Batoya Matt (Toya): 10 out of 10!!!! Will definitely recommend! Don't bother going to dominos! They had a 2 hour wait, then the customer service hung up on me, upon waiting OVER 2 HOURS, the pizza from them shows up, after I cancelled. I called Pizza Hut, food came within 30 to 40 as the app stated! ANNNNNND THE MAN WAS WAYYYY OLDER, THAN THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR DOMINO'S!!!! I TIPPED 5.00. The meal was even cheaper than dominos!!!!! With 2 2 liter drinks!!!!! Please don't be fooled by Dominos! The last time I ordered pizza there, I got a crushed box of pizza, that was cold!!!! Wait time then was a hour! App kept crashing etc. But to have the worst customer service was an understatement.....I simply called to see why my meal was taking over 2 hours, when the app said 40 minutes. She got an attitude. Then hung up, upon me asking to cancel! Upon choosing Pizza Hut, no crashing of the site, food came very fast, to the point the cheese, and wings still had steam, as if it was FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN!!! IT WAS LIKE AN IN STORE EXPERIENCE, BUT AT HOME!!!!! IF YOU SMART, YOU WON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! PIZZA HUT NEVER FAILS!!!!

I normally order from here atleast once a month or so. And have it delivered. The last few times I’ve picked up my food they was beyond rude. I called stating that my order was messed up. Food was cold. Was supposed to be meat lovers with extra pepperoni but was only pepperoni. The Chicken pizza barely had chicken on it. Both barely had sauce or cheese. Very disappointed. I was hung up on 3 times. Horrible customer service. I spend almost $100 every time I order. You’ll be upset if your order was messed up and staff called you a liar. When The “supervisor” answered the phone, the first thing out her mouth was that she gets off in 2 hours. She had a worst attitude than the employees. She said they was going to refund my money back. I’m not going to tolerate being disrespected by nobody. I was more than respectful.

James Brown: Took my family out for lunch before going to see a movie. Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted nor acknowledged for several minutes (@ 10min), although there were several employees at the register in front of us. When we were finally acknowledged, we were told to "sit wherever we want". We found our way to the table, immediately feeling the almost unbearable freezing temperatures in the dining area. We were one of two families dining there and both complained about the cold temperature. We considered leaving for CiCi's due to a very long wait to place our drink orders. When we finally received our drinks, we noticed a very foul and sour taste coming from every drink. The family seated near us reported the same thing. It was not the Pizza Hut diner experience I remember. The restaurant was extremely disappointing and the environment was very cold and drab, with no music nor TV playing to lighten the mood.

My job ordered $80 worth of pizza from this location and not long after receiving the pizza we realized how terrible it was!!! one of our pizzas was so burnt the top was black.... it sounds like a joke but its not. 2 of our other pizzas were thrown around in the boxes and all of the slices were on top of each other. not to mention the pizzas were so dry it seemed like they put no effort or sauce into making them lol. trust me it is soooo worth going out of your way just to go to another location near by!!

HUNTS POINT: Ordered a pan pepperoni and was delivered a hand tossed. No big deal if this only happened once but it is the third time this has happened. I contact the store and informed the employee of the dilemma and she reassured me that they will be making a pan pepperoni and it will be delivered in 20 minutes. One hour layer NOTHING!!! I then call the store on BRAGG BLVD and explain the situation and I was placed on hold. After 10 minutes the call was terminated. I call back and immediately the call was sent to an automated service!! Come on man!! I don't want no problems but after they do this to me about 15 more times in a row when I call I'm beyond furious. I really do not understand why you would tell me you will be sending out another pie and then completely ignore my calls and treat me like I am in the wrong. I would have walked to the dam location if I could but I have both my feet amputated and am still healing from surgery. I just do not understand why lie to me and then continually put my call on a block list now and I know they will no longer deliver to me, as I have done nothing wrong. All I wanted was my pan pizza and they can have back their hand tossed.I am beyond disappointed with the treatment and lack of customer service. I was not rude, belligerent, nor foul mouthed when I called to explain the ERROR THEY MADE AGAIN!!!I have lived in this neighborhood for six months and out of the other locations in the Fayetteville area that I have ordered from in the last five years, they by far have the poorest customer service and food. It is also very telling of the community that it services.

GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS: I was extorted out of $16 so I email corporate and got no response, heres the story. I ordered directly from this restaurant, they said 30-40 minutes to deliver and I chose to pay cash. An hour and a half goes by and I receive a text saying that my order is being picked up and delivered by Doordash, I think to myself "Ok no big deal, they must be short on drivers." The "Doordasher" finally shows up, the total was $23 and all I had was two twenty dollar bills. Doordash guy claims that he doesn't have cash for change so then I'm left with a dilemma, do I not eat after working a 16 hour day? Or do I give him the $40 to get my $23 worth of food? A really trashy situation for Pizza Hut to put me in, very unprofessional. Thought I'd give pizza hut one more shot after not eating it for 6 years and they do this. No wonder they're getting crushed by dominos. Dominos has superior customer service and a far better website. I don't like dominos but I'll never give pizza hut another dime after last night.

Joni Sessoms: Started work here October 2022 and ended work here November 12,2022. The ones that get reasonable hours are the ones close to the Management. They will short you on your tips and ignore you when you question why until you ask about it in the open. I've worked many delivery positions and never had to leave due to not getting my tips and mileage owed to me. I will never ever work for pizza hut again worse job I've ever worked at.

The lady who picked up the call pretty much cut me off after telling me that the pasta w/ cheese sticks didn't come with sauce it was meant to be dipped. The thing is the pasta didn't have much sauce, it barely covered the noodles. She didn't care about anything I had to say and sarcastically cut me off and hung up. I will never order there just because of her! That's why I gave them 3 stars.

K M: I paid for extra marinara sauce and it didn't come with my order. The delivery man huffed and puffed like it was a big problem to drive back to the store to get it. I dislike that he was tipped well and I had to experience his negativity. The banana peppers on my pizza were thrown on top and not baked with the pizza. It was also extremely salty and lukewarm upon arrival. I will not order from this location or any Pizza Hut ever again.
