When we found Rug Gallery, we were excited by the 5-star reviews we read and went to see for ourselves. Needless to say, we were overwhelmed with the amazing selection and not only purchased an area rug for our living room, we also purchased rugs for our three bedrooms as well. Dealing with Zuhair (the owner) was beyond description! He was helpful without being pushy, he made great suggestions, gave us a phenomenal deal, and delivered the rugs two hours after we purchased them and installed them for us!We were so pleased with how we were treated and our incredible interactions with Zuhair that we went back this weekend to purchase a runner for our hallway.We continually recommend Zuhair to everyone we speak to regarding rugs and how a business should be. We drove from Raleigh to Rug Gallery where we walked inside, looked for approximately 5 minutes, found the perfect 9x12 rug with matching colors, bought it for an awesome deal, and headed on our way. The owner (Zuhair) of the store was awesome to work with and gave us an amazing deal. He also helped my husband package and load it into the car. Zuhair also has tons of selections, sizes, and designs!

Lindy Forester: Over priced for what they are selling. They tried to sell me a rug that was clearly discolored by saying it was a glare from the sun...... in the back of the store. Also said I could fit a 9x10’ rug in my mits outlander... no way.

Aim B: Terrible experience. Larry was prompt to come out to measure but was rude and discourteous. After gathering my quote he didn’t want to take the time to discuss other flooring options or products. He was very quick to hang up. I then spoke with Pat who deals with financing mainly and before we even got into that I had brought up that I would prefer to work with another sales person and he said they are all salesman but would not switch after contact is established. So they declined my business rather than allowing me to switch sales persons, have they not heard of good customer service? It’s great to know that they are rolling in so much cash and business that they can disregard potential customers. That explains why Larry didn’t care about his behavior and this place doesn’t care about new customers. Note: their receptionist is fantastic! She was always polite and professional with her help. **be sure to check out their reviews on Angies List and other places, it’s not good.
