Angela Simpkins: I believe someone is stealing mail at this location. My mother sent $100 in the mail not that long ago and it was never received. This time my mother sent $50 by certified mail and again it is stating Departed USPS Regional Facility Fayetteville NC Distribution Center Annex arriving late. I live in Greenville which is not far at all. I told my mother to stop sending money by the mail but she is disabled and doesn't understand not to do this.I really believe someone in contact with this place is stealing and something needs to be done. I have filed a case on this but I feel like I need to show in person because I'm sure this is going on with others.

They need to fire Chris because I waited for over a half hour only for him to tell me the supervisor wasn’t there. Jovonda Lewis: This location has very bad customer service. For this facility to be part of the united states government the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The desk clerk was telling me my package nor my held mail was not there. I did a report on my Items I went back later that day and another clerk found my package and my held mail. I was tolled by the clerk that they was removing my hold status after I informed him I didn't want my hold status removed, the clerk said he could not help me with that. EXTREMELY RUDE this is not how you treat customers at a local post office.
Miranda Kelly: I had such a great experience at this post office I look forward to using them again. The staff and man at the counter was so helpful in helping me to send a package to my fiancée who is deployed on a work assignment. Did you know that if you give people the kindness and patience you wish to receive they will act kind and patient with you, too?I had a good experience here. Much to my surprise it was far cheaper than I expected & it got to him in just 2 days! I am a Christian, I try to treat people as I would want to be treated myself. You are all serving the American public and I know that is no easy task given the state of our rushed, impatient, and negative world today.Thank you to all the postal workers for all your hard work. I am sure with everything that has gone on you are dealing with extra stress & longer lines. I just wanted to write this to let you know your kindness and promptness was appreciated and the wait was well worth it. They are all absolutely right the worst customer service the nastiest attitude i had to deal with because i went there and asked why the delivery drivers said she had no access to my house when i have on camera she never got out of the car! She clearly didn’t wanna do her job as she was on the last shift of the day she was maybe too tired of delivering packages she decided not to deliver mine! Went there had to deal with this lady with the worst attitude I was explaining and she didn’t let me finish and said im not worried about your video well she should since she works there and im trying to find a solution! She then called the manager cause i told her how bad and rude her customer service was and the manager could care less about my problem kept me there for like 30 mins just to tell me is out for delivery and i said okay so what’s gonna happen today if she doesn’t deliver the package do i have to come here again and waste my gas and he replied with a smile on his face yes you do! I don’t understand what was so funny to him anyways i told him if she or whoever does this again i was gonna get them in trouble because they are federal and shouldn’t be doing that plus i have proof of the bad job they do! If it was Amazon or another company they do not count here because they are not federal but usps is! so i hope they do their job right next time cause u truly dont have time to be dealing with people who clearly dont wanna work and are getting paid for doing absolutely nothing.
Savanna Nelson: If you want a post office with drivers who pick and choose what they leave, to include the redelivery notices, use this office. SECOND time I will have to go pick up my own packages because they can’t seem to deliver properly. Not to mention the two times they THREW packages over my fence. I have thought about whether to leave a review or not but today was the last straw. With the holidays coming up and people relying on the postal service to get Christmas presents it won’t happen. Go back to shopping in stores if you actually want your items and for them to not be broken when you get them.
Krystal Stallings: I've had TWO packages be routed through the distribution center from Butner. The first one on the 5th of November and the 2nd one 7 days ago. They STILL haven't moved nor do they say they have been "accepted". Beginning to think the packages are being stolen after seeing some of the other reviews. Called my local post office and was told twice that there's nothing they can do and even if I call the 1800 number I will be directed to my local office, which is BS considering the Fayetteville office is the problem. Dec 5th will make 30 days since the first and after that my first package will be considered "missing" so I will call and report that. This is ridiculous, I should not have to jump through hoops for my mail!!!

T J: I get photos of mail sent to my email to let me know what's coming to my house. It's always the important mail, like our Life Insurance papers and stuff like that, that never make it to my house and gets "lost". So someone else has our private important information. And they still put other people's mail in my box even though I have a note that's been on there for 4 years, saying the only 2 people who live here. And that no one else lives here. I also wrote out the house number and street, so they can know my address and not get it mixed up with someone else. I really think they hiring crooks that's stealing private information :(

Carolyn Newby: I arrived at the post office on Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC at 9:03am to speak with whomever is over the supervisor Paul and the driver that hit my mailbox. I waited an hour to speak with the Station Manager Evon. She never came to speak with me. I am a DAV that lives in Eastover, NC and now all my mail is wet and unreadable but not only will they not take responsibility for it, the management didn't even respect me enough to speak with me. No one has asked for nor taken my name, address, nor phone number but according to Paul they are going to investigate. I have never been so dissatisfied with any kind of public service like I am with these people.

Defiant Intellectual: Despite what the reviews say, I’ve always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I’ve always had pleasant encounters until today. I was standing in line due to the yellow slip notification of a package that I had received. While standing in line, a lady by the name of Miss Katie (if that’s even her name) came to the short window, and she was looking in my direction. I thought she was talking to me, so I went over to the short window to give her, my yellow package slip notification. Katie sees me stand there and she completely ignored me until she finally got the attention of the person she wanted. She has a brief discussion with that person then afterwords she looks at me and tells me “I didn’t call you you need to get back in line.” The way Katie said it was rude and very dismissive and I checked her regarding the way she spoke to me immediately. It’s a shame that the customer service is so bad at this location where the workers give you an attitude just for asking to be serviced. A District or regional manager need to correct send secret shopper to correct this problem ASAP. The sad part about it is it be your own kind sometimes that treat you the worst.
monique dillard: Would do no stars if possible.. multiple times i was expecting a package and every time I received a notification that was a complete lie. it said delivery was attempted and nobody was home. Im home every day with my baby & have clear view of who goes to my front door.I had to pick up my package from the local post office. Its just pure laziness because they don't want to walk up some stairs to my door. Then a few times said “held at request of customer” again a complete lie & just laziness. I went there next day lady said it was out with carrier so I waited & asked the carrier when they came they said it wasnt & i had to go get it. This happened 4 times! The lady was too lazy to check the tracking to see where it was. Wasted time away from my baby, gas & husband had to take off work. The phones dont work you cant call them only the call service & they cant do anything. If you dont wanna do you JOB get people who will! Very unprofessional & lazy

LtThompsonCS: Shoutout to Marie, a hard-working individual.I came in to drop off a package; upon talking with her, she mentioned that there was a more cost-effective way to ship it. Not only did she tell me that, but also she walked me over and showed me which packaging material to use that would be the most cost-efficient for my needs.In addition to that, she helped manage multiple customers at one time. While actively helping customers at the desk, she managed those customers who were in line and had to step out to make corrections to their shipment. She ensured they were seen in a timely manner, without having to return to the end of the line and start over.Kudos to you!

Tiff Jackson: I've had the same reoccurring issue with the same mail lady, Melinda. I've never talked to her before, but she is our carrier for our business. Every time, I get a package delivered here, she NEVER delivers my package. I ordered a package that was to be delivered on Friday. I was working until 8pm that night, working and waiting for my package. She sent a message to Amazon twice saying that we were closed at 9:35am and we were closed at 2:15 pm. We weren't closed that day. We didn't close until after 6pm. She also came in this morning to drop off everybody else's packages and still didn't bring my package. I've never met this lady nor have we had any mean or rude confrontation, but every time I order a package to my job, I never recieve it until weeks later or I have to pick it up at the post office. She delivers packages to everybody else and laughs and shows her gold teeth, but leaves my package behind. Hopefully, someone can find out what issue she has with me in order for my packages to be delivered when they should.
Zane Funk: Whoever is in charge of this location you need to start holding your drivers accountable about delivering to the right address, my neighbors shouldn’t be delivering packages to me because your drivers can’t figure it how to read an address. Never have a seen a post office with this many bad reviews.

Jannis Bartning: These people are just lazy.Twice now I was expecting a package and both times I received a notification that was a lie.1st time, it said delivery was attempted and nobody was home. I was 100% home at that time. I work from home all day. I had to pick up my package from the local post office. What’s the point of delivery when they’re not delivering?2nd time for another package, it said delivery was attempted but the mailbox was full and they will try another time. This is a mini fridge several feet tall. It will never fit in a mailbox. They were just too lazy to come upstairs and carry it there. Could’ve just rang the doorbell and I would have carried it up myself.

Ashley Andrick: Came in to inquire about a package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago but was marked on the USPS website as ready to pick up, and no notice had been left at my house. All the older gentleman did was ask my address and tell me I had to go to the Ramsey locaton because they service my house. I already know this - but this location is about 2 minutes from my house, whereas Ramsey is about 10-15. He wouldn't even let me ask a question.So I had to go all the way to the Ramsey office for them to tell me it would be delivered today, it was most likely because the driver ran out of time over the weekend. The clerk didn't even go in back or check the computer to answer my question. There is literally no reason the gentleman at the Oakridge Ave location couldn't have heard me out to provide this answer. This location almost always has terrible customer service; Ramsey Street is not much better.
Tim Campbell: I have never been treated as kindly and professionally by a Post Office. We returned to Fayetteville for retirement. Renovated an older house which meant multiple packages shipped to this Post Office. The staff went out of their way to notify us of arriving boxes. They helped us transition by setting up a PO Box and then having items sent to our home once moved. The PO in our previous location was horrible.This location in Haymount has “customer service”!!Amazing. Thank goodness!!!

Sarah Dees: Usually very fast, depending on what day and time you go in depends on how busy it is there. Great service, even when people are being Karen's they keep composure. Recommend if you have a need for a P.O. Box or just need stamps/send a letter quickly!

Waiting 20 minutes with 6 people in front of me and 11 behind me waiting, both ladies leave the front and the line continues to grow. I know its a busy time of year but they may need additional staff who are a little faster.

Timothy Ingram: This is a very busy location! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented even though most people who come into the office is unaware of what happens here. There are plenty of Post Office boxes for rent in the store, which work great for security and delivery of high dollar items. I use this place for all of my shipping needs for my computer business and I know every package is accounted for during the transfer process.
M Pressive: Overall good experience other than the wait time due to precautionary implementation, but once I made it to the station the lady was really nice and it only took a minute or so and I was on my way. The clerk made the experience much more pleasant, so it kind made up for the wait time.

Cindy Vai: I had to send a rather large item to the West coast a few months ago. I had already taken my package to UPS and Fedex and they gave me a price quote of over $40 just to ship. I decided to go to this post office and the employees were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a box and repackage my item to ship at a cost over half of the price I originally got a quote for. They educated me as well on sending large packages and how the dimensions of the box were driving up the costs. Since then I've packaged my items as small as I can go thanks to their advice.

Virginia Toland: It's a small Post office. Operated by nice people. I've seen people pick up mail and they sell hats, batteries odd items. Would like them to sell their hand made ice cream again. It had a country store feeling at one time with Post Office in it.
