Imagination Station Kidcare: what do users think?
Grace Madison: Kids always come home with the cutest arts and crafts! Love the workers, they are so friendly and send me pictures of the kids having fun❤️
joe Wilson: Absolutely love this place! I start taking my children there a couple months ago and the staff are absolutely amazing! My children come home with arts and crafts almost every time they are there. They love going there and it’s a battle every time trying to get them to leave. I absolutely love how they always have some kind of special rate promotion going on and they also do military discount which is awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
Acacia Desirae: I posted a review 3 years ago for this center.I left them the worst review possible. They have since moved their center to a more feasible and safer location which is also more accessible. I do think the prices are pretty high, I would love for the center to provide a little more to make up for their pricing. I have dropped my daughter off twice here and it has been nice. I love the hours they are very helpful because other places have inconvenient hours but this place really makes it worth it. I would also like to be able to make reservations online instead of having to call. That would be a helpful system but otherwise so far so good, I’ll continue to use this place and update my review based off the experience.
Taylor goodman: My daughter Addison has been going here for about a year . At first I was super nervous dropping her off being that she’s never been to any type of childcare. They have been amazing to our family and I would highly recommend!!
Shane Todd: Hours online are incorrect. Also watch out when you try to reserve. They automatically include a tip. Owner is also rude and unprofessional. Would not put my kid here.Edit to add based on response from the owner: I am not slandering your business. Google reviews are meant to let others know of your experience. Everything I said was factual. You accused my wife of being entitled and throwing a tantrum for leaving you an honest review. That is unprofessional. Bottom line: you should contact first time customers that have paid the reservation fee outside of your "window" and let them know their spot is taken. We obviously didn't understand the policy, or we wouldn't have paid the reservation fee and driven over there. I hope others see how you treat customers that do not have a good experience. Name calling and blaming. Enough said.
Bryant Baez: All the staff is absolutely amazing with everyone’s children. I absolutely love the fact they are open later on Fridays and Saturdays so my wife and I can finally enjoy date nights again. The entrance is always locked so people cannot get in until let in by one of the staff and that absolutely sets my mind at ease so much that the dont let random people wall to ensure the safety of our children. I will always recommend this place for anyone that needs care for their children!
Ashley Todd: Would not recommend. Very poor communication. Hours on their website are not the same as at the location. Was told they closed at 7 but the person in front of me was dropping her kids off until 8. The owner was not very friendly. It was my first time and i didn't hear her say we had to pay the reservation fee within an hour of it being sent. I had my toddler screaming in the background of the phone. I paid it 2 hours after reservation. I was never told upon payment that I had lost my spot. That is poor communication. I am not entitled, simply stating my experience. The fact that the owner I'd saying I'm entitled due to a review shows what kind of attitude she has for her customers. 🙄
Caitlyn Schmidt: Such an awesome place! The owner truly care about all the children as if they were her own. I can take my children there knowing they will always be safe and well loved
Kiana Roberts: This place is amazing the staff are so kind and the place is very interactive!
Tonikae Stephen: Hi, my kid attends since 2021. Great staff. Owners knowledgeable about childcare. Thank you and may God be with us.
Eliza Hall: My kids have loved Imagination Station! Knowing I can run errands or go to appointments without worrying about their safety has been such a blessing. Tiffany has put her heart and soul into this business and it shows. I cannot recommend this drop-in center enough.
favoritelove620: I dropped my daughter there today. It was our first time, she is two years old. They were very understanding about her potty training. She had a great time. Thank you to all the staff 😊
Jessica Scott: I highly recommend to all parents. I dropped my 9 month son off here which was born as a micropreemie. Being that he is a preemie I am afraid to have other people watch him. But bringing him here was possibly 1 of the best things I could of done for him and myself. The stuff is great and definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving him there! My son seem to have enjoyed himself and was comfortable as well. Scheduling his 2nd visit today!
Jennifer L: My kid LOVED it here. My husband and I went out for a nice movie and really enjoyed knowing our toddler was having fun, was safe and (most importantly) would be tired when we picked him up for bedtime.
Carlos Quinones: These ladies are truly a blessing for me and my wife at times like this. All the daycares in Fayetteville are booked up so we were panicking. Then the imaginary station/kid care popped up. Today was our first day dropping our children off and my children did very well and so did the ladies. The place was very cleaned and all of the kids were enjoying themselves. I appreciate you ladies so much. And the prices are really great with the package deals that really helped us save alot of money! Thank you once again!
Monique McCollum: My son is 2 years old and loves it here!! He literally just says “play, play, play” as soon as he sees the door. As a parent, I trust these ladies to keep my son when I go running, getting my nails done or just when I need a breather away from my son for a few hours. He is will taken care of and fed when I pick him up. He even cries to stay!! All my experiences here have been so amazing and we will keep coming back.
jana baez: Tiffany and her team are incredible, very knowledgeable and patient with children. We have a daughter that is on the autism spectrum and can be a handful at times. In the past we had a very hard time finding experienced and quality child care for respite purposes. But ever since we discovered Imagination station (formerly Coolspring Clubhouse), going on 3 years ago, I know that I can call and make a reservation and I'll have reliable child care when I need it! During the Covid school shut down we enrolled our daughter into the virtual school program Tiffany provided. The team was very patient but firm with our daughter (which was exactly what she needed to succeed) and they made sure she stayed on task, which was a big challenge for myself and even for her own public school teachers. I am continually impressed with the level of care Tiffany and her team provide and will continue bringing my daughter to them until she ages out of their program!
Isom Family: My kids love this place especially my oldest they get to play and socialize with other kids and they treat them with care and as there own I highly recommend this place if you just want a break from being a parent or have quick errands to run or just want some time to yourself this is the best place to take your kids affordable prices everyone is very friendly and know your kids by name when they come the longer they attend they treat them like family ☺️
Sarah Bruton: Imagination Station was an answer to my prayers. We started virtual kindergarten this fall and used the local YMCA's on-site program initially. However, after a rope was placed around my 5 year old son's neck by an older child, I was done. Tiffany and her team stepped in and my son has flourished while there. The small group dynamic versus the Hunger Games atmosphere at the YMCA is one thousand percent better. When I drop my son off in the morning, I feel like he is being cared for and protected. For those looking for assistance with childcare during virtual school, check them out. For those needing childcare while running errands, check them out. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
Asyria Godley: My kids went and haven’t stop speaking about going there and I haven’t had a problem yet!! Workers are great and respectful
Soyla Acosta: Well my first time bringing my daughter here and they could’ve done a little better on communication! I wasn’t aware it’s $1 per minute after you exceed 4 hours until I got a text. I wish she would’ve told me when I dropped her off. I specifically said this is my first time coming here and didn’t get paperwork till after I picked her up. $90 for 4 1/2 hours !!

Highland Learning Center: what do users think?
Caitlyn Douglass: I love Highland Learning Center! My son has been in the infant room since he was 6 weeks old and I love being able to drop him off and have complete trust that he is being taken care of. They have an app where the teachers upload pictures throughout the day which is great too! Wish we were staying in the area so that he could enjoy the new playground they’re currently constructing.
sssdogwolf wolf: The boss is so rude Miss Robin is her. Name do not come do this daycare go to Snyder memorial Baptist church Fayetteville
Lauren Payne: Highland learning center did an excellent job at giving my son a strong base to grow. We enjoyed all the teacher and appreciate everything! Highly recommend!
Augusta Sandman: When I was searching for a daycare for my three years old, I picked Highland Learning Center as a possible choice, because location was close to my job. I read yahoo's reviews for this school and they were really bad, that was my biggest mistake, I enrolled my son into the school, were everyone was really kind and nice, I found out later on, that his teacher Mrs. Susan she seems overwhelmed most of the time she was with the kids, you can clear notice that she do not have any control of the kids. This school has a "Montessori method" well that method was not working at all, kids with different ages are blend into the classes, but no control overall, so is a 5 year old come and punch you son into the stomach and the teacher not even say a word, something is so wrong!!!! My son used to go to another school and he was so happy every morning, since I enrolled him in Highland Center just the idea of go there every morning was panicking him. More than once when my son ask his teacher that he needs to go to the bathroom she denied the permission, after that day, he was scared to go to the bathroom and just did it in his pants every day. I told my concerns to one of the administrators, and request them to switched him to another class. They denied that, well they do have a 2 weeks notice requirement for withdraw him to the school, but last time I was there and the teacher told me "I don't know what to do with him anymore, I tried everything but is not working", well after that comment was said, I was not feeling that I have continue exposing my son to people that cannot handle him, you are a certified teacher (I assume) and you cannot handle a 3 year old, I do not need to give you a 2 week notice, my son is not going there for two more weeks, when he was abused. He was not there for not even a month, and I have to pay enrolled fee that was around $150.00 and pay every 2 weeks the tuition, I cannot pay you for 2 more weeks , if my son is not going to be there, sorry. He is in a daycare now that I love, and he loves and the teachers are amazing, he goes to school everyday with a big smile in his face, and he never had a potty accident at all.I will filed a formal complaint against them because I want prevent other families to experience these.

Sunshine House of Fayetteville at Cliffdale Road: what do users think?
Black Rose: Lack of communicationMy husband had been to the daycare, filled out the application and was told that there were 2 spots available for FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. This took place the end of April. We were told by Tiffany that the spot was open for our 2-year-old to be enrolled. I informed Tiffany that she can start on the 16th of May due to the daycare updating cameras and website, plus we had a vacation planned. I called back to the daycare to ensure that it would be ok to start the 16th and was given a YES. (We even offered to pay to hold the spot) Today 5/11 I called and spoke with Tiffany again, to reassure the start date for May 16th and was told something completely different. She informed me today that the spot was no longer available, due to "a teacher quit". I understand things happen, but I think this should have been communicated with us well before a few days of our child starting.
Haleigh McClure: If you’re looking for a good daycare but you’re picky like me this is the perfect place! All the staff are so patient and loving with my 2 year old and he loves them. They always welcome him in the mornings with smiles and hugs, they keep you updated with pics throughout the day as well as what they eat which makes me feel 10x better. If i could give more than 5 starts I definitely would.
Mrs Parker-Flowers: Absolutely love this place! My daughter was always so happy to come, she never wanted to leave.
Nicole and Ava: Growing Up Together: Went for a tour, was disgusted. Smelly run down rooms. Teachers looked unprofessional and talked terribly to kids. Rooms needed painted, outside was run down.
Rachel Johnson AL zubaidu: I realy love this daycare. They are organized. Are always in a present mood as well as happy to help. I have compared it child care place in Fayetteville Sunshine House is the best.R.Alzubaidi
Meghan Sikes: I've been taking my son here for about 5 weeks now and am very pleased. We're actually probably moving across town and not sure we even want to relocate because we're already so attached here. The staff are very loving, I spoke to other satisfied customers when I was first scouting it out, and it feels safe. It's been hard returning to work and leaving my baby, but I love that he gets good care here and I can check in on how he's doing through the app!
Erik Anderson: What an outstanding place! Our daughter has been here only a few weeks, be we can already see that she has grown and learned so much. The staff and teachers are always professional and courteous and the facility is always clean.
Tracy Hunter: Staff is always friendly and polite. The center is very clean and the children seem to be enjoying themselves.
B Jrr: Love this school! The changes that have been made throughout the center staff have been great. They have a warm atmosphere every time we drop our son off. I am well pleased with The Sunshine House! Love the new App!!
Purplerose629: My 2 (ages 2 and 3) sons attend this center and they have learned so much in the 7 months that they have been attending the center. Mr. Ryan and his staff are great and my husband and I truly appreciate all that they do for our children.
Havonna Finkley: TERRIBLE!!!!! I've complained twice about another child hitting my daughter & nothing has happened. I'm in the process of removing my child now. My advice is to take your children to Hopper rd they're 100% better
Jo Mitchell: I love the job Mr. Ryan is doing. He has all the teachers engaged and has been really re-organizing this building. He works well with my family. I am a very picky mom and Mr Ryan listens to all of my concerns. I have been to this childcare center before and have had some prior issues, nothing huge but since Mr. Ryan has been here the whole center has changed for the better. You can really tell when a director cares about the center and the families that attend here as well as his staff!! Thanks Mr Ryan... We love our Sunshine House!!!!!
Reshonda Harrell: The staff is not organized at all, if your looking for your children to learn , and pick up good habits take your child or children to another daycare, my opinion they babysit for a check my son didn't learn much , he already knew his abc's and counting to 10 before he started daycare and he was 2 .... not saying they were bad people. Just dont put 100% into the kids
Brenicia Mallory: Do not take your kids here . My 6 month son attended this daycare for a week and he never returned . I walked in to pick my son up from daycare , He was crying and his pacifier was missing . Looking around the room I notice this lil boy had my son pacifier in his mouth ( my son pacifier was camouflage so I knew right away it was his ) the lady that was working noticed me staring at the child and took the pacifier from the little boy and gave it to me . However it's no telling how long he had my son pacifier in his mouth . Two days later I noticed a set of twins were sick , their nose was running so bad it made me question if my son should stay ! My son got sick , but it made me question how long was those twin girls nose running before somebody wiped it . If your child cannot walk or talk keep them home please
Brittany Davis: This school is okay but I wouldn't let my kids go back, they went here a year ago and we are still fighting off the ring worms they got. Also I gave a 30 day notice that they was leaving and I had over paid and still have not received a refund for my balance, I've called and was told that they had to reach out to the corporate office and they would call me back but no one has called me back. The worst customer service and messy teacher talking about each other to the parents.
Erin P: DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. The only reason they have a star is because I have to give one. This place is horrendous. I put my three and four year old here because my husband works and I go to school full time. It was dirty, chaotic and unmanaged. The check in system never worked and they never knew if we paid or didn't pay. We never received feed back about how our kid's day went or what they learned. My son came home a few times complaining about another boy threatening him and calling him a mother effer or bastard. Once the boy put his fingers up my son's nose and made it bleed. Nothing was done. The people "watching" the children considered their phones more important that the children. We pulled our kids out 2 months ago without telling anyone because I wanted to see if they noticed. 2 months!!! It took 2 months to notice our children weren't going there anymore and that is when I said something. Worst experience ever and they shouldn't even be allowed to watch kids.

Childcare Network: what do users think?
Mel West: Back in 2014, moving my kids from a home daycare was a tough decision for me, but moving them to childcare network was one of the best decisions I made for my daycare needs. This year will make nine years with this facility so this has been more like family for us. Through ups and downs the staff helped me to ensure the needs of the children were met. They go above and beyond the scope of daycare providers. My family and I are grateful for this facility and team of wonderful teachers. Melinda L.
Vershun Daniels: Great place to take your children for daycare. Very informative and very nice
MusicMakeupMommy: Where to start. I have 3 amazing, silly, and energetic boys, one of which has been attending CN since infancy. Ms. Sherika, Nicole and Erica are exemplary directors who make every child that through walk through their doors feel welcomed, loved and encouraged. I enjoy the emails and notifications I receive daily with updates, pictures and general information. The teachers are highly trained and also treat all students with empathy and compassion. If you're looking for quality childcare and education, look no further. This place.Ps. We will miss you so very much!
Nhadenel McCready: I love this daycare! My daughter has been going to childcare network #110 since she was 3 months old, she’s now five years old. The Directors of this facility Ms.Nicole and Ms. Sherika has done an amazing job! I highly recommend this daycare, every staff are very attentive and treat every child like their own.
Averi Jolly: I am very impressed with this daycare. This is the third daycare we have tried for my children and this one is by far the best! I have a one year old and two year old that attend Childcare Network. For the one year old class, the teacher is outstanding. She brags on my child everyday and how much he is learning. Her name is Ms. Maritza and she is so kind and you can tell she loves her job and the kids she teaches. I hate leaving my kids everyday, but she makes leaving my one year old easy. For my wo year old, he is very attached to me and doesn't really like leaving me, but he runs to the door to go to daycare. Sometimes I have to talk him into going in, but it is not because of the staff (just because he misses me). His teacher is working with him on potty training and she even has a child in the class too so she understands the age group. They make it fun for the kids by having parties on some Fridays and they are creative in the crafts they do everyday. I am extremely happy with this daycare.I live in Southern Pines and drive 40 minutes everyday just to ensure my kids get the care they need. When the day comes I have to leave this center to find one near me, I will be very sad. I may shed a few tears. The directors here are awesome and very professional as well. They know all of the children by name. It is impressive. Sit on that waiting list as long as you have to and get your kids in this center.
Peggy T: During the tour the facility was cleaned, organized, & labeled with appropriate information. Security was good. My kids shared with me how they were treated by certain staff and enjoyed Ms/Mrs Brandy. They also had positive feedback about Ms/Mrs Nicole(A.D). Giving 2 stars b/c my kids don't usually complain about going to daycare;they did inform me when staff was mean to them and questioned them about my job criteria. My kids were there to learn, grow, socialize, and to be looked after, not interrogated or feeling they got treated unfairly b/c staff had their kids there and they got away with certain things. If your kids are absent, they'll call bout the parent fee and not to see if the child is sick. I picked my child up one day and she had a red eye(Nobody informed me about her eye nor noticed it til I dropped her off next day & was called to retrieve her.
Maria Berumen: My daughter has been in their care since she was 3 months old- she'll be 4 years old this July! This facility is worth every dollar. Amazing and dedicated staff. I truly feel as though they care for each child as if it was their own.
Amber Russell: I am so impressed with this center! As a Speech Therapist, I have the privilege of going into a variety of daycare centers. This center has amazing staff overall! The administrative staff greet you with smiles and warmth as you enter and are organized and always keeping the children safe. Each class is staffed with awesome and caring educators that are extremely involved with the ongoing education and learning process of each of their kids! Well done Childcare Network #110. I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve in you center! Thank you!
Leah Ferguson: #110 is absolutely amazing!!! I love love love the staff! Ms Nicole and Ms Sherika are amazing women! We will forever be apart of this family! If you’re looking for genuine love, patience and care for your children, you can find it right here, believe me. My boys have been going here for a while and we had to pull them out and we are going right back! Please enroll your children! And if they don’t have openings, add them to the waiting list! The wait will be well worth it!
Amber Owens: This daycare is amazing! Well kept, clean, updated. The people are so nice and attentive. My daughter and nephew go here and love it!
Sarah Yin: My son stayed here for a few months, it is a great place. My son loves here very much. The teachers in the Age 3 classroom, they are very responsible teachers. Before come to school, we are concerned my Chinese little boy' s language problem. But when he stayed here a few weeks later, I feel my son learned a lot. He is happy, teachers treat him like Mom. So, thanks, the teachers, Ms. Drinna Guy and Ms. Tess.
Tracy Swarbrick: My daughter has been going here for 4 months since she was 12 weeks old. I am so very grateful to all of the teachers and administration for always being attentive and supportive. The daycare is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The infant teachers, Ms. Tamekia and Ms. Wanda, have become like family to me and my daughter. They have showered her with love and encouragement and I always felt happy to leave her in their care. When your daycare providers feel like family, you know you found the right place!
Toya Carroll: I love having my grand daughter and niece here. These are some of the best teachers I’ve come across. Each of these teachers seem to know every child personally. The Director and Assistance Director are so hands on and very involved in the day to day operation of the child care center. It’s clean, bright and so friendly. I’ve watch my two truly grow and develop while being here. Child care network makes you feel special like family. I would send my kids anywhere else.
Candice Lewis: I love love LOVE this daycare! My son goes here and the teachers and administration staff are so attentive to him! He loves it there and is forever smiling when we walk through the door. I definitely recommend this place!
Neilia Olive: The first place we visited for my daughter to go to daycare and she loved it from day one! When we had our tour, Miss Nicole made us feel welcome and I couldn’t ask for anything more from any of the teachers. Keep up the good job guys!
Duchess Black (Destiny Davis): They're so good with the kids. Every night they come home they tell me what they learned!
Lupe Bernard: The teachers and staff are just amazing my daughter loves childcare network and always look forward to see what kind of activities, and learning adventures they are going to work on. Your kids will be on the best hands. They are very hard working wonderful Teachers especially Mrs. Olanda thank you for doing amazing job potty training the kids, Mrs. Erica and Drinna my héroes my baby always wants to see what Mrs. Drinna is going let me explore, work on and build. And Mrs. Sherika and Nicole thank you for always receiving everybody with a warm smile and welcome on your faces, I have never seen one of you without a smile and giving your best each and every day. Awesome job everyone.
Gail Rankine-Jones: As a parent whose child is in a wheelchair, I feel very comfortable leaving my child there. He loves both Shirka and Nicole. When given the choice, he chooses Child Care Network over a special needs camp. Words can not explain how greatful I am.
Jessica Burgis: The office team at this place is fabulous! Those two ladies, the manager Sherika and her assistant manager Nicole are the best I’ve seen! Despite the building being a bit aged, that doesn’t take away the love those two have for the children and that is exactly what you want in a daycare! Now they will be moving into that model center down the street, our families will see them kick it up ten notches! Great job to Sherika and her assistant Nicole and to their team of great teachers!!!! Can I give them 20 Stars!!!!!
Codrinna Guy: My children love it here! I have a 5 year old in the Young Achievers program, and a 1 year old in the Smart Steps Toddler Academy. I love Mrs. Maritza and Ms. Jenett. My husband and I have no complaints. Our toddler is learning something new everyday and it shows. My oldest loves the after school program. Mrs. Brandi makes cool projects and genuinely loves all of her children. Thanks for everything you all do!
Latisha Kea: This is a 5 star quality facility that I love. The staff treat children with the upmost care . I would recommend this childcare facility to anyone looking for great a childcare program as they also have before and after school! Thanks Childcare Network #110 for a job well done!

The Children's Courtyard of Hope Mills: what do users think?
Sasha Couch: My kids have been going here for a few months now. I have an infant and a 3 year old. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It takes some time for your kids to adjust, but the staff understands and is patient with that.My infant is taken care of really well. The communication is a big plus for me too. They use an app and tell you when they change your kid, when they get fed, if they eat, etc.they also send pics and you can see them on the cameras. Highly recommend!
Alex Murphy: In the beginning, my son had a very rough transition, he cried daily, struggled to eat, struggled to interact with other kids, and wanted to be left alone. We are on week 3 at this facility and the staff has been more than accommodating of my son (and myself).I asked for a meeting with the director as I felt some things needed to be addressed and they made that happen that day. We met with both directors (Jennifer and Keisha) the teacher, and me to address the concerns and all problems that I once had have all been resolved. In addition, the teachers in toddler 1 (Anke and Alisha) have been so patient and respectful of my son as he transitioned to a new daycare. They are true professionals and are great for kids.I had a very hard time watching my son cry every day and the teachers have made it easy to drop him off and trust that they take care of him while he is there all day (took me longer than my son).Pros: very clean, cameras, accommodating, kind, respectful, serve meals and tuition includes diapers, kids go outside daily, water play weeklyCons: every now and again the cameras do not work, the app takes time to get used to
