Mike Taylor: Security does not check cars that are parked in the visitor section. When I was picking up my fiancé I noticed employees were parking their cars in the visitor section and going into work and this doesn’t seem fair at all. One of the cars is reddish orange Camaro parking in visitor section and two black men got out of the car this is not fair but all of the visitor parked cars are filled by primarily employees of Kelly Springfield.

As long as Discount Tire is around, it’s the only place I’ll get tires. If you need new tires or just service on your tires - you can’t go wrong giving them your business.

Gregory Seidling: Jabari, Kyle, Chris and the whole team did an outstanding job, even with the delay of getting my tires delivered. They kept me up to speed and got me in and out of the shop in a hurry. Any time I will need tires or a tire repair I will be going to them.

Dan Bang: my TPMS Light came on after a long trip and after having filled the tires the light was still activated so i swung by this establishment to diagnose the issue; Chris came out to greet me and discuss the issue after quick assessment, he did not find any problems and rather than sending me on my way, he went above and beyond and inflated all my tires and performed a tread assessment. He wasn’t pushy or gave me any major sales pitch; he did however say that my treads are still road worthy but to start planning ahead to replace the tires this year given it’s current state. Thanks Chris!

Kenny Dunn: I normally just take time to review businesses that go above and beyond. I purchased the tires online and scheduled the installation online as well. When i arrived for my appointment today I noticed there was only one person working the counter and the shop. I was thinking to myself this is going to be a long day. But little did i know how efficient, thorough and professional the technician was. You can buy tires at many places but to find such a good technician in todays workforce is rare. My visit this time was a little longer than usual. I had a 1PM appointment to have a full set of tires put on and they didn’t get started on my vehicle until about 2:15 PM.
