Daniel Ellis: Timing is awful. My wife and I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm to check out pretty basic flu like symptoms. Somehow even with a sign that says appointments are valued first, we still were not seen until an hour and a half later. Then we spent another hour in the room waiting to get a covid test result back. Still hanging out in the building with our three month old daughter. No one has popped in to update us. However what we do hear is a bunch of laughing in the halls, chatter from the nurses, and thats about it.I have been to an urgent care before. And 9 times out of 10 the urgency is kept up with. This location? Nonsense. Lol scheduling an appointment is useless because you will still spend about 3 hours of your day trying to get antibiotics for simple symptoms.

The staff was still professional and friendly even in that big stress situation. There were 70 people in front of us, but the line moved quickly and we were seen. These ladies were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end, I was having an allergic reaction this past Sunday, had no idea any urgent care was open until I Googled it, I chose this location solely based on the reviews, the check in process was super easy, I scanned the QR code and completed the process in my car less than 5 minutes. My name was called as I was walking in the door, after a short wait I was immediately seen, heard, and treated in an amazing time frame. If I ever need urgent care again I’m definitely choosing this location again and again!!!

T L: If you go here you will be billed as if you went to the Emergency room. They are not transparent. They label themselves Express care, but it is not a "walk in" care. Furthermore, they order tests not necessary in order to incurr more charges. The wait is long as well. I would not go back to this establishment again.
Maria Rivera: This is one of the nicest Urgent Care I’ve visited. The receptionist so nice I was cold and gave me a blanket. Registration very nice and quick the nurses are so sweet. I am very satisfy with FNP Deborah L Ballard for the care I was given Thank you!
Nick Hile: Third time using this express care for one of my children and they’ve been EXCELLENT every single time and I’m very thankful for them. They diagnosed my 5 year olds pneumonia before it got out of control and I’m so thankful. We have a primary care doctor but this is my new go to for after hours urgent care. The wait is nothing compared to the emergency room - maybe wait an hour or two at this clinic. The staff is very nice and thorough.

Then told me they did not have the right stuff to test urine?? But that's why I went.. but they took me anyhow?? WHAT?? I guess joe biden runs this hospital too?? P.s.. at least the almost dr was nice and we talked and laughed.. then she looked at me and told me that she was not going to give me anything?? I guess she thought I wanted pain pills?? I have all the pain pills I need.. I needed antibiotics?? what a freaking country.. do not go to these places, because they only have google dr's.. Carolyn Bowden: The problem with this place is they will not allow anyone back with the patient. Most people need someone for emotional support and to answer questions when they are upset and not thinking clearly. Also to hear the doctors instructions.

The cleaning lady came through without one on at all not once but twice. It should be a choice anyways not mandatory especially when staff apparently can't follow the guidelines. After waiting 50 minutes past appointment time went ahead and left 🙄

Morgan Johnson: I was seen at the clinic. I needed additional paperwork filled out for my employer. It was two forms and one form all they had to do was check a few boxes. They refused and claimed they don’t do paperwork and that I needed to see my primary care doctor. If I had a primary care doctor I wouldn’t have gone to the clinic in the first place! Honestly it’s less hassle and cheaper to just suffer through whatever you’re dealing with or treat yourself at home.
Lovelyplays: Originally I was going to rate 2 stars but i changed it because of the effort. So I had a viral infection and I went to get cared for. The wait was about 1 hour and then finally I was seen. The doctor was really nice and it seemed like he really cared about my situation. But the RNA didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I needed blood work done and she poked me about 6 times. Some times she couldn’t find the vein or she couldn’t get enough blood from the vein she found. She even resorted in putting a needle in my hand (which was painful). She was reading off instructions while also taking blood. I know it’s not easy being a nurse but you definitely need to know what you’re doing. Other than that I would say that the trip was very beneficial and I would recommend going early!
Jill Williamson: I went in hopeful as I've had great experiences at my other providers throughout Cape Fear Valley health system. It was great until seeing the doctor. I felt my concerns were being brushed off as unimportant (I never go to a doctor unless something is way off in my body). I could also hear the doctor and staff essentially poking fun at me even coming in to be seen outside of my door.Due to that, something that likely could have been caught at that time (8/1/22) became a traumatic experience and am now (8/3/22) on day 2 of hospitalization.I give 3 stars because desk and registration staff were pleasant to work with. The intake nurse that took vitals was amazing. And the doctor did notice an easily resolved skin condition that I didn't even know I had and wrote a prescription for it. The bedside manner was lacking in the extreme.
Ashley Todd: I've been sitting here for over 3 hours and there are only a few people here.Edit: It took 5 hours for me to get in and be seen. I then got a bill a week later and had to call because they took my insurance info but never billed them. The bill charged me for a 90 minute office visit and an ER visit? I don't know how they can get away with that. Not to mention it was their fault I was in the patient room for that long. They literally had to read a uranalysis. How does that take that long?

They do not have anyone at the start of the line to answer questions or intake. In some cases you might have to blindly sit for hours just to be told no! Hope this helps.
Melody LaFountain: Nurses are very kind and attentive. Dr. however, had a very poor bedside manner. He did not talk with me, and never came back into the room to discuss findings. I was there for atleast 5 hours. I will never go back there for treatment.

Ansiro Desetta: For starters, I do realize the hours are posted on the front doors of the entrance. But there is no indication that they are closed between 1-2pm. I myself,had to stumble upon this unknowingly. This is useful information when you are trying to be seen for reporting to and out of work. Secondly, many of your physicians/doctors are of the "third world" perspective and pretty much let you "wing it" without medications you are supposed to be prescribed. Furthermore there is no consistency with the in/out process within the confines of this facility. And also they have yet to post that the express care side is closed indefinitely. What a crock. Misinformation leads to a lot of wasted time. As well as a waste of resources. This is a perfect example of "the powers that be" yet again misguiding the peasant like public into another foray of costly misadventure.

Mel Moe: I cannot say enough good things about Warren! He was fast, but very efficient & careful. He was very nice & walked me through each step. (I had to get some shots for nursing school) I was seen literally within 5 minutes of my appointment time & was done in about 30 minutes! He was great! Well done, sir!
Eliseo Santibanez: Came for. DOT physical. Done by DR. Porsche. She answered all my questions since diabetes runs in my family. If you’re a trucker like me and have very limited time during the week, you can book an appointment on the weekend. Paid $109 and went on a Sunday.

My husband came in to get vaccination shots and came out with Trisha Sloan personally emailing him to try and have a relationship or hook up with him. Giving him her work hours, days off and trying to set up a met after my husband wrote a review for her. She emailed him not only from the company's minute clinic email address but later from her own personal one. If this is the way that this locations employee operates, how can you trust the care you receive. When they are untrust worthy. As a medical professional I am obligated to do what is best for the client and do "no harm". I question the integrity of Trisha Sloan and her purpose for the client's well-being not just in office but in their personal life as well. I believe that HIPAA was breached in order for her to receive my husband's email address by emailing him personally. If there are any steps that I can take to make sure that this is addressed outside of the company and does not happen to someone else, I will be addressing it on a professional level because this is from one professional to another not practice protocol. I appreciate the care for my husband, but it should have stopped there and not gotten personal from the company's personal email. Makes me wonder how many other times this has happened. I hope that this is addressed as I will be following up.
Ashley Lowery: Made an appointment at 6:50 and didn’t get it done until 7:50. Not only did I wait an hour for a TB skin test to be done, she scheduled my reading at the wrong time at another location on a holiday weekend. The window to get a TB skin test read is 48-72 hours so she schedules me way earlier than the time it can be read and I had to go through trouble to find an office that would be open the following day to get it read. Completely unacceptable, as a health care provider you should know the time frame window a TB skin test should be read!!!! And let your patient know that before hand so they don’t get a TB skin test done and have no way of getting the results read!!
Rissa M: Made an appointment for my daughter to get a sport physical. The doctor said she couldn't perform one because she has asthma. That's fine. What I didn't like was that she refused to write a school note stating that she wasn't seen. You may not have been able to treat my child but we showed up for the appointment and school needs to know why she's late!

His age was given on the original phone call.Today I went for a Walk-In visit as is clearly advertised. No such thing exists. You have to make an appointment at the kiosk or on your phone. Appointments are not walk-ins. They would not see my daughter despite no patients waiting and no patients in the rooms. Infuriating!

The wait was short but once I was in there, the physicians assistant didn’t know to work the computer system and did an exam for 2 seconds. After barely listening to me breathe, she told me she couldn’t give me anything except for a cough suppressant. I have had bronchitis numerous times and have ALWAYS been given an antibiotic or a steroid inhaler. Three days later, I was in an urgent care facility and had to be given both an antibiotic and a steroid inhaler. I will NEVER visit the minute clinic again, the physicians assistant didn’t know what she was doing and they were not helpful!

This includes individual care and attention given to each child and wait time. Way better than other urgent care places. The PA was also very nice and professional. Will definitely return to this place when I need urgent care.
Maria Tajman: The worst ever, went for the TDAP vaccine to avoid the whooping cough. Evidently it was expired and I contracted the disease. The main reason why I took it it's because my grandson is a preemie and I was going to be around him often. Thank God his test came back negative. I contacted the corporate office twice to advise that the vaccine failed and I keep getting the run around. They keep telling me that someone will call me back and no one has. I even threaten to notify CDC and still no response. Remember these are Nurse Practioners not doctors and evidently don't know all symptoms. I learned my lesson you get what you pay for. Never again will I see them under any circumstances. Be careful with this place, it was quite a scare for my family and me. I'm just thankful my grandson is ok.
Tina Oclair: They say that they cannot hold your place in line but you can come in, but when you come in there are no patients and it won't let you sign in to be seen. The "doc" says people have signed up to be seen, but no one is here and she turns two different people away instead of helping them while she is not busy. Don't waste your time and energy coming here when you don't feel well.
