Kit Notes: The atmosphere is nice. Our waitress though was absolutely incredible! Katy was so knowledgeable and attentive. The food was exquisite! I had the special- the Chilean sea bass and steamed spinach and it was incredible!. I was very impressed and Katy really just put our experience over the top. She was kind and personable without being over bearing. I can't wait to visit again!Went here again for our anniversary and Randi was fantastic! Kasey Steidle: We are regulars at Luigi’s. Our food has always been top notch, and the service has always been just as good. The last couple of times we went, we had Aaron as our waiter. Absolutely amazing…he gives such friendly, top notch service. Above and beyond every time. I can’t say enough good about him! My mom and grandma are picky salad eaters and he went out of his way to pick through the salad just so that they had all iceberg lettuce (lol what a hassle, but they appreciated it more than you’ll know.) we will forever be long time customers of Luigi’s. I would recommend this place to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

To call yourself an Italian restaurant and don’t even put any effort into your food. The pizza was not hot, I can count the pepperoni and I’m still looking for the extra cheese. Table for 8 at about 5pm on a Monday.... food was very disappointing, no one at the table enjoyed their plate. Then to get a split check with gratuity added to both parties. That's 4 people on each tab, and got added gratuity. Fortunately for the waiter, they got an added tip because no one realized that for 4 ppl on a bill... tip was already added.

Monica Clayton: What’s going on Carrabbas???? This is the second time I’ve ordered my Fettuccine Weesie to go and it is not hitting like it’s supposed to! Like no flavor. I’m sad bc this is the only dish i get from here and it’s normally perfect. Someone suggested i order extra sauce which i did and i got a cup of flavorless milk or cream. No way that’s the sauce that they put on the dish, it was way too plain. Hopefully it’s just been a few bad kitchen days. I’ll update my review in the future if things get better. Hoping they do!
Tony: The Case of the Missing Alfredo SauceComplained to the slowest waitress ever about the lack of Alfredo sauce in my Fettuccini Carrabba, was told that’s a “common complaint.” Escalated to the manager, she indicated that you just have to know to order extra, and would I like some. Instead of realizing that are serving sauceless egg noodles (not even fettuccini noodles!) and not at all what one would expect when ordering an Alfredo dish, they did nothing to resolve the situation. Also the “top shelf” Long Island iced tea was all ice and weak. They sold me a “tall” beer (they only have 4 beers to choose from) then later said they only have one size. Just don’t go, you’ll have a bad experience all around.
Alicia Lawson: For a chain restaurant, this one is one of our go-tos in Fayetteville. Parking is easily accessible and the wait time to be seated is almost instant. Our waitress was extremely courteous, and the food came out quickly. Boz Profit: First time at Elizabeth's and was very impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Orders are taken at the kitchen counter, but when we arrived, we were not yet sure what we wanted to order. So the wait staff offered us extra menus to look at and said we could sit down and take our time. We ordered the Deluxe and Vegetarian. I asked if I could substitute the eggplant on the Vegetarian with spinach, and they said I could. The pizzas are thin Brooklyn style. The Deluxe was delicious. They add basil to the pizza which added a nice pep to the pizza. The veggie was very good as well. Both were very cheesy. There is also a bar and dessert / coffee shop attached where you can order alcohol. So if you like beer with your pizza, it is convenient. Definitely recommend.

Today, after picking up my order there was none. Now I know the difference between a regular slice of pizza and one with fresh mozzarella but dude who picked up the phone tried to insult my intelligence. Not going back EVER! I called to ask for this to be remade and cooked longer as the toppings have slide off the pizza and the sauce is almost like tomato soup. Christopher Brett: The pizza is ok. I would eat it again, but it doesn't seem to be authentic Italian. The sauce seems to have sugar in it and authentic Neapolitan doesn't have to add sugar. The crust is nice and crispy, but not light, airy, with some char as it should be either. Almost seems more NY style than old world. Again it's not bad pizza, but definitely Americanized. I hear the owner is from Italy so not sure if there's a different style from where he's from. My wife is Italian which is one reason I have higher personal standards for Italian food.

Ok, enough about the bread, which should be easily looked into and fixed.The short hallway to the men's restroom was crammed with cleaning equipment and supplies. Kinda nasty.The bar needs to be updated. It's also sorta nasty.The TVs were a joke. The bartender was gracious and changed the channel from the "Professional Cornhole" broadcast (yes, professional cornhole) to a channel that had an upcoming MLB game. When the game started, it was blacked out because the restaurant didn't have the sports subscription.It's obvious that OG corporate needs to visit this location and plan a major rehab.The food was very good. Soup and salad were great. The wait staff was very professional and nice.It'll be a long time before we go back. There are other fine restaurants nearby that are excellent and nicer.Too bad the staff have to work at this worn-out location.

Michele Switzer: I like to get the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. You can customize the salad. I like extra olives and no onions. They must treat their servers right, too, because the service is always excellent. As far as the atmosphere, if you've been to one Olive Garden, you have seen the decor. I tried the Bellini peach iced tea. My fiance had the raspberry iced tea. They were both really good and had unlimited refills! Pro tip: dip your breadstick in the salad dressing. 😋
