Defiant Intellectual: Despite what the reviews say, I’ve always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I’ve always had pleasant encounters until today. I was standing in line due to the yellow slip notification of a package that I had received. While standing in line, a lady by the name of Miss Katie (if that’s even her name) came to the short window, and she was looking in my direction. I thought she was talking to me, so I went over to the short window to give her, my yellow package slip notification. Katie sees me stand there and she completely ignored me until she finally got the attention of the person she wanted. She has a brief discussion with that person then afterwords she looks at me and tells me “I didn’t call you you need to get back in line.” The way Katie said it was rude and very dismissive and I checked her regarding the way she spoke to me immediately. It’s a shame that the customer service is so bad at this location where the workers give you an attitude just for asking to be serviced. A District or regional manager need to correct send secret shopper to correct this problem ASAP. The sad part about it is it be your own kind sometimes that treat you the worst.

monique dillard: Would do no stars if possible.. multiple times i was expecting a package and every time I received a notification that was a complete lie. it said delivery was attempted and nobody was home. Im home every day with my baby & have clear view of who goes to my front door.I had to pick up my package from the local post office. Its just pure laziness because they don't want to walk up some stairs to my door. Then a few times said “held at request of customer” again a complete lie & just laziness. I went there next day lady said it was out with carrier so I waited & asked the carrier when they came they said it wasnt & i had to go get it. This happened 4 times! The lady was too lazy to check the tracking to see where it was. Wasted time away from my baby, gas & husband had to take off work. The phones dont work you cant call them only the call service & they cant do anything. If you dont wanna do you JOB get people who will! Very unprofessional & lazy

LtThompsonCS: Shoutout to Marie, a hard-working individual.I came in to drop off a package; upon talking with her, she mentioned that there was a more cost-effective way to ship it. Not only did she tell me that, but also she walked me over and showed me which packaging material to use that would be the most cost-efficient for my needs.In addition to that, she helped manage multiple customers at one time. While actively helping customers at the desk, she managed those customers who were in line and had to step out to make corrections to their shipment. She ensured they were seen in a timely manner, without having to return to the end of the line and start over.Kudos to you!

Tiff Jackson: I've had the same reoccurring issue with the same mail lady, Melinda. I've never talked to her before, but she is our carrier for our business. Every time, I get a package delivered here, she NEVER delivers my package. I ordered a package that was to be delivered on Friday. I was working until 8pm that night, working and waiting for my package. She sent a message to Amazon twice saying that we were closed at 9:35am and we were closed at 2:15 pm. We weren't closed that day. We didn't close until after 6pm. She also came in this morning to drop off everybody else's packages and still didn't bring my package. I've never met this lady nor have we had any mean or rude confrontation, but every time I order a package to my job, I never recieve it until weeks later or I have to pick it up at the post office. She delivers packages to everybody else and laughs and shows her gold teeth, but leaves my package behind. Hopefully, someone can find out what issue she has with me in order for my packages to be delivered when they should.

Zane Funk: Whoever is in charge of this location you need to start holding your drivers accountable about delivering to the right address, my neighbors shouldn’t be delivering packages to me because your drivers can’t figure it how to read an address. Never have a seen a post office with this many bad reviews.

I was 100% home at that time. I work from home all day. I had to pick up my package from the local post office. What’s the point of delivery when they’re not delivering?2nd time for another package, it said delivery was attempted but the mailbox was full and they will try another time. This is a mini fridge several feet tall. It will never fit in a mailbox. They were just too lazy to come upstairs and carry it there. Could’ve just rang the doorbell and I would have carried it up myself.
