But after calling and being informed of my mistakes in online ordering...I realize someone didn't know or forgot the red sauce goes on BEFORE the toppings. I normally order from here atleast once a month or so. And have it delivered. The last few times I’ve picked up my food they was beyond rude. I called stating that my order was messed up. Food was cold. Was supposed to be meat lovers with extra pepperoni but was only pepperoni. The Chicken pizza barely had chicken on it. Both barely had sauce or cheese. Very disappointed. I was hung up on 3 times. Horrible customer service. I spend almost $100 every time I order. You’ll be upset if your order was messed up and staff called you a liar. When The “supervisor” answered the phone, the first thing out her mouth was that she gets off in 2 hours. She had a worst attitude than the employees. She said they was going to refund my money back. I’m not going to tolerate being disrespected by nobody. I was more than respectful.

Eulisa Says: I know this review is supposed to be about the food and the establishment but I need to take a moment to talk about the staff. Well not all of them but one specific employee. As most places are Marcos was understaffed but that did not stop them from delivering over the top customer service. Rico was working and he was a rockstar! He was manning the phones, making the pizza, and taking orders as people walked in. I am so thankful for himand his dedication to doing his job and doing it well. He was also very personable. Its people like him that make me believe that super heroes walk among us. I think Rico did an outstanding job. It is very rare that someone leaves an impression on you for being great at their job and Rico really did make an impact. So much so that I will probably only ever order from Marco's because of the caliber of employees they hire.

Dawna Cockerham: They forgot to cut one of my pizzas, the manager on duty didn’t seem to care when I called. I requested my $5 tip back when I had to return for them to cut my pizza. The young lady up front tossed my money on the floor dollar by dollar. I picked it up and left, only to realize they cut my other pizza to bite sized squares and gave me sweet chili sauce with my breads sticks instead of marinara when I got back to work. In this economy, spending over $70 for a meal much less pizza is a luxury for most families. For that luxury to be tainted by a bad experience and food that is not edible is very disappointing. I understand that the ticket machine was down and orders were not printing out but properly trained food service workers should be able to think on their feet. When I say that one man was the only one working, I mean he prepped the dough in the back, prepared the food, cooked, cut, and greeted customers at the counter. One person worked on the ticket machine. 3 others wondered around the back as if they didn’t know what to do. Complaining about various things.A man in a red shirt finally jumped in to expedite food. He asked me 7 times what I ordered. At one point I gave him my phone so he could get my order together. He tried hard to get it all together but he was overwhelmed with a large order. He brought me part of my order. I explained that I was still missing something and the wings had the wrong sauce. I tried to help out by asking to making the other wings with the sauce that was meant for the wings already made. He put my order on the counter, walked off to make the remaining item. Did not put my food under the heat to keep it warm. All in all, I wanted in the store for over 30 minutes for an order that said was ready on tracking before I left my house.I did receive 2 emails from “managers” wanting to give me coupons for discounts. I emailed both with my story and never heard back from either person. I hadn’t planned on returning to Marcos but the sweetest lady from the Ramsey St store convinced me to try her store. AA A: Ordered 3 pizzas and wings, they forgot to cook a whole pizza. Asked for a refund for that pizza; female (Ariel) said they could not refund the lone pizza because it was with the online deal. I refunded the whole order she didn’t want to give me my receipt for the refund had to ask her 5 times for it.

Cameron Weiman: Someone on the Saturday night shift took a bite out of one of the slices then spit it out and arranged it to look like normal. I only noticed three slices in. Definitely ate someone's chewed up food. Don't order from this place.

gregory cox: This has been going on for a while but I’m just getting to posting this. Absolutely terrible. Pizza was dry like it’s been sitting out all day I couldn’t even eat a full slice. The wings were rubbery and soggy like they kept microwaving them. I spit them out they were so bad. Terrible experience.

Patricia Gillis: Dominos needs to teach the employees about the rights and wrongs to handle food. I watched a employee as I was waiting for for MANY times run their hand through their hair and then touch the food items and boxes. Also seen same employee standing waiting for the food to come out of the oven holding the spatula used to take pizza out of the oven and holding it over their shoulder, touching there clothes and all over the places touching counters and everything

Amberine Brown: This is my go to dominos and still is, but today my fiance picked up 2 bread bowls. When we started eating them, they weren't fully baked all the way and was still raw with dough. This the first time we've ever had a bad bread bowl and hope the last. Still a good location but the food today was terrible.

One time I had a unsatisfactory order and the sent me another pizza within 30 minutes. That was one time in almost 2 years ordering from them. When I pick up my pizza at the store the employees are courteous and quick to get me my order. I just want to Thank the owner and employees for providing good food and service. Most importantly for showing up for work!!! I appreciate your hard work.
