Ltanya Stanley: I’m so mad right now!!!! It’s not even Christmas and I waited a hour in line because they only had one cashier. The manager came out from the back after the cashier needed her help with a transaction with aCustomer. The manager saw that this young man needed help in getting the line down but she went to the back on her merry way. When it was finally my turn to get checked out, I requested to speak with the manager. She came out and I asked her “didn’t you think your employee needed assistance”? She replied I have other duties in the back. In the back!!!!!! All the paying customers are in the checkout line, what’s more important than that? From where I’m from customer service is first. I kindly asked for corporate office number because clearly she knows nothing about customer service. The office was closed when I called them. I’ll try again in the morning but I don’t know if that will do any good talking to them, because I see that many on the reviews have a very similar experience and the issues is still going on. The cashier was very pleasant. Y’all don’t have to worry about this customer coming back.

Jamel Davis: There is currently only one cashier and 30 people in line. This happens on a consistent basis at this store. I usually just put everything back and walk back out. The owner should be ashamed of how that store is running and how overworked the cashiers are.

Ca Ca: I always shop here and the checkout process is not that bad... 3 cashiers at least on weekdays. Today Saturday May 27 there were 50 plus costumers waiting with only 2 cashiers. The line was all the way back to the restrooms. 1 hour wait unnaceptable!!! You should pay me for waiting and wasting my time here!! This manager must be new or just lacks of common sense. Why not program to bring more personel to work on weekends if you know the flow will be greater.

Summer Faison: There is always a ridiculously long wait in line. Literally one register open and a line wrapped around! Store is always filthy and unorganized...Where are the employees?? This discourages me to shop with Burlington. I dread coming into this location. I love the bargain deals but the management needs work!

Jodi Pettit: My experience would of been fantastic if there was a selection. I went for sandals and Nike. When did belk stop selling Nike tennis shoes. Very displeased. Picked up Sketchers not my favorite. Then ralph lauren had nothing. Sat 5 pairs of different sandles Vince camuto. Lady said they only had two out of the 3 other ones Wow... now getting aggravated. 2 pairs of tennis shoes I purchased. Then my hubby bought me a Brahmin purse and wallet to match. Ms Dorthy waited on us, she works the perfume counter. She was helping in the purses. Ms Dorthy went above and beyond what I deserved. Even helping me with my black pair of sketches. Just a beautiful person which I will be visiting her again soon. Need better or maybe more help in footwear. They need to know about high end shoes. Girl could not tell me if the RL sandal was leather or synthetic. Quality footwear they should be taught about so they help the customer. Big RL purchaser. But on RLL site. And ya'll on line.
