Rosetta Andrews: I don't know if it's because I'm black and because I expressed my frustration with having an issue before I do business with them. They processed a down payment before processing my application, and when I asked why are y'all wasting my time because we could have completed my application when I came in at least an hour before the store closed. I completed and signed the paperwork and gave them everything that they requested I've been on my job for almost 2 years and I have several other side hustles and they want to tell me my income was not consistent whatever I think it's just that you guys did not want to do business with me after I told you I didn't appreciate y'all wasting my time and processing my payment before you completed the application you supposed to complete the application first and process my payment... I found a better deal.. Thanks RAW because another business did appreciated and respected me and my money... God knew better!!
kae johnson: Do not waste your time going up here I came in Saturday filled out the application and they took my $50 for some tires then I come back Monday to put the tires on I have three jobs one of them being a full-time job and they're telling me that my money isn't consistent well you should have said that before you took my money I almost had to call the police on them because they didn't want to refund my money be careful doing business here and I definitely will be following the complaint with the Better Business Bureau be careful doing business here they don't offer anything

I had a tire blow out and I pulled into their parking lot to change my tire . But my spare was flat . They put air in my spare and changed it for me as soon as I walked over and asked if they had time to do it. Didn't charge much at all. They seem like a pretty good shop

Cameryn Haire: Dont go here. Went here after i had a flat to get a tire. Turns out it was a bad tire, dent in it or something. About 2 years ago I went to reseal because i had a slow leak. Had to turn around and come back the next day because the 2nd guy said the 1st guy lied and didn’t do it the first time. Only good thing i can say about them is that they’re fast. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else
Jay Kallon: Came in with a nail in one tire, left in less than 10 minutes with the hole plugged and the pressure on all my tires checked.
Bill Nasta: Quoted $ 350 for front rotors and pads. Was charged an additional 120 for a brake hose. When I picked it up the rotors were not replaced. The car would pull to the right and the pads have already wore out in 3 months. Had to bring it to a REAL mechanic. BEWARE OF A TOTAL RIP-OFF.

Jose lol: bought my atv from them over a year ago took it back to get fixed several times same problem mind you i live 30 mins out and they don’t pick up the phone i want my money back this POS atv it’s been sitting for months won’t turn over or NOTHING
Moses Seidi: Avoid by all means. Bough a new four wheeler and it broke within a month. I took it back several times and they always find an excuse to charge me and still not fix it right.They also know how to have you wait every time you go back so the customer ends up giving up. Which is what i finally did after getting tired from the back and forth trips and the wait and neglect every time I go.
Teto Sol: For service don't take your ATVs here. Absolutely horrible! They took 3 weeks total hen initially they said 3 days. Secondly they didn't adjust the valves of my 4wheeler correctly. It stopped working within 2 weeks. They didn't own up to it. They also crosswired my ignition switch and it will start in any gear. This ATVs only start in neutral for a safety reason. They messed that up and found out after 3 consecutive dead batteries. If i could give it 0 stars i would!

Mike Winn: We've bought a total of 6 ATVs and 2 dirtbikes from Adrian. The first 2 ATVs were the little kid models. When my kids out grew those, he hrlped me sell them to a mom who couldn't afford new bikes for her kids. He's awesome to work with!!!!The bikes are Chinese, NOT the big 4 Japanese manufacturers. Do your research. Watch YouTube. They are great but you'll have to tinker with them from time to time.Adrian services what he sells, and has done great work on my Honda XR400R & Honda Rancher 400ES.When I'm in the market again, I'll see Adrian at ACE first!!!

Lost over four thousand on something that don’t work. Kids are disappointed and I’m out of my hard earned money. They sell stuff that looks decent, but does not work! Stay away!!!
