My sister is on full Oxygen support and she could not get tubing delivered after office closed. She’s having to wait until tomorrow if she can find someone to pick it up for her. They seriously need some competition for these no customer value people. So sorry Family Medical sold out to these money grabbers.

Lee Ensminger: I'd like to share my outstanding experience with Jessie at the Family Medical Supply. I was visiting Fayetteville from out-of-state, and my CPAP mask lost its seal. My experience with my home CPAP store in Columbus, Ohio has been less than optimal, and I was afraid as a one-time, out of state customer, I would have difficulty in getting the mask replacement I needed. I could not have been more wrong. Jessie greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me. She instantly recognized my equipment, saw the problem, and immediately produced a replacement. I received the deal of the century on my replacement mask and was on my way in less than 5 minutes! I can't thank Jessie enough for her kindness and competent, professional help in my time of need! Five stars aren't enough.

Stephanie Conroy: If you’re looking for a power lift recliner this is the place! My father needed one for his upcoming hip replacement surgery and we needed it that very next week.The manager and the front desk receptionist understood the urgency of needing the chair and went above and beyond.The day the chair arrived from their warehouse they personally delivered it the very same day!It’s been almost a week since having the chair and it’s really helped my father during his recovery. The power lift recliner comes with massage and heating options and can lift my father to his feet without putting strain on his hips. I’m unsure of the weight capacity of the chair but it lifts my father who’s 275 pounds with ease.The massage feature comes with its own remote ( I’ll attach a picture) the great thing about this is that you can tailor it to your needs. Most recliners that come with a massage option just “vibrate” but this one you can specifically choose your hips or back, the intensity, and how long ( 15m, 30m, 1H) OR you can just choose all options for a general massage.The only Con I can possibly think of is the small lettering on the remote ( you’ll need some reading glasses for sure)but considering it has so many functions I understand why the font is considerably small.Overall we’re very pleased with the power lift recliner. Eddie Webb: On the first occasion, I was lied to about the price of some medication that I would be using. My second experience was having a problem with a bag that came with a "Portable Piece of Equipment." Rather than swapping out or trying to solve the issue, the person I was speaking with (Maleka) tells me to leave the machine out of the bag or for me to just find another bag. The product im speaking about is a "portable unit." In other words I needed the bag to carry the machine with me when I left my home. She was very rude and offered no help at all. Basically just telling me to deal with it. Still knowing that there was a solution, I asked to speak with a supervisor that was able to help me and resolve the issue in a matter of seconds by sending me another bag which they did have right there inside the business. In my opinion, the person I spoke with the first time doesn't know her job to well and was very rude on more than one occasion speaking with her. A customer shouldn't have to deal with these matters from someone that needs to be retrained or let go and is rude as the person mentioned above.The moral of this is: the supervisor tells me that the next time I call and that person answers the phone, just ask for someone else! So, the person with the "Rude Attitude" and that same person that "lied to Me" and that same person that needs to be let go will still be working there to help "You" if you choose this business for your needs...I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Becky Kennedy: I read the reviews before going and didn't want to go there based on them, but my insurance insisted. I called to schedule an appointment and Maleka was so patient with all of my questions and went out of her way to make sure they had what I wanted, not just what I needed. She even called me back to let me know she was able to get me the specific machine I had wanted. I showed up for my appointment, Maleka helped me right away and Rose fit me for my mask and explained how the machine worked. Rose also answered all my questions patiently...even when I was running out of patience with all my own questions. Haha! I really can't say anything bad about the service at all and appreciate how much they did to make me comfortable with my new equipment.

Dana Rogers: I'm not 100% sure, but I believe her name is Angela. Either way, she is the woman on the left when you walk in. My point is zero professionalism, beyond RUDE!!!Also, there is no bathroom (even for those picking up equipment). Last year (mid hurricane), she told me to walk to Taco Bell to use the bathroom. 😡 This office is TERRIBLE!!!!
Marilyn Mrchinek: The hospital contacted Rotech to supply with portable to have at home as I had a concentrator. Rotech said they would deliver with in 2 to 3 hours. They didn’t show up at the hospital and was called again. They said that they were coming from another community and would be just as quickly as a good, and that we would call as soon as they reached town. The patient went home without oxygen, which was only a little ways from from the hospital. At 10 o’clock that night they finally arrived and this was sad about seven hours after she had gotten home. They brought the portable tanks no regulator, no cannulas and also not a carrying bag for this portable. So he said he would have to bring it back which he did. Apparently they were very close here. That evening he did bring back a regulator so that portable could be used when they were going to be leaving in the morning. The next morning we discovered there was no cannulas, so which had to take the cannula off of the concentrator so that we could use that portable unit. this is 615 that evening and we still do not have the equipment we had told him to leave. It would be the desk at our apartment and it has not been done .I have been on oxygen for several years and I just moved here last April from in the west my company out there. We’re right on the spot every month there so they would call to see if I needed equipment every too much. They were out cleaning my concentrator my concentrator that belongs to you has never been touched by your company since I have arrived last April I feel that this is a a health problem I feel at this company is is not treating their customers properly they’re lying to us they never show up but by golly they’re getting paid by the government and I tell you work I will never recommend this company again and I am going to tell the hospital the same thing .I hesitate to give you my telephone number but you may contact me. My initials are MM I live off of the Fed TW Alexander across the street from them wake med Silletti on ACC Boulevard and you may contact there the desk in the lobby. We’ll know who I am and I will let them know that there’s a possibility that your you’ll be calling and they can contact me too and we can talk on the phone.
David Miles: 1st time going there through a doctor 's referral. Staff was very friendly and professional. They supplied me with all the equipment and supplemental items needed, as well as going over all the equipment and teaching the functions, proper use and maintenance of the equipment.

Lisa Page: After reading all the negative reviews I was a little skeptical to get my equipment here. I decided to try it anyway to avoid a longer delay in getting my medicalSupplies. Wow was I surprised when I walked in and met Kori the respiratory therapist. She was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my supplies came home had some issues. Called first thing the next morning and spoke to Penny who reassured me everything was ok and a normal response and that if my mask continued to bother me to call back. Tried it again that night same issues. Called back spoke to Penny again she scheduled me to come in for another mask fitting. Went in yesterday explained to Kori what was going on. Explained how I was feeling and a little background history. She was very compassionate, kind ,considerate and caring. She made a suggestion based off of my issues and let me say. I slept good last night with no issues. I am so thankful for Kori and Penny for their help and kindness. You ladies ROCK!!!!

Brigitte Anderson: Needing a CPAC mask and machine, I called to get a high price range before going to Rotech. I was told the most expensive mask would be $402. My nurse had already told me that I would be fitted at Rotech and could choose the mask of my liking. Got to Rotech, did not get fitted, did not talk to anyone but was called to the desk by the receptionist and told that would be $402. When asked why I was being charged before choosing or being fitted, Rotech's rude receptionist said, this is how we do it. Needless to say, I did not get the mask. This place is a sham. Take your business elsewhere. I would give the place a ZERO if I could because they are not worthy of a !.
Douglas Osborn: Always have issues when ordering supplies. I have never gotten a return phone call to order my cpap supplies. I use to have them then they started sending me supplies without calling to confirm. Then they started sending supplies to early and my insurance wouldn't cover them so Rotech would send me the bill. I finally had to cancel the service and start using a different company. I recently got a new machine and my Dr said she works closely with this company so I decided to give them a second chance. They scheduled to call me when my supplies were do but I have not heard anything. I called them and got an answering machine during business hours, left a message and 2 weeks later still have not heard anything. Trying to find a new supplier now.

Amy Jackson: If I could give "0" for this review I would. My elderly parents drove almost an hour to get to this facility for an emergency medical supply. They 1st called to make sure it was available and to say they were on the way... again to say they were a few minutes away. At 5:02 (they closed at 5) they were refused service even seeing a clerk inside. Is this the way we treat medically compromised patients...and what if it were their parents?

Samantha Collier: Tried to get a breast pump from here and the lady had “trouble” verifying my insurance so she told me to “just breast feed naturally” ….after I had mentioned that my baby is a preemie in the NICU so I can’t. She was super rude and the comment was unnecessary and very hurtful. I went to another company to get the pump and they had no problems so I think she probably has something against pumping mothers.

She was extremely polite and went out of her way to make sure she solved my problem this store has exceptional customer service and client care if you need any kind of medical equipment THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO by far they care about the customer not the sale & in this time & age that's a hard quality to find. Sherrie Rivera: I would not recommend this medical supply store. I have insurance that covers compression hose and they have a contract with my insurance. So I went there to get the compression hose that I need and they tell me that I have to pay for them out of pocket and the put in a claim with my insurance. They are not supposed to make me pay so that I have to then put in a claim when they have a contract with my insurance company, they are supposed to give me the hose and then bill my insurance company because they cover them 100% . The ladies go on to tell not only me but also the lady from my insurance that there are certain items that they choose not to bill the insurance for but that they make the patient pay up front and then the patient has to put in the claim. She told my insurance lady to take it up with corporate. They are taking advantage of their patients and the patients don,t even know it.
