Fredrick Ferguson: As a retired 1SG in the US Army I can testify that Anna-Lisa is as professional and humble as they come. She worked tirelessly for several months to turn my house into a huge net profit for our family, which was critical for our children in college. After renting my house out for over 25 years it was severely broken down due mostly to neglect from renters which prohibited a positive cash flow to re-invest in the property. I needed someone with local knowledge that I could trust since I live several hours away and would not be able to manage repairs directly. She has a veteran that repairs properties in the Fayetteville area. This man is not cheap, however, you definitely get what you pay for! I ran into several snags and she was not phased, she just hunkered down and powered through. She does this while raising a family. I would highly recommend hiring her and I now know why AAIMS directs their rental owners towards her when they decide to sell. Thank you, Anna-Lisa, from the bottom of my heart.

reena sharma: very unpleasant experience while trying to buy property in a desirable Haymount neighborhood. submitted full price offer the same day. no response on the offer. Our Coldwell agent kept trying to persuade us to get out of the offer. He also corrected the rental income from $1500 to $1200 and said it was a mistake. so, unprofessional. It looks like they didn't want us to buy this property. and eventually offer expired.the seller and buyer agents both were from the Coldwell banker. Please stay away from them...not fair and transparent

You hear so many horror stories with realtors these days, and it’s just good to have someone who takes their job so seriously and is committed to customer service. Shawkeyda Pilson: 6 out of 5 stars! When you're an agent yourself, allowing another agent to represent you can be hard. Working with Tracey was the total opposite. Tracey was thorough, transparent, and made sure every thing was done in a timely manor. Any fires that needed to be put out, were. John Smith: stay away from this company, its owners Jennifer Lockhart and its agents will lie to you, deceive you into signing a contract and when you realize that unethical things are happening, refuses to terminate the contract so that you cannot look for another real estate company. and you cannot buy or sell your house and they will ask you for money to finish the contract. they are someone's worst nightmare as it happens to my parents
