I had some coupons and one was for 20%, but I couldn't use it and they did not explain why. Also, I didn't get my points. They were too busy squabbling about if they should take $100 bills.

jennifer gantenbein: The store is your basic Hallmark store. Always clean and well arranged. However, twice I have been in there now in the service has been very poor. Not because of time of year but because of a particular cashier who has better things to do then customer service. If there was anywhere else to go for the items I needed I would have gone there and stuff.

Leela Futurama: Something is weird in this store, with the employees anyway. You literally asked me 3 times in 7 minutes do I need help, and as I said 2 other times "I don't, Thank you." I am browsing the plethora of knick knacks and things for sale, you know like a patron. Clearly they did not care about if I actually needed help, and just wanted me to know they were watching, or just didn't want me there. Maybe there just overzealous with help, so I continued, however, After the 4th time of being asked, and noticing there weren't asking anybody else, I put my card back in my wallet, put the items back on the shelf and left, because at that point there was no doubt what those 2 employees were doing.

Kristina Jones-Parker: The store has tons of nice items. However the cashier literally made eye contact with me and my party of 3 and did not say one word. So I said hello. She barely spoke back. She then proceeds to stare at me as I am going up and down the aisles browsing. I asked her if she had a problem and she replied, "No, why?" Because you're staring at me and couldn't even speak before. Would give one star but they had nice items.

Casher Miss Kelsey, Manager Mr. Alan, and other Store Representatives like Ms. Roxanne and Mr. Joe, they were all super helpful, patient, caring, thoughtful and professional-- (1) They helped to set a transfer from another branch for an office chair we bought, saved our trip to drive over the other store in another day; (2) they also explained to us in details on how the warranties work for the chairs we bought; (3) they delayed their closing time in order to complete our purchase; (4) Mr. Alan called us to pick up the transferred chair right after it just arrived to their store 20 minutes ago. In all, Staples (Fayetteville, NC) has a very professional and caring team and amazing leadership, who work together to provide best services and positive life attitude to every single community member who steps in their store. She did not call me so I assumed I was supposed to use the self-checkout. There was Zero acknowledgement of my existence in that encounter. what do we need people there to work for besides stocking the shelves and such.. The only tools they have are dainty little tiny frail things. My wife and granddaughter thought it was great! They bought little tiny containers to put ridiculously tiny things they call diamonds in? They couldn't believe the selection, but I felt out of place and unrepresented there. Maybe they could let me design a back corner of the building for men? I have ideas that would have men asking their wives if they'd like to run down to Michaels for a couple hours.

torie quismundo: I’d love to give 5 stars as their stock of school items deserves 5 stars! After work I drove to buy some bulletin board supplies. I drove off after paying and got down the road about 10 minutes and thought…I paid how much? At a light I reach over and grab the bag. I realized I was overcharged. Melissa (according to the receipt) accidentally charged me for one item two times (the expensive item) and failed to charge me for one of the least expensive items. The extra charge was just over $12. I need that $12! I’m a teacher! I look at the clock and start to calculate if I can turn back the 10 minutes to get my money. I know I will be cutting it tight. Now I’m adding 20 minutes to my evening. I decide to call as I turn around. I identify myself and say my schedule is tight but I’m rushing back for my overcharge. I specifically stated I knew I would be rushed and I didn’t want my busy schedule to get misinterpreted as rude. I explain the charge and the lady states she will review my situation when I got there. She had no sympathy that I was inconvenienced by the stores mistake but I suspected it was because she wanted to get a better idea of the situation. I pull up to the store and place my purchase and receipts on the counter. Sarah looked and made the adjustment but still didn’t offer a simple “sorry for your inconvenience”. Nothing! Just before I walked out, after the transaction was complete, I stopped at the carts and turned around and said “I guess if you are the main store who sells this merchandise you do not need to apologize for the store’s mistake or someone’s inconvenience.” Sarah just looked at me and said, I thought you said you had been double scanned..or something of the such. I just looked at her and shook my head as I walked out. Look, we all make mistakes. Life happens. But when your mistake makes my evening more difficult and causes an additional 20 minute drive (10 min in each direction) on an evening where I take the time to call and explain the situation and express my concern to appear as rude as I’m busy and the store can’t give even a half hearted apology for my inconvenience…you deserve zero stars! Bad customer service!

When you greet her, she doesn’t respond, she never wants to assist customers, doesn’t even make eye contact with you while ringing you out. Yesterday I went, she gave me my total and I stood there for about 3 minutes waiting for her to take my money while she cut coupons out the newspaper. I enjoy shopping here because it’s close to my house and the other employees are warm and friendly, but the unprofessional customer service received from Sarah definitely needs to be addressed.

That Guy: This is my favorite Dollar Tree Store because this store is very close to my house and they are mostly stocked with what I need. The store is clean and organized for the most part, but they honestly need a larger store so the isles are not too cramped. Further, the parking lot may need renovating because of the Pot holes and faded Parking space lines.On another note, the Dollar Store is expanding their selections and are offering a very wide variety of products that meet basically everyone's needs! All in all, I am still satisfied with the whole experience and I would recommend going to this store if you're in town for anything cheap!
