Glenda Ogden: Massage was good, but my pedicure was not. The pedicure was not very long. I had to redo my nails when I got home. There was still old polish on the edges and places on my nail where there was no polish. I also had polish on the skin around my nails. Will not go back again.
Suzanne Ringle: Irma was amazing! The music was incredibly soothing and her voice was equally velvety! She's strong and thorough but listens to your pressure thresholds. a great masseuse.
First Last: I was purchasing a gift certificate. Did not get a massage there this time. The three star is for the bad vibes I got from the front desk clerk. She was trying to upscale, and when it didn't work, she made a disgusted face. She made me feel uncomfortable, made me feel poor and not being able to afford a more expensive certificate. Little did she know, the recipient of the certificate asked for what I purchased. Please, train your front end employees to treat people with compassion and respect.

Gregory Archbold: We had a minor hiccup at the Spa today but Natalie the owner was super great about righting the wrong as well as making up for a poor experience. We appreciate her professionalism and customer service in fixing the problem. She definitely makes you feel like your business is very important. We appreciate her phone call and for listening to us. Definitely recommend!

Amber Toothe: I was gifted a package (mani, pedi, facial, and massage) by my husband. Unfortunately due to scheduling issues, I wasn't able to do the entire package at one time. I had to schedule my massage at a different time. I went to my appointment, but I had accidently deleted the screenshot I had of the confirmation for the giftcard. I wasn't able to get my massage because there was no way to verify the funds. I left very sad, but I just went on with my day. I didn't know how to fix it and didn't want another stress at Christmas time. I definitely wasn't going to show my tail in an upscale spa! Fast forward to Tuesday. I received a call from Natalie. I believe she is the manager. Apparently the lady that was trying to help me at my appointment (Paige) went above and beyond and told Natalie about what happened. Natalie was able to find my gift card in their database!! Y'all, that's some amazing customer service. Paige could have brushed me off. She didn't HAVE to go to Natalie. Natalie didn't HAVE to do the research she did. I'm seriously impressed and even more thankful! So happy to have a spa I feel comfortable in....especially knowing they really care.

She was patient with me when I decided to get my lashes done for the first time and they are amazing. All the facials have been great. Please give them a chance to make you feel relaxed and welcomed.
Laura Floyd: I’ve never had a bad visit to Renaissance! Morgan provides fantastic care if you’re looking for a facial or any hair removal service! The front staff is always so kind and accommodating. I especially love the appointment reminders to ensure the patient is aware of the next scheduled visit! All areas of this spa are always tidy and fully stocked. I’d recommend anyone looking to relax and feel pampered come to this spa.

Rhiannon Juarez: I went with my mother as a treat for her and we LOVED it. She got a package with hot stones on the back added, and I got the introductory Swedish message. My mom is a war veteran so it was a plus that this spa employ’s and supports our countries Veterans. My mom also has bad anxiety so at first I was getting nervous but soon into the message she started to calm down and we both melted away! A fabulous place, we will be returning!!

My advice to this establish don't affilate using groupon if you dont want to honor it. Im glad i called first before purchasing. Or i would had lost money.

Paula Mathis: Me Time Day Spa is amazing. Its clean and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is amazing and accomodating and Zay Williams my massage therapist has magical hands. She has helped me so much with my post op care. Her knowledge of the surgery world is insane. I absolutely recommend her for all post care needs or if you just want to relax and have some me time. Me Time Day Spa absolutely recommend 10 of 10!

Vanice-Victoria Woods: I heard really good things about this place and wanted to try it out since it was near my house. I booked online like they said to on they’re website just to receive a call saying that the women who was suppose to be doing my service wanted to change the Change the day because she wasn’t coming in. Then I revived a email notification that the time of my appointment had been moved two hours later without anyone contacting me. I had to call them myself and ask them and they said it was because they had other people ahead of me that wanted to get multiple things. No one even bothered to call to ask if my schedule would be okay to do they appointment two hours later than scheduled because they had bigger clients. Then I received a call 2 days before my appointment saying that my services was canceling my appointment again and wanted to reschedule. I canceled my appointment all together because they did not care to communicate with a customer and we’re not nearly as professional as many other spas in town. They also did not offer be a refund even though I have already paid then $30 for a deposit on a service that they are choosing to cancel. So now I have to repay another person at a different spa.
