Candace Fajen: Nice.
Crystal Walline: Rude and unhelpful. They would not fill my adderall prescription because they said by federal law paper prescriptions must include a statement that says "cannot be e-prescribed." She texted a screenshot of part of the STOP Act provision as "proof." Not only does the provided screenshot not include the statement [described above] it specifically says that schedule IIC drugs, including ADHD drugs are excluded. When I brought this to her attention she started communicating (via text) by saying only "ok." Completely rude, unhelpful, and ignorant of the law she claims to be enforcing.
Chris E: Poor customer service and rude. Refused to take a paper script for a medication saying it was illegal to do so unless it was e subscribed. Sent a text with the "law". After reviewing the paper it specifically said that the medication could be prescribed with a paper script. No apology or anything. Just continued attitude!

Steve: I came in and they told me they delivered prescriptions but when I called a few days later on the status of the delivery, they say that it isn’t worth their time to have it delivered. I had a 90 gram prescription and they didn’t have it so they just crossed of the number and replace it with 30. They blamed my problems on miscommunication, there’s a lot of miscommunication here... Maybe it was just a bad day but I’m not coming back. Hopefully your luck is better than mine.

Clarinda Cox: My fiancé is in a wheelchair & unable to walk due to Gilliam Berre syndrome. Yesterday she rode her electric scooter up there from Gillespie St. When she got there she needed to charge her scooter, she politely asked the cashier if she could plug it up somewhere out of the way, the cashier told her to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist told her "No, we don't do that, we can't charge anything up for anyone". Isn't a pharmacy's job to help those of us who need help? She wasn't asking them to do anything, just to allow her to back up to a plug & charge her scooter herself so she could get home... We have no cell phone at this time so if it would have died on her, especially in Massey HIll she may have been in serious trouble. In conclusion due to the detestable, cold, heartless nature of the employees the store has permanently lost our business, as well as our family, & a few of our friends who we have told about this. Boooo to the store & it's rude employees.

Annmarie Koonce: I live nearby. This place reeks. If you call to complain you get a song and dance. The smell was so bad last night it woke me up. It smells like sulfur.
Kalypso Island: The red phones in the box are working. There are no directions for where to check in. I went to 3 different doorsif you’re delivering meat/skins drive all the way around the building and go to the door where all the cars are. The door says something like employees only but try to open the phone box and pick up the phone it will ring and someone will answer. This place smells like death! I came during shift change so they forgot about me for 3+ hours until I went back to the phone and spoke with someone. When night shift got to me my truck was unloaded in less than 10 mins. The guy that unloaded me was awesome though!

Gary W: It's on a dead end road so you can go to the end of the road and there is room to make a u turn and park on the road no businesses past this one so no traffic on the road helps especially with the new e-logs so you don't have to start your clock.

who me: Absolutely Amazing service. Very very helpful6/22/23- update. I took away one star for 2 reasons. #1 they don't accept discount cards and #2 the delivery service isn't that great because you have to have multiple medications and they are not reliable when it comes to delivering on time. And by on time I mean delivering on promised date.

Kim Richardson: I have had issues with CVS and Walgreens for quite awhile, but did not realize I had another option. Where they have been unable to fill my medications, Fayetteville Drugs had them in stock and filled right away. I have had to pay (in full) for one medication for months because no one took the time to clear up the authorizations forms. Fayetteville Drugs had this cleared up within hours! Customers are treated with the upmost respect by their friendly and knowledge staff. What a difference this makes!
