FTCC has a very confusing website and trying to find information on courses, licenses, or certifications is impossible. The information, you can find, is in a .pdf. Why not provide the information, as a link, to better inform the public. The use, and institutional use of technology appears lagging when it comes to easily providing information to the public.

Casey Ferris: UPDATE: The owner called me this morning and provided a bit more information as to the situation, and went above and beyond to make it right, especially considering the emergency she had come up (that i was completely unaware of while writing my original review). I am leaving the original so everyone can see just how upset i was, and have since changed it to 5 stars - she has completely changed my mind in regards to herself professionally.--------------------------------------------------------I am the business manager for a local company. We scheduled over a month ago to have Ms. B come out and teach a class on the basics of photography. I confirmed with her just last week that we were still good to go. I rescheduled our entire staff – missing out on several appointments – so that we could hold this photography class for our associates. I received an email the NIGHT before at 11PM informing me she needed to cancel the appointment – with no other explanation. She has caused us to lose funds, and has proven to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. For these reasons alone I would not recommend her to anyone.

Rebecca Guinee: I reserved a newborn appointment with Roxie prior to my son being born. I wanted to make sure I had someone available as I know photographers can get booked up and newborn photos are time sensitive, needing to be done in the first week or so. Roxie assured me that all I had to do was let her know when he was born and we would schedule a day to meet within 10 days. As soon as my son was born I emailed Roxie, but got no reply. I was trying to give her ample time to reply, but after almost a week I was getting nervous that the time window for a sleepy baby photoshoot was running out. I finally decided to call her after the second email had no reply and she said she was not doing newborn shoots anymore. At first she said it was due to insurance reasons, then she explained it was because she was very sick. I can understand and respect her being unable to work due to unexpected illness, but at the very least I would expect her to let me know! That way I could have had time to find someone else. She explained that she wasn't checking her email, but I'm not sure what illness makes it so you can't at least look at client emails. Especially if you have people depending on you. After I explained how disappointed I was that I didn't get a reply, she said I shouldn't worry I could find someone else. Thanks a lot. Being a new mom, with a c section, 10 days post op.. the last thing I need to worry about is being stood up by a photographer.

My baby isnt due until March, but she is already walking me through what I can expect to happen, finding out what I will or won't be comfortable with, and finding out what type of style of photos I like and want. Very professional. It is nice to figure everything out now and not have to worry about the details when I'm getting ready to go to the hospital!Can't wait for the baby and the amazing photographs!
