Joseph Gohring: Went in and picked up a bunch of paint today. The service was outstanding! Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent paint products!Today happens to be the 4 year anniversary of my father passing away. Spectrum Paint sent flowers to my dad’s funeral. I will never ever forget that. As a paint contractor of 20 years I can confidently say they don’t just take care of their paint contractors…they actually care about them!

He spent over 30 minutes with me today helping pick out and then narrow down paint shades, decide on a finish, contrast it with floors and countertops, and made lots of recommendations. Worked with me on pricing and everything. Incredibly helpful, friendly, and didn’t make me feel like a bother when I couldn’t make a quick decision. Another gentleman also chimed in from time to time with suggestions and then wheeled everything out to my car. Great experience! Well worth every penny if slightly.more costly than competitors.

Drone Gypsy: Under staffed. Long wait for early morning order
Wendy Cruz: If you feel like being ignored by JAVONTE then come and visit. Came in was not greeted nor was even acknowledged even when at the register for 10 minutes.Not even eye contact. Another customer who looked like he worked in the industry was quickly assisted and we got skipped while we had been at the register. Walked out as this is not customer service. Was it because one of us wore an Army uniform that you feel bitter towards?Regardless it was a horrible experience
Joshua Passey: My wife and I were ignored by the guy working the counter for 20 minutes. I don’t mind waiting but to be skipped over and not even acknowledged was more than frustrating. I will never buy an ounce of sherwin Williams paint as long as I live because of how I was treated here.

Gina Curtis: I went in having a good idea of what colors I wanted for our new home. Zoe kindly helped me pick out the different finishes I would need and brought my heavy (in weight) purchase out to my car for me. When I got one of the colors I selected on my walls, I decided it was a lighter than I expected. I brought the 5 gallon bucket (that was already halfway gone) back to the store to see if they could shade it down. Alan was so kind and figured out the formula to get it down to my desired shade. Each time I've gone into this SW location I've noted that I, along with every customer that walked in, was treated with the upmost service and they've set the bar of how customer service should be. Can't recommend this location more!
