Bernard Flerlage: When checking out, we were informed since it is not a permanent location, instead a pop up store, they could not honor their military discount. The cashier was very rude about it as we just asked a simple question about the discount. Luckily there is Academy sports and fleet feet so no reason to go back.

Zay Sims: Had a sale going. And the shoes I wanted where on sale and didn’t give me the sale so after the associate immediately took it down ended up paying full price. I don’t mind paying full price but i just didn’t like how it was handle.

RuNGun 99: Went to the temporary location today. Didn’t expect to buy anything but of course I did. They didn’t have what I was looking for but luckily Gabi recommended I order it. She helped me order what I wanted and they were on sale so I got it in 2 different colors! Great customer service.

Samantha Gonzales: Went to this place tonight and was shopping in the shoe department with my family and one of the employees working was absolutely rude to my kids. I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want to cause a scene so we left. Tried to call the store afterwards to put in a complaint but nobody seems to answer the phone there. I would like to speak to someone about this experience.

Com: I walked into store looking for black basketball shorts.I found two Dick’s sale people that could not show me where the boys basketball shorts were.After finding the shorts myself I went back to the front and asked one sales person to take me to the shorts and he did.I asked the shoe sales person if the store sold basketball jerseys and he said no they did not.I continue to search for basketball shorts on my own and I found a pair of Jordan.

Fjfjf Jzjz: The kind man in the brace really helped me find a pair of perfect cleats and even gave me advice on the brace because I was injured too. Then at the register a kind gentleman named Kyle was really imformative and gave me the best customer service I had ever received. Definitely my go to whenever I need a pair of cleats.

Jessica Marie (Jmarie): We visited the store today to buy a skate board. The owner did not say hello or greet us in any way. But when he overheard us talking about the prices about the bikes next door, he stated that he was also high end and if we were liking. For cheaper to go to Target or Walmart. Regardless of his discriminatory comments as he has no idea what our budget is, we continued to look. He continued to treat us like we didn’t belong there so we made the decision to leave. My son in law had an $800 budget for a board. Big mistake dude. He is exactly the client you are trying to attract. We refuse to support businesses who don’t treat their customers kindly or with respect.
Maddox Ledgerwood: Just spent two hours in Danville skate shop with my mom shopping for my dad's birthday. Ended up coming out with clothes for not only my dad, but for me and my mom as well. The guy Scott who helped me and my mom was, as my mom stated 'kick A!' Awesome, he knew alot and helped pick out stuff for my dad who is otherwise an absolute monster to shop for. 😆 All we had to do was tell him my father's age and he went right to the perfect section. Really was extremely friendly, funny and helpful! Tbh my arm was hurting from holding all the stuff I wanted! Super accurate abt what I wanted and my dad. Totally figured out what we wanted extremely quickly. Even found the right sizes several times 4 us.Definitely gonna come back!
Hanna Ramos: Incredible customer service! Called up looking for quad skate parts and ended up coming in for maintenance on those skates and buying a helmet. They will go out of their way to help you or direct you to help if they can't. Super knowledgeable and friendly.
