They work quickly and are very professional, as well as respectable and personable. The communication between us and the company was great. We always received calls from them informing us when they would be arriving and what work they expected to accomplish that day. When they experienced an issue in which they were going to be late or unavailable they would contact us ahead of time so we could make plans accordingly. The kitchen is beautiful. It was made to modern standards with a touch of Victorian elegance, since our home was built in 1880. I highly recommend this company and plan to utilize them more as we continue to remodel our home in bringing it back to the Victorian era genre.

Took about a month to complete. If there was any questions, comments, or concerns, Spencer was there to quickly remedy them! We changed wall color mid way, didn't cost us extra. Paperwork was easy to read with everything itemized. They have an app you can download that lets you see there progress and make paying easy. If they accidentally put holes in your walls they will come and fix it, free of charge. They even helped us find a security guy named Dale to help install cameras around the house. All in all, I would highly recommend them! A couple days later I had an email for the estimate and the amount of detail that went into that estimate right down to the most minuscule details, it left no mystery as to what would be done how it was going to be done. (I for one I'm not a big fan of surprises so I appreciated having everything in writing not just the generic replace tub and paint wall estimate) Now keep in mind my house is nothing fancy three bedroom two bath ranch built in the 70s OK so we're not talking about working with a high end canvas to start with, But if I was going to do it why not do..it right?so after demo got done and the new sheet rock went up and the flooring went in and stuff started to happen that's when I started throwing oh by the way I had this cool fixture oh I've got sconces oh did I tell you about this mirror and how it needs to be wired directly in and I already have tile and I bought a really cool vessel sink he had to have thought I was nuts (but wait till you see the pictures) Spencer is a standup guy if you're looking for a contractor that will meet with you outline every single detail follow through you will be very pleased he's reasonable he's fair he's down to earth and most importantly to me? Spencer was upfront about schedule changes; construction add-ons and he was patient with my few (maybe he’d say many) requested changes.The entire crew was professional, and I am more than satisfied with my renovated kitchen with family room extension, add on 2nd floor closet with laundry relocation, screened in porch and deck. FYI, I removed carpet, ceramic tile and laminate and replaced it with hardwood floors, and glazed porcelain tile.
