have Wonderful experiences every body is so friendly and sweet . Dr killman is awesome as well.Update: I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for a call back regarding my appointment and when you call it’s incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone. And they never return my calls AND They were sure to send me the bill in the mail yet haven’t even told me my results . Definitely money driven
Tiara Sutton: Nurse Keisha work ethic in healthcare falls below the standard of care… I was told this by both an attorney & therapist after I shared my situation/experience with them concerning nurse Keisha…. I was also told by another licensed provider that I have rights as a patient and should file a complaint through the medical board, so I filed a complaint on their website & I was contacted by them within two days and now this situation is being investigated.I won’t/can’t share specific details on what took place or what she did to me, I’m just posting this Review for those women who are seeking a good caring OB/GYN doctor and who’s facility has Friendly/ welcoming/ caring staff as well. Yes you want a good doctor, but the nurse staff also plays a role in your healthcare as well, so please take that into consideration. I wouldn’t recommend this facility due to the type of nurse staff that they have working there.
Emily Heath: Everyone here was so friendly and made me feel safe, comfortable and welcome. No complaints at all.
Heather Crawford: Dr. Killman is always wonderful! I am happy to have found her!
Mateo Paul: This establishment is not efficient, requiring multiple appointments prior to performing a basic exam/pap smear. This establishment is also stuck in irrational 2020 Covid hysteria - forcing mandatory masks on employees, patients, and family members alike - in spite of the entire world moving on.Edit: A basic exam, pap smear, and breast exam are typically done on a first visit. There is no reason not to do these on an initial visit unless it's to force multiple visits (with multiple co-pays) for billing purposes. There were no prior records involved, only intentional inefficiency. The sign at your check-in desk saying "Profanity will not be tolerated" is a Huge red flag for your customer service, but now we understand why that sign was required in the first place. We look forward to having better luck in another establishment with greater efficiency/integrity. Thank you.
sorandom nc: I tried to give this place a chance. I tried for over a month to make an appointment. They required me to my records from my previous OBGYN. Unfortunately he retired so they were not able to obtain them. I asked if I could make an appointment anyway but was told I had to have the records. Logically, I do not understand why that is. I asked them to explain why this is but the person I spoke to continued to repeat they need the need the records. She was very rude so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I am not going to beg them to take my money.
Brooke Dale: The front desk staff and my provider have been kind during each visit and the ladies in the lab are very sweet. My experience with the MA today was so awful that I will not be returning as a patient. I have never been made to feel as awful as this individual made me feel today.
KAYLA Johnson: Dr Gordon MD🤗
Nina Evermore: I had high hopes for this place, but like most healthcare facilities around here the staff are very cold and dismissive and really couldn’t care less about their patients. The receptionists are super nice and sweet, but everyone else just…they really don’t care about you. If I were to summarize what I’ve had to deal with here, I’d still be writing an essay. From the doctor telling me getting pregnant was part of God’s plan to some other lady giving me attitude when I asked her to mail me something they promised to mail me since travel was difficult, to the pharmacy they ordered my birth control from not taking my insurance and causing me to go back and forth between them and the clinic, my final straw was when I called the doctor crying on a voicemail and their only response was, “You need to come in. Have you tried (solutions that aren’t solutions but basically tell you we can’t help you)?” I’ve never hung up on someone mid-sentence before, and this place got me to do it.I’ve been to several healthcare facilities in the city and I’ve concluded that in general, you can’t expect to be treated well. People here (the city) are rude, and they don’t give AF. If you’re expecting this place to be any different you’re sadly mistaken. Two stars because if you’re used to this sort of treatment, this may be the place for you. If not, well….
Berea Barton: Great place 👌
Lauren Reynolds: I was a patient here since 2013 but recently switched and so glad I did. I actually got diagnosed with PCOS at my new place which was completely looked over here. I had plenty of symptoms of PCOS and never knew why I was struggling with things that I was. I was never asked about anything else them trying to push any kind of birth control on me and when I said that I didn't want any because I know it's more harm than good, I was always asked if I wanted to get pregnant and when I said no or it doesn't matter I was told well you aren't doing anything to prevent it. I never felt like I mattered as a patient I felt like I was a number and they are all about get in as many as possible and get them out quickly. I will never be returning here.
Naandi Novella: I’ve been a patient here for a little over five years, and I’ve never encountered someone as rude as April. I’m not sure if she’s a nurse or a receptionist, but she has to do better. Her responses to my questions were very rushed, as if she could care less what I had to say! Very disappointing because I never usually have this issue with going to A Womans Place. Everyone is usually so sweet and friendly but not April!
Cole M: I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME HERE. They are rude as hell. No reason to be rude. Trying to be efficient shouldn’t come off as rude. I seriously hate coming here and will be looking for a new ob asap. And FYI even the guy at the front desk is hella rude. That should tell you all you need to know.
Jessica Scott: Nice clean comfortable environment. No long wait and from my experience great communication.
Bernadette Waked: Great place Mrs. Dickerson is excellent. The staff was friendly would recommend.
Kyra Hodge: On today, July 15th, I am extremely disappointed with how my scheduled appointment with Dr. Dickerson was handled! I was running late for my scheduled appointment & called to inform the office. The representative said there is a 15min grace period will you be here by 1135am, I said yes.I arrived to the office to check-in at 1134am & the front desk associate immediately told me he will need to reschedule me because it's past 1130am!I'm disgusted because I just spoke to the previous associate who said I have a 15min grace period. This is extremely ridiculous!I am coming to see my ObGyn for feminine expertise, drove to the facility, all to not even be treated with respect & consideration. It sets a president that Dr. Dickerson was only going to evaluate me for 5mins & give very minimal attention to my concern if 1130 to 1135 causes my appointment to not take place. This situation is truly disheartening, warrants removal from continuing any business with A Woman's Place, informing my family doctor to think twice when referring to A Woman's Place, & completing multiple reviews on the service I did not receive today.I truly expected more of Dr. Dickerson & the practice she runs, here at A Woman's Place.I hope this will be resolved.
Wilma Shepherd: The receptionist this afternoon at the front desk was super rude as hell. There was a miscommunication and she made it like it was my fault.
Melanie Kincy: Lydia Apollo is awesome, she's professional, friendly, highly knowledgeable and is excellent at what she does. The entire staff we're more than professional, they were all friendly, warm, patient and inviting. From the time I entered the door until check out was completely above and beyond what I've ever experienced at any doctor's office!!! Dr Dickerson you and your team are doing an awesome job, please continue to do what you all are doing!!?

Women's Wellness Center Of NC: what do users think?
Mary Hinson: If there are were a zero star rating I’d give it to Dr Meeks….awful bedside manner. Very dismissive, holds his hand up to cut off women, completely unprofessional. Request a different provider, just not him
NotMyFirst Rodeo: Dr. B. is fantastic! I was terrified about my findings but she made me feel at home, the receptionist are very polite especially Dr. B's nurse, M. I am blessed to have been referred by my VA Dr. She was very careful and not abrupt nor abnoxious or rushy. She was very informative and thorough. The only downside is that someone walks away frm the desk there's no one to temp cover, nor is there a notice of their expected return whether its a bathroom trip or not the many times i hv been there. Rather one has to wait until someone returns to get assistance. No problems having my calls returned. however, almost always everytime goes in voicemail.
Haylie Beltran: Requested a different doctor than ms.jones this time around in my pregnancy due to personal reasons with trauma that was brought on to me following a bad pregnancy a few months ago and got terminated by WENDY JONES for asking for different doctor !
Leah Mayers: This is mine and my SILs experiences.I have had 2 miscarriages and 1 of those resulted in an ectopic. I called them in April 2022 to say I'd been pregnant and miscarried and asked if there was anything I needed to do. They never once recommended bloodwork to verify a complete miscarriage. I asked to come in and be checked to make sure things were OK since this was my 2nd miscarriage in less than 6 months (Dec & April). They brought me in on 5/18 and did a transvaginal ultrasound and I met with the doctor right after. She stated everything looked perfect, all they saw was 2 ovulatory cysts on my left ovary and they were small and of no real concern... I leave for a road trip and I get to Denver, CO (1600 miles from home) and I'm in excruciating pain! On May 21 at 4:30 am (not even quite 72hrs later, I'm crawling onto a table in the ER because I need emergency surgery. I had a whole ectopic pregnancy in my left ovary, it had ruptured, and I was bleeding out. My chest cavity was so full of blood that it was in my diaphragm and I was having trouble breathing! I lost a fallopian tube, possibly because I was never told to come in and do bloodwork to verify full miscarriage. I had to ride home 1600 miles recovering from surgery...My SIL, Dec 2021 was hospitalized because she went into preterm labor. She had just seen her doctor for her like 20-21 week ultrasound... turned out she had 2 HUGE fibroids in the sack with the baby.. one was as big as the baby's head, like grapefruit sized and the other was like 6cm... she started having contractions because of these fibroids... fibroids that her doctor never told her existed bc they were on the 2ND PAGE OF THE REPORT...
Alison Hodgson: This entire office is wonderful and Dr. Cole is amazing. She is the kindest and gentlest GYN and talks you though everything. Also proactive and helped me find out that I have a gene for breast cancer along with other cancers and immediately got me to a specialist and has a plan in place to be proactive. Also when I had a TIA and then another episode of stroke like symptoms (35 years old) before I could call the office, she had her nurse call me and schedule an appointment and stopped my medication due to increased risk before I even could come back in. She really cares for her patients and I recommend her and the entire place to everyone I meet. Wish I could give more stars.
K Canady: Wendy Jones is horrible !!!! FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR PRENATAL CARE, a place that care's about you because this facility is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE due to little miss Jones lack of professionalism, knowledge and home trainings. Definitely no manners at all!
Mel lew: Organized office and great staff all the way around.
Martha Aranda: Highly recommend this clinic! They have an AMAZING team and you get the best care. Dr. Lewis delivered my baby and I couldn’t be more thankful and blessed. Thank you for always answering all my questions and concerns, this clinic will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Erin Johnson: Choosing Women's Wellness Center as my OB for my pregnancy was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I truly feel like both myself and my child are healthy & well because of these doctors. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, nurses and Drs. Kaltenecker, Jones, Cole & Lewis. I would highly recommend WWC to anyone looking for an OBGYN.
Caroline Brock: Extremely frustrating when calling. Attempted getting an appointment gave insurance information and was told they would call back. When they called back I was told they could not see me as a patient at this time and would not explain why.
NLW: July 2019-Had an appt with dr Meeks. Left very disappointed. He’s extremely rude! I had a lot of questions for him and he flat out answered with, "I'm not going to spend time discussing the what ifs. Sorry." Wow. We were cash clients and waited 2 hours to see him. Paid over 200$. I'm not a doctor but my time is valuable as well. I have anxiety really badly and left without asking the rest of my questions on my list because I felt that he was rude to me, and not accommodating. I had expectations that he would be more comforting to a scared possibly first time mom. We wanted to talk to a doctor before getting pregnant because we want to be responsible, but our experience was not what I expected. Really bummed. 😔 looking back, I’d be a parent now if it wasn’t for Dr Meeks nasty attitude. I dont have anyone besides my husband to be supportive, and had this dr taken more time to be caring, concerned and loving, I would have had a baby knowing I had support from a care professional. I regret coming here!! Dr Meeks needs a major attitude adjustment and should watch how he talks to people. When people wait so long to see you and they are paying cash out of pocket, you could at least have the decency to say, “welcome! Thank you for waiting!” But he took this opportunity to show us what as @$$ he is. Thank you- I would have waste more money here had he not shown his true colors!
Emily M: Always friendly caring and helpful.
First Last: Dr. Meeks is wonderful. I am aging and he explained to me what is going on with my body, and he was very kind in explaining how my organs are changing. He was very helpful in offering solutions.
Kricket Ely: Dr. Meeks is the most compassionate and thorough OB ever. He's been my doctor for 30 years and seen me through everything from health care to personal life concerns like adopting my niece and nephew! If I have a question he is always ready to listen and explain completely. And he realizes life issues effects our health as well!
Briahnna Gonzales: Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Lewis, Dr. Cole, and Allison have never failed to make me feel comfortable and always make sure my questions are answered. I have been through two pregnancies and both have been great with them as my providers! Highly recommend.
Ashley Lopez: Dr.Meeks is very compassionate and really has helped me. He showed me he cared when I had a miscarriage. He listened to me and my every concern. I never had an excellent Provider like him. I’m sad I won’t be able to see him as my Provider during my pregnancy but happy to finally become a mother thanks to Dr.Meeks. He truly loves his career and helping woman. I never write reviews but here I am write one because he truly deserves to be recognized for being an excellent provider who gives excellent care. Thank you Dr.Meeks!
danielle jones: My mother and sister have both been patients of Dr. Meeks spanning 25 years. My sister has been through two pregnancies and can't say enough positive things about this office and providers including Cole and Wongk, so I was confident I'd have a good experience as well. I met with Dr. Cole to discuss a few concerns, particularly the infertility I've struggled with for nearly 8 years. Just within the last year I've gotten a few answers resolved through another specialist but still need insight from a gyno. The first two visits were great I thought I had found the doctor who finally took me serious and was committed to helping us conceive. My third visit though left a bad taste in my mouth. It was as if she had no recollection of the things she suggested and mocked me for taking the steps she prescribed. I had a failed pregnancy/chemical that same week and she openly expressed she didn't believe it to be true since she hadn't physically confirmed it for herself. Told me there are other tests we could do if I felt it was worth it but that it likely wouldn't help us. Basically insinuating I'm out of luck. I truly believe she is a great doctor and maybe that was an off day but it was enough for me to decide to go elsewhere. Folks dealing with infertility and women in general need providers who are compassionate and advocate for them. I believe I would be treated differently if I were currently pregnant. Overall the staff are friendly and kind just not the right fit for me if I have any hopes of conceiving.
J C: The ultrasound machine looks old , I was not able to see my baby very well , the picture was not that good maybe at my next appointment it will be better . All the staff was kind except the women for the blood work she was rude
Haley Kellett: I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice, they’ve seen me through the end of my first pregnancy, a miscarriage and now through the pregnancy and birth of our rainbow baby.Every experience I’ve had with all the doctors has been amazing, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Cole delivered my babies and did a fantastic job. I’ve never truly been able to say I liked every doctor in a practice but I do here.Dr Jones held my hand and wiped my tears while I was being put under for my D&C. The compassion and empathy everyone there had for me in the worst time of my life was so meaningful. Allison the FNP was always willing to see me if I had any concerns or scares through my pregnancy and I truly couldn’t have stayed sane without the amazing care of this awesome team. They know not only me as a patient but my babies too and that means the world to me that they truly take the time to get to personally know you.Highly recommend them ♥️
Sam Kellett: This place is truly amazing. They have such friendly staff that know and love my entire family, they've now delivered both of my children and I couldn't say enough AMAZING things about them. I love this place. Dr. Cole, Dr. Lewis, and Allison are the best. Everyone else is too, but those three help make my family what it is today.
Roger Parker: The staff is incredibley rude they all have nasty attitudes me and my wife provided multiple drug screens that where negative and just because there's said positive they refused to see my wife

Hallmark Women's Clinic: what do users think?
ItsJasperRai: I received an abortion via pill and the ladies there could not have been more welcoming!! They have such a funny sense of humor and made sure I was well taken care of as well as feeling safe in their establishment! I drove over 2 hours to make my appointment and it was definitely worth the time--I wasn't waiting long to be seen either, maybe 20 min max! Love yall, please keep being an open mind and heart to women in need! ♡
Spirit LoveIsGod: The doctor was very cold and the staff provided no proper help. They didn't make effort to help at all.
L Sal: This staff here helps make you feel comfortable and cared for . Making an appointment is so easy and it can take less than a couple minutes. Everyone is uplifting, positive, and works to make the appointment quick and easy while keeping you fully informed of what's happening. Once your appointment is over, they have a separate exiting door which helps with feeling anxious.
Sweet Occasion's: HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! TOLD ME I CAN COME AT 20 WEEKS BY STAFF, DROVE 3 HOURS GOT THERE AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T PERFORM THE SURGERY BECAUSE THE CUT OFF IS 19 WEEKS! SAVE YOUR TIME!
Runa Delta: The Doctor is amazing, she was very kind, patient and helpful and was able to answer any question I had. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. I felt very comfortable with them. 10/10 would reccomend.
Gemini Girl: Everyone have their own opinion but I'm here to say this. I have had the best experience at this client. From the Front Desk Rep to the Financial Advisor, to the Nurses and most importantly the Doctor. Dr. Henderson and his team had me feeling so comfortable. I was more in pain from laughing cause they so outgoing instead of being in pain for LITERALLY a 10 sec procedure. I had questions after my procedures on how to take meds, they was very informative and kind to answer. I hope and pray to God that I will never have to have this procedure again due to my lack of irresponsibilities but if I did I will definitely go back. Thanks Team can't wait too see you guys in two weeks for my follow up. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
Jocelyn Terry (Jot): They were great. The nurses and Dr are so nice. They talk you through everything and they really help you feel comfortable.
jessica Hardin: My appt was at 9:30am on a Saturday morning! Got their about 9:35am! The receptionist was very very nice n im a big person on customer service! She asked me about how many weeks I thought I was. My reply was about 7 weeks bc my menstrual was suppose to come on around October 17, 2018! She then replied u don't wanna try the pill method? I told her at first I was gonna do the pill method but I changed my mind bc I wanted to get it over with as quick as possible so I'm gonna go with the surgery! She asked me if I was a heavy bleeder and I told her yes the first 2 days of my menstrual is heavy! She said well yes the surgery will be better! I completed my paperwork within 5 minutes n she told me to have a seat til they call my name! They called me back within 10 minutes! I went to the back n they checked my BP n heart rate n gave me my rogaine shot in my finger! Just a lil Nick didn't hurt! They then gave me a basket with a gift inside of it which was a bath set! The basket had the hospital gown in it n she told me to undress everything from the bottom down n leave my socks on and put my clothes n the basket they gave me n have a seat! I maybe sat back there 3 minutes before they called me to begin my surgery procedure! As I took the walk back my nerves were all over the place n I was just ready for it to be over! Walked into the room it was a small room with the ultrasound machine n the regular bed that u lay on when u getting a pap smear! So first the doctor asked me how far I thought I was n I told him maybe 7 weeks! So he said let's check n see n he gave me a ultrasound! I hit it right on the head I was exactly 7 weeks! Next the lady that was in the room gave me 3 shots 2 in one arm n 1 n the other! She told me that what she was giving me would help me relax which was Valium n the other shot was for nausea n I forgot what she said the other shot was! I think suprexine or something like that but the other one was toradol if I'm spelling it correctly! The doc then told me that he was gonna give me some laughing gas n I needed to make sure I inhaled it hold breathe for 3 secs n breathe out n continuously keep doing that! I maybe did it about 4 times n by the time I got to my 4th inhale of laughing gas it was over!!!!! He had already suctioned me out n all! Me in disbelief I'm like omg that's it?????? We done????? He said yes mam!!!!! I literally felt nothing!! It is nothing like what I read on the internet! After he got done I got up n walked to the recovery room n sat in a recliner chair with my feet up n the nurse put a hot pad on my stomach! Which I didn't need it bc I didn't cramp at all! So I asked her how long do I have to sit in here! She said just a few minutes! She also said we just need to check your pad and check your bleeding! I got up n walked to the bathroom n showed her my pad n it was nothing on it maybe just a light light brown spot! She told me ok you can get dressed bc u r all good to go! I got dressed had no problem getting dressed no cramping no heavy bleeding nothing! I thanked the nurses n doctor n the nurse asked me was somebody there to drive me home! I told her yes! She walked me out the back door!!! I forgot to mention the doctor that did my procedure his name was Dr.washington n he was the best ever!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! Nothing negative at all! If I had to do it all over again this is where I would go!! Also there r no protesters standing outside none of that! I rated this clinic a 5 because they have A1 customer service and make you feel soooo comfortable! This is a true story n I thought I would share it with you guys!!!! I'm home n I feel like nothing has ever happened!! I'm back to my normal self!!!!
Ashley Dixon: I called around midnight on Sunday to the 24/7 appointment line and no one answered. Not even a full minute later a very warm and kind lady called me back from the clinic. She gave me information, answered my questions, and treated me better than I could have imagined. The dr and nurses and counselors all where amazing and patient. My office visit was top notch. This is my 3rd termination and this is the first time doing medical /pill termination so I can’t rate that as every woman has differing experiences. I know it will be painful tomorrow but the clinic itself was wonderful. I do know that my first surgical didn’t hurt during the procedure but for weeks following I felt like I was going to die (not this clinic- in Raleigh/Cary -don’t remember their name ) and the second was done at planned Parenthood and the procedure hurt badly but the pain was gone in less than 20 mins afterwards....
Mia Eubanks: I got a surgical abortion here maybe a decade ago...I know it is a long time for a review but idc. they said we they do local anesthesia... I highly doubt it ... I felt Everthing. The nurses held me down yelled at me told me to shut up that and not to scream one covered my mouth. No caring bedside manner. It was horrible. I don't know what three place is like now and I don't recall Planned Parenthood being in Fayetteville at the time. I should have went to the Women's Health Clinic in Raleigh. I took a friend there. They treated with dignity and kindness. It wasn't having an abortion that emotionally scarred me ... it was the way I was treated by the medical staff.
Jbeauty TV be b: I have done the procedure and the pill. I would never recommend the procedure to anyone. You have to have the pill before 9 weeks though. The procedure is very painful and last around 3 to 5 minutes which can feel like forever when being in so much discomfort. They offer laughing gas for an extra 50 dollars but it is a waste of money because I was still very uncomfortable throughout my procedure. When I took the pill I had to take a pill by mouth in the clinic and go home and insert some pills in vagina the next day. It was more private and alot less pain. They give you pain meds to take to help with the cramping you will feel a couple of hours after inserting pills. The staff is nice but the place is small and sometimes there is nowhere to sit due to so many people being there. In my opinion they need to control their appointments and manage time better so that there is not 15 people in the waiting room (which is not big at all). A lot of people will bring someone with them and it causes the room to be very crowed yet children are not allowed in the waiting area. I think no one but the patient should be allowed in the building unless they are under the age of 18.
Ty Bullard: Horrible! I called the lady and told her that I was 19 weeks 2 days and that planned parenthood couldn't do my procedure because there was an emergency within their clinic. She said okay just come in the next day and pay for your ultrasound so he can examine you etc...I paid 125 only to be told I was 19 4 and that there was nothing they could do unless another women walked in that far along then he (the doctor) would come in the next day to do the procedure but that he isn't going to come in for just one abortion. The lady was suppose to call me that Monday to see if she could schedule me at Chapel Hill but no call. I'm going to Atlanta tomorrow to get it done and it's like 400 cheaper with anesthesia. Stay away from them! The place is horrible! Not clean old equipment cigarette butts all in the parking lot etc I had never heard of them but I was desperate thank God it worked out the way it did.
Ebony Wilson: I choose pill method . Thank God I was able to, I defiently wouldnt recommend the surgical procedure .
Abby jackson: Fatih
Melissa Cooper: The Staff including Dr. Washington have always been courteous, friendly, and caring. I have no clue what these other girls are talking about, Ms Tammy is always so kind and understanding. The staff never judges you and you always feel at ease. Dr. Washington talks to you during the procedure and walks you through the process of everything that is happening. The outside may not look the best in the world, but that's why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
Kaela Johnson: After reading previous reviews on this clinic I completely disagree. I came all the way from Charlotte,NC. I got there the staff treated me like family. The procedure was durable because the nurses and doctors talked me through it. The experience was very personal due to the circumstances. Lord forbid if I ever had to go through the process again I would take that trip to do it with them. I recommend to anybody in this situation. Another plus was protesters were no where in sight to badger you.
Angel Marie: This place is nasty and disgusting and the staff well completely rude. The Dr. Melvin Henderson ruined my life. He ruptured me so bad that I had to have a full hysterectomy due to his lack of appropriate medical procedure. I warn everyone do not go to this place. There are other choices.

Jones Center For Womens Health: what do users think?
christy hardesty: Attended here with my young adult daughter. I person have never been a patient here, but had considered changing, until I noted various HIPAA and patient’s rights violations. That secured the fact that I myself would NOT be coming here as patient. My daughter says she enjoys her provider here. If you are ignorant to and do not understand your rights as a patient and under HIPPA, then I suggest you for for it, otherwise, I would suggest you look elsewhere
Jahiyah Mcbride: I've been going here for years and I'm looking to change. The nurse is never in the office to answer calls or make call backs. They don't listen to your concerns or make you feel like they even care to help. I called to make an appointment because of excessive bleeding and they tried to schedule me for 2 months away. They are dismissive when it comes to their patients and their concerns
Deborrah Bethea: The Jones clinic saw my niece and I asked before we left what was owed and we paid the 21-dollar co-pay and paid it. The billing person kept calling me about 26 cents there is nothing on the bill. I told the lady I was disabled and that I would get there as soon as I could I am 30-40 minutes away and I asked them to call back for the 26 cents and I would put it on my card, now they want $150.00 for being late on my payment of 26 CENTS!I will be calling Tricare for Life to see if I can get them off the listing for the military and their children. We have enough companies taking advantage of the military here in North Carolina,we have to put our foot down and stop the madness...
Susan Keen: Worst place to every go to!! Never will recommend this place if your haven a baby
Harley Pelaez: I just had a very concerning visit with this facility. Do not go here if you value having your concerns addressed professionally by the staff. Dr. Jones made me feel unsafe, unheard and honestly scared after my visit. I informed him I would need him to explain everything he does during the procedure. He decided to get loud and stand up over me and saying he needs me to lay back down so I can continue. He then asks me if I trust him and I said no. After that he slammed the speculum onto the exam table and slammed out of the exam room. The nurse with him followed and I was left in the exam room half clothed with no explanation or follow up care. The staff was not even concerned about me or even about his behavior. I will be placing a complaint with North Carolina Medical Board against his license. The facility manager only documented complaint in my chart with no knowledge on follow through with complaint. This facility is privately owned so not sure who will be holding this behavior accountable.
Téa Mazziotti: This OB on multiple occasions tried to implement and perform unnecessary interventions at the end of my low risk, healthy pregnancy including an induction the morning of my 40 week appointment after changing my due date during a 35 week ultrasound. I luckily delivered with the on call midwife over the weekend. Now two years later I am unable to get through to anyone in the office to request my medical records be faxed to my new midwife as I am about to deliver my second. I have left multiple voice-mails and sat on hold for the primary office number. Everyone I interacted with in the office was always nice. I would recommend anyone who's pregnant do their own research and prepare to advocate for their wishes. Communication was extremely inconsistent while I was a patient and even now, seemingly impossible as I still haven't gotten my records from this office.
Kelvinia Parks: Wow, truly appalled by so many negative experiences being expressed here. I’ve delivered my son in 2020 and my son in 2023 with Dr. Jones he, his wife, and all of his staff have been absolutely nothing short of Godsend. I remember, before I was ever a patient here, for years I would see SO MANY women on Facebook recommend Dr. Jones office heavily. This is no exaggeration. I always wondered “who is Dr. Jones” so with my next pregnancy I decided to see what the hype was about as they all raved about him and his staff. I will say that his office has been so bombarded with so many people deciding to choose his practice that the wait times in the lobby are more lengthy then they were years ago. I’m truly happy for him and his wife however I know that is one heck of a workload to handle when the demand is at such a high volume and they are only 2 doctors there. Regardless, each time they have superb customer service, they LISTEN to me and they perform miracles here! From surgeries to birthwork, to ensuring all women are in healthy mental states as well. There operating system has resulted in them truly thriving and making such HUGE differences in people’s lives. Their staff, front desk staff, back desk staff, ALL the staff make this process so smooth. I could always tell both doctors did their due diligence in vetting the people who come here for employment and it makes such a huge difference. Every baby I ever have since 2020 will be delivered by Dr. Jones, you can bet your bottom dollar on that!
Diamond Watkins: I should have done some research before I booked an appointment. Every review I’ve read speaks my experience in volume. Literally the worst receptionist. They need a complete re vamp, re hire and re train. I’ve recently had the worst experience over the phone as a new patient it made me cancel my appointment. Ms Sanchez was nothing but rude and dismissive to me. I refuse to step foot into this practice. I called back a week ago to speak with a manager and have yet to be called back. Do yourself the favor save yourself the headache find another Office to visit.
Robyn Winfield: It would be so nice if someone/ anyone would answer the phone. I couldn't cancel an appointment, reschedule an appointment or get through to set up an account online. I sat through 8, 6, 11, 4 and 12 minutes of that awful (at times ) extremely loud jazz song . I give up! I'll go somewhere else.
Crystal White: I cannot recall a time that I went to this office and was greeted with a warm hello. I can vividly remember dry, short responses, no eye contact and attitude from whomever was sitting at the check-in and check-out windows. To get someone’s attention is to just stand there and let a line form. For your information I work with a high pace medical office, and I would never treat out patients like this. For the past week I’ve been asking for my medical records to be sent to my email. Every time I get someone on the phone, they said we will send it at the end of the day when the patients are done. I still haven’t received anything from them. I don’t recommend going to this office, better off going somewhere else.
Tianna Gutierrez: Doesn’t answer the phone, when you show up they’re extremely rude and the front desk lady acts like you’re bothering her from being on her phone.
Shanice Toler: I’ve bene going here since I’ve been 12 weeks i loved womans place but they no longer could see me after 12 weeks i got recommended here and i love it absolutely the best staff, everyone is welcoming no matter how early and tired we all are never have to wait too long to get in and get out its pretty easy going! i’m due in June for my first kid and the Dr’s i’ve encountered have been such great help with answering questions and concerns if i could give this place a 10 star i would.
Sydney Shackles: I have called multiple times the past few weeks to get my birth control prescription refilled. So I’ve been out and had none and can’t get a call back. When I went months back the doctors were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had surgery to diagnose endometriosis and then got an infected incision. When I went into the office to be seen about it, they asked if it was my c-section incision that was infected. I’ve never had a kid or been pregnant. They didn’t even know why I was there.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here and I will be looking for a new doctor because I wouldn’t trust them with a pregnancy.
Leinahtan Witherspoon: I had an appointment with Dr. Jones (lady). She prescribed a procedure to be done. I been waiting on billing clerk Valerie since my appointment on 3-14 for her to get in touch with my insurance company. She stated my insurance company it’s hard to get in touch with,,, her exact words were it’s like pulling teeth trying to get in touch with my insurance company. She avoids my calls. And I can’t get an appointment until she verifies my copay.Women’s health means nothing to this place. I feel like I was seen once to get money and now Dr. Jones is done with me.It’s ridiculous how I was prescribed medicine and a procedure to be done two weeks ago and because it’s like ‘pulling teeth’ to get in touch with my insurance company my health is up in the air.I found another place but my appointment isn’t till May. I actually waited two months for this office appointment. What a waste of my time.
Rachel Williams: I came here for my first pregnancy. The clinical staff members were always friendly and prompt. Dr. Jones delivered my son and I have absolutely no complaints at all.Unfortunately, the front office is extremely unprofessional and is doing this office a disservice with the way they interact (or the lack thereof) with patients. I cannot recall a time that I went into an appointment and was greeted with a warm hello, but I can vividly remember dry, short responses, no eye contact and attitude from whomever was sitting at the check-in and out windows. The phone systems are frequently "broken", and even when they are working, the receptionists will answer the phone and immediately place you on hold without speaking and continue to place you on hold as the phone chimes them to answer again. The longest I have ever had the patience to wait was 15 minutes; I hung up and called back to then be placed on another 10 minute wait. At one point the phone system was down for more than a week; I then went into the office to try to get an appointment scheduled and was rudely told by the receptionist that the coordinator would have to call me back when the phones were working again. Needless to say, weeks have now gone by and I have not received any callback.I have chosen to go to a completely different office for my second pregnancy for no other reason than no longer wanting to have to interact with their front office.
lauren springer: Been trying to call them for 5 days now and left 2 voicemails. Have a hemmoragic cyst that needs close monitoring (ER told me to follow up asap) with excruciating pain and can’t get through to them
Dasani Moore: Literally I’ve been trying to call the office for weeks now and I can’t ever get a response 20 weeks pregnant and I’ve only been seen once do better please!
Lisette Argandona: My daughter and I have been patients for years. I have literally been on the phone holding for 17 min and counting. This is the 2nd call, the first one was 13min holding for someone to pick up and just disconnect the line. They pick up, and without saying a word put you right back on hold. The lack of professionalism in a Doctors office setting has severely declined. I have been waiting DAYS to have my daughters refill called it. Left msgs as well as the pharmacy stating they cant get ahold of anyone in the office either. Very Disappointing to say the least, its unfortunate how front desk staff can make a Doctors office be this bad. STILL ON HOLD !
Rachel Musgrove: Horrible. Do not go here. I had a great experience at birth SOLELY due to my amazing midwife Cynthia who is leaving the practice.Where to begin for the bad experience.. -would wait for an hr+ to be seen at each appt-No support persons are allowed back with you to be seen unless you are having an ultrasound-Was very discouraged to go into labor naturally and pushed into induction (luckily my water broke day of induction and Cynthia was very supportive of letting me labor naturally) I strongly believe if any other provider in the practice would have been on call that day I would have been induced. I had no health concerns, my baby was just 5 days past her due date-The biggest issue is that my records from my previous OB were input incorrectly into their system, so when I gave birth to my daughter the hospital showed that I was HepB positive, yet I was never even tested at Dr Jones office. My baby had to get extra vaccines and my husband and I were shocked to find out we were “HepB +” minutes after I had given birth. The next morning Dr. Jones laughed at the situation and assured us that I was never positive. Now the state is having to follow up with us on our baby because in the state system it is showing of false results that Dr. Jones’ office never fixed. The office has not called the state back and has been very difficult to get ahold of.Do not trust this provider with your pre and post natal care, especially now that Cynthia is leaving.
Falon James: Have given birth with Dr Jones as my OB for the last 3 pregnancies and now he is my Dr for my fourth. The staff is very accommodating and understanding. The OBs make sure if u have any questions they fully explore and help you understand exactly what is going on.
Juanita Thomas: I have been coming to the Jones Center since my second pregnancy in 2003. Dr. Johnnie Jones delivered my daughter that year and Dr. Michael Jones delivered my daughter in 2004. I moved away for 10 years and when I came back this was the only clinic I wanted to go to. It’s some new staff since years ago but I love Jones Center for Women!!! Now my children goes there and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JONES CENTER!!!!!

Planned Parenthood - Fayetteville Health Center: what do users think?
Anikka Arroyo: Staff was very nice and accomodating, makes sure you’re comfortable. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time, and it was a little wait for me also but I was able to avoid the extensive wait time by booking my appointment as soon as they open. Just a tip!
Julissa Valadez: Literally the worst experience front staff was nice the manager or whatever she was was rude and acted like she didn’t know her stuff I honestly was glad I didn’t have to do a procedure here don’t recommend
princess mcdougald: Just to be honest … the waiting room was ridiculously full as if they booked appointments back to back . My appointment was at 9am , didn’t go to the back until almost 12. Then to be told I would have to go to Chapel Hill because I was too far along (by a week) for my procedure . My appointment was made 3 weeks prior so they knew how far along I was which was extremely frustrating. They tell you book online but it doesn’t let you I had to physically go up there in person to make an appointment , because they NEVER answer the appointment line . If you are anywhere close to 15 weeks seeking a procedure don’t waste your time here .
Lakeisha Clifton: Feeling a little overwhelmed . The process is already a hard one but to get here and be waiting for so long because it seems that they are overbooked is ridiculous ! There’s so many patients in the waiting room yet it seems like no names are being called. I’m just over it at this point . Update: appt was at 1010… it’s 1:47, still haven’t been seen by doctor .
Morgan Disterheft: Drove two hours for an appointment, if you want to use insurance you MUST call 24hrs prior. Nobody told me even though it said insurance was covered you MUST call for them to actually use it. Even though I put my information in. They don't run it unless you call.
Nadia Imes: I spent 3 hours here just for a medical abortion (no surgery) and some birth control.
Bella Signora: The nurses were very kind and patient. The nurse that took my vitals and completed my chart was very helpful. They really helped me to relax and remain calm through the process since it was my first abortion. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!
Maggie Duarte: Best abortion I ever had and only so far. Loved messed with the stupid fake Christians outside.Hopfullt will neelver have to again but if I do. Id go thru them.
Mark Jenn McCoy: They were very nice! And I mean EvErYbOdY!! They were informative when I had questions! The ONLY THING is you have to wait a few, few hours 😅. I would definitely give them 5 stars except for the wait.
Holly Gravois Valdepena: Misdiagnosed me with a serious medical condition! I am not happy.
Sunny Nunez: The place never ever answer the phone, never.
Celeste J: TERRIBLE this place doesnt answer the phone at all called 8 times throughout last week left voicemail nd number for callback nd nothing each time.
Shaniya Wordsworth: Everyone is so friendly! It is so clean inside, welcoming and nice.
Brittany Davis: Would never answer the phone for me to even schedule a abortion appointment. I called 6 times an was put on hold for 30mins each time.
Michaela Ashford: Fayetteville has a lot of ugly places but this facility is not one of them. The receptionist was absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming and had a great sense of humor. Then Jen took me to the back, recorded my stats, vitals and asked questions. She was also an extremely welcoming and kind person. Nothing was awkward I felt comfortable. Lastly, the medical professional who replaced and implanted my new IUD (who’s name I can’t remember 😭) was absolutely amazing and definitely passionate and professional about her craft. Everything done was smooth and efficient. After words I experienced cramps and they helped me until my mom picked me up. This wonderful facility that I’d recommend to anyone.
Ebonee' Williams: Love this place.
Stephanie Jackson: Terrible. My appointment was at 12 and I’ve been sitting for two hours. This clinic obviously overbook themselves
Charles Jaggers: Keep up the good work!
Tira Burrell: Took 6 hours just to be seen for fifteen minutes. First and last time I’ll come here. They suck.
Tha T: Honestly this place is great. The receptionist has wonderful people skills and the nurse practitioner here is amazing. They know what they are doing, and very knowledgeable. The staff here are so great! And it's a warm comfortable environment.I went here for my pap exam and NP Elizabeth is so kind

Cape Fear Valley Ob/Gyn: what do users think?
mary ambachew: The nurse manager did not care how much in pain I was even if i was existing patient. NO pain medication, NO emergency care, and NO empathy. The worst experience ever. I see they HAVE LOTS OF BAD REVIEW . We need to inform the board about there emergency care and the nurse manager.
Reina Chavez: If you’re looking for the worst prenatal care in all of Fayetteville, then this is your place.
Jimea Wendel: Unless you want to be judged and treated with no respect I wouldn’t go here !
Rocio Morillo: Literally the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been too ! No one ever answers the phone and they are very disorganized with everything !!!
Nesha M: If I could give zero stars I would! There’s a lack of concern from the Doctors, and staff. I could write an entire chapter on the things I experienced. Just stay away!
Kiarra Legette: I went a couple of weeks back and had a horrible experience with labs. When I returned the same lady wasn’t there and I’m so glad. Ashley (the main phlebotomist) let me know she was out on vacation the day I had the bad experience . I am sooooo thankful for her I didn’t feel a thing and everything was quick! Ask for Ashley if you ever have to give labs she is the BEST !
Ashley Cable: Complete waste of time. The Dr didn’t answer a single question, did not address a single concern, and did nothing to address the current problems i’m facing. When I inquired about a hysterectomy I was completely blown off without reason. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.
Alex Coleman: Left crying.
Bruna Oliveira: I really hope the doctors read this. You don't need to care about me, but you should at least fake it. I have zero confidence with the doctors at this clinic. Apparently, you cannot have one doctor, you are obligated to rotate doctors.. which for me it means you will never build a doctor/patiente relationship, you will never trust them because you don't know them. When the doctor come to the room, they are always in a rush, they do not give you any information. When I asked my doctor a question she asked if I didn't receive the pregnancy packet.. they give you a bunch of papers so you won't ask them any questions. They don't care about your concern.I left my last appt crying and decided to go with a different clinic. I am not putting myself and my daughter's life in their hands. I have zero trust in these doctors.
Halee Rodriguez: Would love to bring attention to Ashley in labs! She is super sweet, super professional, and all around wonderful at her job! Coming from someone who hates needles I can honestly say she made the whole experience a breeze.
Brody Johnson: I would not recommend this place. We have had problems since before starting here. It took 2 months of calling just to get an appointment with them for pregnancy. We had been seen previously but were moving so we had to find someone else. Had to schedule the first appointment as the 18 week appointment and anatomy scan. At the first appointment (which was supposed to be an anatomy scan and OB appointment), the wait was over 2 hours just to see the doctor for 5 minutes and then be discharged. The doctor did not listen to any of the concerns or anything said and the anatomy scan did not happen. The next appointment a month later was slightly better but the technician doing the anatomy scan spent 10 minutes when we were told to be prepared for a 45 minute ultrasound. She didn’t even get all of the views needed and we were told we would have to come back. We spent maybe 5-10 minutes talking to the doctor who made us feel like idiots for asking questions. When going to schedule the follow up appointment and anatomy scan (again), the receptionist ended up scheduling it incorrectly but we didn’t know until we received a phone call a week later saying to call and schedule the scan. Well we called right after that and we were told we would have to change dates (over a month from the original appointment date) if we wanted it scheduled correctly. The receptionist said she would speak to the ultrasound technician about squeezing us in for the views missed and call us back. We never received a phone call. Went to follow up the following Monday and the receptionist we spoke with told us we could schedule separately for the appointments. We explained that we cannot do that and the person who scheduled the original appointment messed up and we had to do it that day. This receptionist again took down our number and said we would get a call back. The amount of frustration and stress this place has put us through is ridiculous at this point. This is the only option for an obgyn that we have since nobody else will take a new patient this far along in pregnancy. I wish we switched to someone else sooner so our time wouldn’t have been wasted by this place. Not to mention they have you sign up for the MyChart app and tell you to ask questions through there if you have them but then nobody responds to them. We asked a medical question and ended up have to go to an urgent care after a week because we didn’t get a response and calling to ask doesn’t get you anywhere either.
Challanger 1988 (I.A): Cheap and lazy doctors, No attention for patientsAll about money & AppointmentsI don’t recommend at all
Danielle Braimah: The wait time could improve but nurse Vonnie was very professional and enjoyable. She made the experience bearable.
Tiera Benjamin: Ashley M. has been an amazing help with all my lab visits! She was very welcoming and always had a positive attitude when servicing me. Great personality and very up beat!
Nastasia Williams: If always a speedy visit with caring people here.
Jessica Luck: Dr Fauzia Baqai performed a membrane sweep without my consent. I was 40w3d and asked for a cervical check. With her hand inside me, she said "and I just went ahead and did a membrane check to get things moving". She did not explain what it was even after. I was never told or asked, until it was already done. I did not want one done, and what she did was ASSAULT.
DaRyte Spot: Dozetta is a true asset to this clinic. I called in to get info on the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception. I think I found my happy place. Thank you for employing such a gem.
Amanda Fricker: This was my first time visiting this OB/GYN and I won’t be back. I showed up at 2:45 for my 3:00 appointment, checked in, was given paperwork in which I signed and gave back and was told to be seated and I waited an hour and 15 minutes and when I went up there to ask how long it was going to be, the front desk said that I was never checked in and that I needed to be rescheduled. I would rather go somewhere else!
M C: This was my first time here my appointment was at 3 I arrived at 2:40 let the receptionist know that the kiosk wouldn’t let me check in told her my name she said she had me check in have a seat they would call me back a hour passed and I’m still waiting I go back and ask her do she know why it was taking so long she goes and ask me all the same questions over just to say she marked me as a no show! How is that when I’ve been waiting for a hour she then says oh you have to come back I can’t get anyone to see you I refused then she goes to tell me i was there on the wrong date which I tell her that’s not true she argues me down about how I’m wrong my appointment is on another day I was so frustrated I left. the next day the appointment reminder person calls me I asked her can she look at previous appointments told her what happened she told me that the receptionist did in fact change my appointment and I was there on the correct day and time. I was so upset because not only did she loud talk me and embarrass me in front of the lobby full of people saying I was wrong when In all actuality she was wrong unprofessional and unethical! All she had to say was I’m sorry ma’am I forgot to mark you here for your appointment it’s a honest mistake but she lied and humiliated me due to her mistake
NiqNiq Nicole: Dr. Walker was very pleasant, patient, understanding and gentle. The entire staff was very nice especially Ms. Nancy!
Kendra Jefferson: I can’t never get anybody on the phone to make a appointment or get test results. I called all day once just to check on my test results and when someone finally did get on the phone all you can hear is the young lady laughing and talking. Cape fear valley anything is just a mess.

All American Gynecology: what do users think?
Jesse Dailey: I love this ob. Please give them a shot! ❤️
Sacha Bettis: @jin Kim I don’t know what doctors office you’ve been too but it definitely cannot be all american Obgyn ! This is hands down the best doctors office you could go to dang shame it’s not pregnancy anymore but other than that . All the other doctors Obgyn offices around are definitely gonna half step with you & leave you with unanswered questions 99.9% of the time. Speaking from experience ! This is the only doctors office I trust with my life ! From blood work to paps to urine test they have always went the extra mile ! The STAFF IS AMAZING NOT SHORT FROM IT I LOVEEEEEE THEM ALLLL!! LOOKING FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE ! JinKim sorry not sorry I do not approve your message it’s sounds like your giving Karen vibes.
jin kim: I checked in 1:30pm and waited to see a doctor in the room. Around 3:10pm, the student doctor showed up and explained the doctor is conducting a procedure with another patient. I don't know why it took more than 1 hour for someone to let me know that doctor will be late.Long story short, the student doctor did a papsmear test on me.I do not recommend this Obgyn unless you are ok to be stuck in the room for more than 1 hour to see a student doctor. Also, they collected my urine and did not test on it since I don't have any concerns. I don't understand why they collect it. 🙄
CM 8A: Totally unpleasant experience! I just have been there twice and both times have been a horrible experience with the receptionist! The women opening the door don't know how to say " hello" and they talk to you as if you where inferior and put you totally down. I changed my insurance and my last gynecologist can't take my new insurance so unfortunately I have to go to All american Obstetric but at soon I can I will change my insurance and go back to my nice, pleasant and professional gynecologist office. The second time I went to this place was my last one and the doctor denied her services as a patient on me because I complain about the receptionist behavior to the nurse and she said to me that since I am complaining and I have said to the nurse that I will never go back to that office she won't take me as a patient and she will "suggest me" to call my insurance and find another diferent doctor and facility for my health concerts...?????? PLEASE PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE OF THIS OFFICE!
Cha'nell Concepcion: Some of them if not most are rude and not professional. Normal things like recording appointments and prescriptions I don’t if it’s just lack of accountability or what but there has been three times we’re there is no record. Had to retake my glucose test three times probably because they just suck at doing there jobs.
Haja Jallow: If I could leave a review for less than 1 star I would. My cousin who doesn’t quite understand English wasn’t permitted a translator or someone accompanying her, how is she supposed to communicate with her provider. And then due to her naïveté, the provider tried to scare her into having a scheduled C section by saying the baby “maul be breech, this is all for higher billing purposes. Keep in mind that all previous ultrasounds had the baby in a head own position, now all of a sudden the baby is breeched at 37 weeks. I can see why they have low ratings. The office manager was extremely rude and i accommodating. If you have any other choice, please DO NOT go to this medical practice.
Delana Beeler: If you value your health, BEWARE of this facility. They do not keep patients’ records well at all. I have been at this office from 2016-2021. Honestly, I was just too lazy to work to find a new doctor. I definitely should have. A medication I have been prescribed by them since 2016, suddenly they were unable to write a prescription for since it was never updated in my records since 2018. I never received any of my lab results after blood was drawn for years. When asked about my results- “If you don’t hear anything from us, you are fine” I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I thought this one might actually save a life. Literally.
THANK YOU JESUS!!!: I went to this clinic several years ago during my pregnancy services were TOP NOTCH. Now I’m expecting again & my time here has been TERRIBLE at the least to say. I’m 2 mos. pregnant still haven’t had 1 ultra sound. I’ve had 2 scheduled & each time I took the time off of work for them to call me a 3rd time to RESCHEDULE the morning of ? Not to mention I’m a high risk pregnancy due to my age. DO NOT GO HERE !!!
Melissa Harrington: They don’t care about their patients. I came in the other day because I was showing symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy and I have a history of ectopic pregnancies. But they basically ignored what I was saying, didn’t bother to even take a pregnancy test or bloodwork and told me it was just my thyroid. Now I’m in the hospital. Thanks for nothing.
Stephen May: Rudest nurse I’ve ever met at a doctors office greeted me at the door. She rudely told my husband he could not enter, and even though my temperature was only 98.5 I heard her talking about my temp to the other nurses complaining. They charged me as if I didn’t have insurance without even asking do I have insurance. The only reason I knew that was cause again I heard the rude nurse loudly saying yea she’s the one without insurance. Then after waiting far to long I was seen and on my way out again heard these rude nurses still talking about me. I wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional place to anyone
Malikah Zafirah Muhammad: Maybe I'll get a follow up appointment. Still waiting. Smh!
Nichell Gray: Don’t pay attention to patients. I had to keep reminding them about my blood work being done. I have a surgery being done Thursday & it’s Tuesday. Still no information on the time & location. It’s been over a week since they where supppse to call. I am a high risk pregnancy it’s very scary for me at this time. It’s even worse having to deal with people that show no concern about you or your unborn child.
Jazmen Vasquez: Who ever schedules appointments needs to do their research. When I called to schedule the appointment they were rude to begin with but my husband called again and set an appointment. Then today I was supposed to be seen at 2:30 they just called me at 12:30 and said I can't be seen cause I'm not 8 to 10 weeks yet but they scheduled me for today. Not to mention I've had a miscarriage before and my obgyn stated I had to be seen between 5 to 7 weeks then again after just to make sure my vitals looked okay.**Update** the woman called my husband and tried to give him a story of how I'm apparently overreacting about being mad. She told him that they canceled the appointment cause the ultrasound tech isn't there and bow they refuse to see me u til after November. They will NOY be getting my business.
NC coming: Awful service. They forgot to send my prescription medicine to my pharmacy never apologized about it and made me 1000 times called them. They like to chat each other’s not pay attention to patients. DO NOT GO
Jodi Carroway: Great service, great doctor, and staff.
Courtney Revis: The best thing for me was the amazing people that work there. And Amazing people who work there did best could for my first pregnancy.
Mamie Letterlough: I love the doctor and my midwife he delivered my first child and nine years later my 2nd
Danielle Dantzer: I've been twice and I hate it. I wait 20 to 30 minutes in a room which is cozy enough but has a aquarium so i have to listen to constantly running water and the tv seems to always have cooking on it. Im pregnant!! I pee a lot as it is and the cooking shows make me nauseous. The doctor only saw me for maybe 10. She always seems rushed like I'm just a number and she's already mentally prepared for the person after me. Not very friendly, no chit chat. I questioned the medicine she prescribed me and she got offended and told me don't do research at all!!! I agree the internet can scare you but it's downright fishy to tell me not to research what I'm given which is what a responsible person does!!! Doctors aren't always right and I'm not one so I don't know anything about these pills. Why get so offended?? They ask if you have questions and I did. Very unprofessional staff also and good luck talking to a doctor on the phone. One gurl I talked to when ordering my prescription was rude and didn't even put in the order. I ended up calling 4 times and finally a different girl actually did it. I'm cancelling my next appointment and going somewhere (hopefully) better!!!They gave me the run around trying to send my health records to my new doctor and I ended up having to come get them myself. They spelled my name wrong and had a lot of false information in the reports. I'm furious. I'm sure this was done out of spite because they are sick of dealing with me. Well guess what? It's mutual!! I'm sick of their incompetent, rude and lazy staff and I'm glad to be rid of them. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR TRUSTWORTHY IN THE LEAST!!!!
Suzanne McCloskey: This post is in response to the review below by William Brenner. It also contains information for all patients who chose to follow me from Highland Ob/Gyn.Dear William and Christin,I very much appreciate your loyalty and kind comments! You are very sweet and I will continue to do my best to live up to your view of me expressed here! I’d like to let you and other patients know that I am no longer affiliated with All American Ob/Gyn. Friday, November, 9, 2018 was my last day there.I feel terribly that my patients may have been left wondering what happened and where I went. Please be assured that during the six weeks I spent at All American, I continued to deliver the same excellent care I had provided at Highland Ob/Gyn, my prior affiliation of 2 years. All moms in my care remained in good health and each baby I delivered went home healthy with the happy and proud new parents. I remain in good standing at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Most importantly, I want my patients to know that I care a great deal about each one of you who come to see me for your care.As many of you may be aware, for midwives and other nurse practitioners who practice in the state of North Carolina (and other restricted practice states), we are required to work with a supervising physician and there are a lot of practice decisions that remain out of our control. If given the chance, I would’ve notified each one of my patients of any upcoming change in my plans. Please know, at this time I am working on a new affiliation and hope to remain in the Fayetteville area. As soon as my new affiliation is final, I will do my best to get word out to you all so you will know where to find me. Please feel free to reach out to me on Facebook or Messenger if you have any questions.Warmest regards,Suzanne P. McCloskey, CNM
William Brenner: I had my first visit at All American recently after following my amazing midwife, Suzanne McCloskey there. The waiting room is comfortable and they provide coffee and water. The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. Suzanne is the best midwife in Fayetteville. I credit her with my VBAC for my second son after having a c section with my first son. I trust her completely. She is kind and professional. She always answers my crazy questions and never makes me feel like just “another patient.” When it’s time for labor and delivery, she makes smart decisions and makes you feel comfortable. She is an amazing motivator when it comes time to push. We love Suzanne and are looking for to welcoming our daughter with her at our side.
K Prince: Ok so left me start off by saying. My two previous pregnancies were at A Woman’s Place but there was alway a loooong wait so decided to try something different. HUGE MISTAKE. The office is clean. The staff is friendly. That’s the end of the good. I didn’t meet the doctor. I waiting in the room for 45 mins, went for an ultrasound and the boom they said it’s the end of my appt. I had questions that I expressed to the nurse that were not addressed at all!!! One of which was very important surrounding my mental health and pregnancy. Not to mention I provided them with forms needed for my job. I called a few days later to check and the lady was short and not helpful. I called today and the forms were ready for pick up. So, was anyone going to call and tell me? So over it and it just started. :-/
