MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Mel Moe: I cannot say enough good things about Warren! He was fast, but very efficient & careful. He was very nice & walked me through each step. (I had to get some shots for nursing school) I was seen literally within 5 minutes of my appointment time & was done in about 30 minutes! He was great! Well done, sir!
Eliseo Santibanez: Came for. DOT physical. Done by DR. Porsche. She answered all my questions since diabetes runs in my family. If you’re a trucker like me and have very limited time during the week, you can book an appointment on the weekend. Paid $109 and went on a Sunday.
Kate P: A complete waste of money. Save it and go to an actual clinic where someone can actually help you. I was met with "I don't know what it is" and that they couldn't' help me when their website specifically says that they cover it.And just got my bill....they charged me the most for doing absolutely nothing!
L Crumwell: I am very disappointed in the professionalism at this location. My husband came in to get vaccination shots and came out with Trisha Sloan personally emailing him to try and have a relationship or hook up with him. Giving him her work hours, days off and trying to set up a met after my husband wrote a review for her. She emailed him not only from the company's minute clinic email address but later from her own personal one. If this is the way that this locations employee operates, how can you trust the care you receive. When they are untrust worthy. As a medical professional I am obligated to do what is best for the client and do "no harm". I question the integrity of Trisha Sloan and her purpose for the client's well-being not just in office but in their personal life as well. I believe that HIPAA was breached in order for her to receive my husband's email address by emailing him personally. If there are any steps that I can take to make sure that this is addressed outside of the company and does not happen to someone else, I will be addressing it on a professional level because this is from one professional to another not practice protocol. I appreciate the care for my husband, but it should have stopped there and not gotten personal from the company's personal email. Makes me wonder how many other times this has happened. I hope that this is addressed as I will be following up.
Ashley Lowery: Made an appointment at 6:50 and didn’t get it done until 7:50. Not only did I wait an hour for a TB skin test to be done, she scheduled my reading at the wrong time at another location on a holiday weekend. The window to get a TB skin test read is 48-72 hours so she schedules me way earlier than the time it can be read and I had to go through trouble to find an office that would be open the following day to get it read. Completely unacceptable, as a health care provider you should know the time frame window a TB skin test should be read!!!! And let your patient know that before hand so they don’t get a TB skin test done and have no way of getting the results read!!
Rissa M: Made an appointment for my daughter to get a sport physical. The doctor said she couldn't perform one because she has asthma. That's fine. What I didn't like was that she refused to write a school note stating that she wasn't seen. You may not have been able to treat my child but we showed up for the appointment and school needs to know why she's late!
Kelly Norton: I have now gone to this minute clinic twice with zero success. I was told they would see my son for an ear infection, only to arrive and be told he was too young. His age was given on the original phone call.Today I went for a Walk-In visit as is clearly advertised. No such thing exists. You have to make an appointment at the kiosk or on your phone. Appointments are not walk-ins. They would not see my daughter despite no patients waiting and no patients in the rooms. Infuriating!
Salima Milligan: So quick and efficient, very clean, would highly recommend! Diamond is so sweet, very professional, and knows what she is doing!!!
Heather F: Diamond was such a pleasure to work with. She truly made my day each time I had to go in. You have a wonderful team at this location.
Michael Barron: Went there for nicotene replacement therapy, good people got to laugh and the wait wasn't too long
The Real Fashion Etiquette: Slow service my appointment was at 9:20amI came 10 minutes early like the text stated. Thirty minutes later of waiting I just left. Finally at 10:21am someone call for my appointment 😑 yeah no...
Aim B: I visited here today shortly after lunch. The staff and doctor were friendly and made me feel comfortable. My wait was minimal compared to ER and urgent cares. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half exceeding my expectations. I recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
Derius Thompson: A woman named Kate helped me and not only did she help resolve my problem she called me a few days later to follow up I don’t have a lot of good experiences in medical situations but these type of interactions make doctors visits less stressful
Patricia Martin: Quick, friendly, and great after hours care.
hannah holder: I came in because I was experiencing bronchitis like symptoms. The wait was short but once I was in there, the physicians assistant didn’t know to work the computer system and did an exam for 2 seconds. After barely listening to me breathe, she told me she couldn’t give me anything except for a cough suppressant. I have had bronchitis numerous times and have ALWAYS been given an antibiotic or a steroid inhaler. Three days later, I was in an urgent care facility and had to be given both an antibiotic and a steroid inhaler. I will NEVER visit the minute clinic again, the physicians assistant didn’t know what she was doing and they were not helpful!
Tammi Peters: It’s certainly not a minute clinic. Waited way too long.
virgina helwig: I have been here 3 times and had a great experience each time. The physician on duty was through. I was in and out and picked up my prescription right there!
Nadeshia Litzinger: The best urgent care clinic I have ever been to. Took four kids and was in and out in less than 2 hours. This includes individual care and attention given to each child and wait time. Way better than other urgent care places. The PA was also very nice and professional. Will definitely return to this place when I need urgent care.
Maria Tajman: The worst ever, went for the TDAP vaccine to avoid the whooping cough. Evidently it was expired and I contracted the disease. The main reason why I took it it's because my grandson is a preemie and I was going to be around him often. Thank God his test came back negative. I contacted the corporate office twice to advise that the vaccine failed and I keep getting the run around. They keep telling me that someone will call me back and no one has. I even threaten to notify CDC and still no response. Remember these are Nurse Practioners not doctors and evidently don't know all symptoms. I learned my lesson you get what you pay for. Never again will I see them under any circumstances. Be careful with this place, it was quite a scare for my family and me. I'm just thankful my grandson is ok.
Tina Oclair: They say that they cannot hold your place in line but you can come in, but when you come in there are no patients and it won't let you sign in to be seen. The "doc" says people have signed up to be seen, but no one is here and she turns two different people away instead of helping them while she is not busy. Don't waste your time and energy coming here when you don't feel well.
Raina Monique: I had a great expiernce at the minute clinic I walked in and only had to wait about 5 minutes if that! The doctor was outstanding & made me feel really comfortable the place was clean I will definitely be going back if I have to

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
toya lee: Went to CVS on rockfish Rd this morning around 9:15 a.m. to get my daughter seen. We are an African American family. We went inside and there was a white lady already sitting down. A minute after there was a white lady who worked there in a white lab coat who asks the lady sitting down did you get checked in okay. I didn't know who she was talking to at the moment so I asked her me and she said no. minute when it was at and there was a white lady sitting down. I then asked her was she talking to me and I was still standing up at the time. She was actually speaking to the only woman sitting down. The lady sitting down asked me was I trying to get checked in and I told her yes and she said the kiosk over there. So I proceeded to get my daughter checked in to find out that there were no available appointments although it said available for April 22nd, 2023, the date I was there. The lady working at the clinic did not even speak to me or even say a hello or good morning so I don't even know where is she was. Very unprofessional. The lady that was sitting down was more pleasant than the lady working the clinic. She took the lady to the back and we left. I don't understand why they were no appointments available and there was only one person sitting down but, I can understand that some people appointments are a different times and that is how they are seeing. Went to first convenient Care and got my daughter seen in less than 1 hour. Staff was friendly and helpful not like this white woman that didn't even give us the time of day.Had to repost because my HONEST review was deleted. SMH
Suzanne Moreau: I got to minute clinic at 4:30pm and the nearest appointment was 6:20pm so I sat and waited for my time but was hoping maybe I'd get in earlier. She came out to tell us she was an hour behind. I didn't get seen until 8:15pm and then I was diagnosed with an ear infection that I never even had. I went to urgent care today to find out I have acute sinusitis. Please do not go here!
Erica Smithers: They told me I was fully covered under my insurance and then sent me a bill. Why would they tell me I was covered and then still charge me? Don’t even bother calling the customer service line, they’re still open for another 2 hours and it just keeps saying the office is closed and hanging up. Not worth the effort.
Dusty Crazie: Absolutely loved this visit!! I'm not one to do clinic or doctors much for my own personal reasons but I took the last pill for my meds that have helped me sooooo much and this morning I found this clinic. Checked in online, very clean, organized, check-in kiosk, and the doctor she was very professional and listen to me about my situation and managed to have a solution!I will recommend his location!!!
Sun Rodriguez Lee: The app to make an appt for the minute clinic was down. Had so many time slots to schedule an appointment but none was unavailable. What a joke, it made me drive into the CVS nearby to use the kiosk to make an appt. I made one and now I have been waiting for more than an hour past my appt for a doc. What a joke! CVS needs to do better. This is so unprofessional. Why have these spots to reserve when you not able to be seen.
John Green: Terrible experience. Despite my wife’s covid 19 test appointment booked online thru CVS, the staff at 7496 Rockfish Rd did not test her until two hours later, and only after her protest at their trying to see later arriving walk-ins ahead of her and their trying to send her to another location, DESPITE HER PRINTED CONFIRMATION AT THAT MINUTE CLINIC. Management must be non-existent.
Lani Weahry: So, just an FYI, the advertisement of "walk in visits" is false per Minute Clinic employee when I went for a walk in visit (pretty sure I ruptured my eardrum). She was sitting in an office on her phone and never checked the waiting room. I was the only person waiting. She said that they were booked for the day and that I was welcomed to sit and wait for a "no show" and then I could be seen, so basically refused service ar a "walk in clinic" that doesn't tend to "walk in's". I asked her why they advertise walk in's if they actually don't take them. Her response was that they've brought it up several times to corporate to take that off of the web site and they haven't. Trying to schedule an appointment is about impossible because it takes you back to the "choose a location" screen repeatedly, totally NOT user friendly and very frustrating. Calling customer service, don't waste your time. All you'll get is an automated recording saying "sorry you couldn't find the information you were looking for" and then you get disconnected. After today, I don't think I'll be going to anymore CVS's.
amber Young: The provider was very nice when I was finally seen but the appointment system is ridiculous. My first appointment I had a reminder so I went to the clinic but it was closed and the lady from the CVS area said I should have got notified. I didn’t. So I rescheduled to get seen the next day and when I went I couldn’t check in because it said it couldn’t find my appointment. I had to ask another CVS employee to see if they would ask the actual minute clinic staff about my appointment. I was seen and got my TB shot and scheduled the follow up for the reading. The morning of the follow up I was told my appointment was cancelled. Called to online number because no other clinic was showing an appt before my TB needed read. Tried to ask if driving to Raleigh was too far and I said yeah that’s not in the area. So she told me she would leave a note in the system for the nurse at the minute clinic saying I just needed my TB read. She said that’s all she could do🤨 so I called around and found an entirely different urgent care that let me come in with my paperwork to get my TB read. Very frustrating and inefficient clinic. The provider was quick and nice, but 2/3 attempts to be seen at a scheduled appointments were a fail. I ended up being additional work on my end. I’d rather pay a little more and know I’ll be seen then jump around hoops and never know if my appointment will happen
Jaclyn Ramos: "Convenient care" but don't take walk-ins? No
Victoria Lewis: Don’t waste your time. I made an appt for my son and wheh we showed up they just said they were closed. No email, no phone call. Poor customer service.
Michael Gillis: Courteous and professional care.
Natalya Rashchupkina: Terrible experience. Brought in my kid with what looked like strep throat symptoms. The NP rushed us the entire time. She was rude and unprofessional. Didn’t care about the child as a patient and ignored all the other symptoms. Refused to do more testing and amend the chart stating she was refusing to do the tests. I will be calling corporate about this. She shouldn’t be an NP period. Poor bedside manner and extremely lacking simple knowledge. She refused medical care.
Amber Nicole: After scheduling a Covid test online, when my husband arrived he followed the directions sent and waited 30 minutes after his appointment time. No one came to the car.
John Smith: Terrible. The lady ignored me for an hour and a half. I scheduled an appointment which she did not show up for nor did she alert me that may appointment was canceled. Wasted me and my daughter's day. Go somewhere else.
Goose Gon: Had scheduled a covid test was about 4 min late. Refused to do the test even when the tech themselves stated the 10 minute policy. Then spent another 5+ minutes talking about how we can't do it when we could've had it done. Not helpful, unlwecoming.
Mary Poole: Had the worst experience at the minute clinic on Rockfish Road. There is no sign to what to do when you get there. You see people walking into the building and coming out. After waiting past 30 minutes, I walk in and ask how this works, a staff person said I will call you. After another 30 minutes after I watch others that arrived after me passes., I walk in and tell her I’ve been waiting over an hour: She said she called me and left a message. I told her she didn’t call my phone. She claimed she did and said I must have given a wrong number. Regardless, she told me I would have to reschedule . Their were no more appointments until next week and I am very sick. That was very disrespectful to treat a senior citizen that way. She couldn’t come out as we were told what parking place to park in? She don’t deserve a star period. Should all these people who may have covid, step inside this trailer to get checked? Why not outside?
The Real Fashion Etiquette: If I knew the lady name that work in minute clinic on 7/23/21 in the morning. I would put her name in complaint horrible horrible service. I understand times are hard for those in medical profession. And want to honor those who put their lives on the line for the general public. But if your going to have a horrible attitude just stay home. Do us all a favor. Thank you!
Jonathan Rich: Nice, professional and caring nurse who answered all my questions and helped me out with some paperwork. Thanks
Kerri Boykin: Worst experience ever. Had to go into the clinic to scheduke an appointment for 4 hrs later. When we returned we were told our appointment was overlapped with another appointment and had been moved without us being informed. I then was expected to return a 3rd time to cancel the appointment. So we were there 3 times with no service. Huge disappointment!
Sheila Cuen: I was four minutes late after waiting in the car for over thirty minutes. The doctor that was there today closed the door and canceled my appointment. While I was standing there. Never in my life have I had to deal with such rudeness. I can sit in my car at times for over two hours waiting for an appointment. Never will I come back here again been coming here for years.
Shai Loveless: Don't waste your time at this place. They're so passively aggressively rude it's almost annoying.

Haymount Urgent Care: what do users think?
Catisse Grier: I was there for 3 hours. I had chest pain and back pain along with flu symptoms. The doctor kept offering more test. He said he couldn't find anything . I was in so much pain and it was clear he wanted to increase the bill with all of the test so I left. When I asked for the report - it wasn't ready yet.... When I received a copy, it was full of lies. He claimed I didn't report any of the back or chest pain. I will NEVER trust this office with my health again.
strawberry jackson: First time at testing site. Don't know why all the bad reviews.. but I call the office first to make sure they took my insurance which they did. Went the next day, all staff was nice and helpful and literally got my pcr results back over night in my email. Thank you.
Kimberly Monroe: I have been a patient there for a couple of years and everything was good until one day my doctor was not there and they got new staff and the PA were really unprofessional and rude ,, they will violate your hippa rights right in front of you .. The receptionist hung up on me before I even got to the appointment when I got there she blamed it on the phone in which you have a multiple call phone you can not hang up on a person by putting them on hold , then I get to the PA and she just disregarded my issue as if it was not an issue didn’t prescribe me what I needed which Dr. Clinton was the best dr ever ,. Then as I was walking out I heard the PA actually tell the nurse in the assessment room that I wasted her time and came there for nothing .. and laughed .. What kind of PA does that I should have flipped out but I just walked out in disbelief I text Dr. Clinton he never responded and I’ll never go back there again This is what’s wrong with the world people think they can treat you however and it’s ok new flash .. some people can’t handle that type of ignorant treatment for no reason
Marie AdoariT: Very quick, professional, and straight to the point. I will definitely come back and recommend this urgent care!
L. Davis: My son had his physical did here Jaden I'm his mother Lisa Davis we just want to thank the beautiful ladies they went beyond helping us and the doctor as well my son made it off to military school one proud mom 😇🙏many blessings to the staff again
Jacorey Thomas: Well They Where Very professional I went there that morning and got my test results as I requested that afternoon
Kelly Saxton: Haymount Urgent Care is literally saving us right now. We are traveling to outside of US this weekend, and our 12 year old children needed PCR for travel purposes. They won't let you test until you're in 72 hour window, however most PCR tests take 3-4 days to come back. (Yeah, doesn't make sense at all) We went to their drive thru across the street from hospital and they literally sent us their PCR tests back that same night! They saved us $600 because we were strongly considering just going to get a rapid PCR for $300 each. We are VERY GRATEFUL for Haymount for saving our vacation and giving us peace of mind today before we leave tomorrow, as well as being so friendly and painless experience.
Amanda Gillman: I went to Haymount Urgent Care for a Covid RNA test on 11th February. Can you believe that I STILL haven’t received my results from this clinic? I’m going to call my insurance company to let them know this. Haymount Urgent Care will get you your rapid tests back quick, if that makes a difference. But when you need a more accurate test to go back to work, you rely on them getting you the RNA test back in a reasonable time.
Gerald Wood: Went to a roadside testing site on Owen Dr early January for a covid-19 test and have my nose swabbed and given results immediately. Got a bill today from them for a urgent care copay for a office visit and blood tests that didn't happen. Charged my insurance nearly $1100 for the covid test
Tony Arevalo: Took my daughter to get a Covid test back in January 14th and it was supposed to take a day for the results. It has been over 2 weeks and still no results. Cannot get a hold of anyone via phone to request the results. Very disappointing.
Henry White: Dr. Clinton treated me well! I got my test results in 48 hours. Dr. Clinton is the best Doctor this town has. I would go back again 100%
Cliff Henry: Go to your PCP. This place is a joke.
Princess Princess: My daughter has to miss school and work because they don’t hurry with the results it’s passed 4 days and no results or any email in setting up a portal. Their website don’t work, when signing up for a portal on the web. They don’t answer their phones or nothing. How can we send in proof to the school or employer if they don’t provide us with one
Marisol Mendoza: I went last Wednesday and I still haven't gotten my results. Calling is a waste of time cause they not answering the calls. I even tried emailing and nothing. I liked it the way they did it a few weeks ago. They gave you the results right there when you got tested. It's really disappointing, cause some of us need the results to go back to work
Kristi Roderick: I will now check Facebook and Google reviews before initiating any interactions with a business. Our Family (7 members tested) were tested on Tuesday, 1/18/22, and we were advised that results would be emailed within 24 to 48 hours. It would be reasonable to have an active phone number for follow-up, but it took 2 dozen hangup to get a person to answer.I was advised that a machine broke, and my test is not complete. Please explain this excuse, as I have read several excuses given to others. I am sure that our insurance companies have been billed for incomplete services....NOT good.
J Mckoy: I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible.
Wanda Coley: My grand daughter had a test done on the 10th. It is the 19th. Still no results. What's the point by the time I get her results she already gone back to school. This is crazy the school system say say get tested and we do but then we can't get results in a timely manner so the parent or Gaurdian has to stay out of work really .
Me Honey-Wilds: I took my 15 yo to testing site Wednesday 1/12 at 0830. We were told results would be back within 48 hrs. It is now Monday 1/17. We have not recieved any word. My child can not go back to school until his results are received. I called and no one answers. Plus their mailbox is full so no messages can be left.
James Oleary: Drive past this Village Drive location. They advertise 24-48 hours and I didn't get my results till almost 7 days. Missed it by 1 hour and 10 minutes. My suggestion is stop testing and get caught up on the ones you've already tested. People waiting at home and wanting and having to go back to work are on hold for days until the results are in. The money must be good for doing the testing.
Channel Davis: I went to Urgent Care for strep throat, which I often get when the season change. However, I came to Haymount and the refuse to treat or see me unless I got a Covid Test first, which the nurse in the front advise me would take 6 DAYS FOR RESULTS. I am vaccinated and have been in pain already for a week hesitate to visit. It is completely unethical to turn people away and leave them untreated or undiagnosed for that long. I do not have any other symptoms nor did they even check my temperature. I’ve never even heard of Covid Test results taking that long to come back. I honestly think they were lying to send people to the next urgent care, thankfully, across the street.Update 1/13/22 they are still the worst
Leroy Wade: The nurse Erica was nice and professional

FastMed Urgent Care: what do users think?
Felix Escarraman: Highly recommend great service !
King Supreme: My experience was great. The staff there is crazy friendly and the Nurse Practitioner was awesome. She really helped me a lot. I appreciate them folks
Tookie Love: Worst experience! The lady working was rude and lacked customer service skills. I have a Master's in Health Administration and worked in healthcare admin for 14 years. I came in with my 10 yo who hurt her knee. I waited in line and she asked "how can I help you?" (which is correct) I explained the situation regarding the knee pain. She rudely shakes her head as if I was interrupting her and just says "name". I gave the name and she just says "we not taking walk-ins. Appointment only."She offered no reasoning and no explanation. It's urgent care. Never knew they weren't taking walk-ins and if that's the case start or end with an apology. She needs customer service training ASAP!
Lisette Argandona: It is absolutely amazing how much the staff at this location truly cares about its patients. 3 people running this place and still keep the flow going. Such great ladies, personalities and all around great care. Keep up the good work ladies, you all deserve a raise for all that you put up with!
Angela Tate: Had to go to FMUC on Francam Rd in fayetteville NC and I was very pleased at how professional and courtesy the staff was at caring for me. I've used this specific location 3 times and would go there as opposed to an ER.
Doug Rima: They don't say anywhere that they don't do pre employment drug screening after 6. I was let go of my current job early and could have made it but took a shower to be clean. Now I'll have to leave work early tomorrow to make it when I could have made it today. Pretty upsetting.
Willie f Wimbley: Fasted urgent care recognized my condition quickly and had me transport to the hospital quickly. Thank you and your staff for your excellent service
Vikki M: I had a great interaction with everyone from the receptionist to the doctor, and this was probably the best appointment I’ve had with a female doctor her name was Lindsey.
brittney stylik: everything was great, the staff were nice and professional. the only thing i didn’t like was the wait times, i had to wait an hour after my appointment time to be seen, so it wasn’t very pleasant. but i’d definitely come back in the future if need be. thank you guys!
Moses Jimenez: This place is great. I was able to get seen in under 20 minutes.
Charnett Muhammed: They are very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend anyone .
Daryl Reeder: Great front desk service, very kind nurses.
lil looch: Great place to b sick at they no how to treat u
Melinda Frederick: Wonderful staff and showed great concerns about my presenting condition. I will always use them for sure.
RICHARD HARRINGTON: Fast & professional care. Staff very friendly & helpful. Wonderful site. Keep up the excellent work ladies...👏💯🎯👏
onyx odgers: Walk in to receive drug test, already made an appointment for that day. Showed them my stuff I was suppose to bring and was seen after waiting for those in front of me. Lovely and nice staff. They even had Disney movies playing while you wait.
jubie cantrell: We had an appointment at 9:30am & did not get seen until 10:50am. Honestly too long of a wait and the front desk was not that attentive or friendly.
Lazy Baker: Everyone was kind and friendly starting with the receptionist. A bit of a wait but worth it when ALL staff members are pleasant. I wish I had gotten the receptionist name to commend her personally.
Mel Moe: While, we generally have a good experience, today was a bit different. We were "warned" that there was only one provider & that they were new. We had a 6:45 appointment time & was seen shortly after 8. The front staff was all new to us (we were here just 3 weeks ago). Two had their head scarves on. Additionally, they felt it was OK to talk to a patient about why he had no insurance and his "symptoms" in the waiting area. Additionally, one of the staff talked with a patient about her "social" choices in the waiting room..in front of a minor. It is still considerably better than the alternatives.
Cordell Dyson: The wait time is insanely long
Allegra Williams: Awesome Staff MsKim Made Me Feel comfortable and welcome overall visit was great smiles all over and they make you feel at ease my experience w the staff now is awesome than the lady honestly
