Fayetteville Ambulatory Center: what do users think?
Cayce Copeland: I saw Dr McGinness, her and the staff were so kind. I have severe anxiety and they helped me stay calm before and after the procedure.
Jeff Huggins: Tuesday morning I had shoulder surgery and was impressed with the staff from front door to out patient.Party hats for everyone (surgical hair net) and even got a free chest shave, complimentary from the nurses. This is how they make you feel, like family and you can be yourself. My only complaint is the front staff would not let me partake of the complimentary coffee before my surgery🤣
Connie Thomas: Outstanding service. From the front desk worker to the person wheeling you to your car. Eveyone was nice and professional. Thank You
Mike DiAntonio: The staff was awesome..
Jacqueline Denning-Suggs: Dr. McBrayer always takes care of our family's orthopaedic needs, and if anyone has to have surgery, we come here. The center and the employees are great!
Debbie Stevens: Excellent experience!!!Staff was amazing, especially the ladies in recovery and in the observation recovery care. Very personable, caring and encouraging while still being professional. Highly reccommend!!!
Caleb Goodwin: My wife just had major ankle surgery there.Did an awesome job it looks like. Dr. Kozniak did it. Apparently one of the top surgeons in the US. He and the staff were very nice and informative!
Grace M: My son had surgery at this facility 27 October 2021. I was very pleased with the pre-operative staffing. But I have two concerns based on what we experienced. Firstly, when we came in we went to the desk as directed. Then were sent away. They forgot to check us in after they sent us away and we had to alert them after they asked if anyone had been missed.Secondly, the woman working the front door was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She spoke to me like a child, which was inappropriate. I wanted to step out for a moment after my son was sent in to be operated on, while my husband stayed inside, as per the protocol we were informed of. She scolded me for stepping out to get some air and smoke, as I’m sure many do when they are stressed. My child is being operated on, so i have every right to be stressed out. She told me because of me stepping out, she cannot get any work done and I’m impeding on her checking people in. There was nobody waiting to come in. Her attitude was condescending and short. I’m almost 100% sure, me passing through the front door will not destroy her work process. When I told her it is my first time stepping out, she said she knows and but it doesn’t matter. The only person impeding her work is herself while she takes the time to scold adults when the entire situation did not need to transpire. Walking out of a door takes one second. Sitting there and scolding adults with a condescending attitude takes much more time. I had received a text that my son was finished with his operation, I waited to come back inside. She let one person in, then when it was my turn she was blocking the door and told me “go” with an attitude. She made it hard for me to get through the door.I’m not sure if she is in any sort of medical practice, but either way working in a medical setting you should have some degree of bedside manner. She had ZERO. I’m not the only one she treated this way. She absolutely needs retraining on how to conduct business with the general population. It does not reflect good upon this center when the first thing you are greeted by is a woman with a nasty personality. This took place around 9am.Otherwise, the nurses and other staff were amazing and we were very pleased with them and how great they treated my son. If it wasn’t for that staff being so wonderful I would be much more angry about her treatment of patients and their families.
Rachel Dale: My son had an eye surgery here last week and everyone there was amazing from the time we walked in. The lady who greeted us (I believe her name was Charlotte) was so kind, efficient and helpful. In triage we had an awesome and attentive nurse and were only back there a short amount of time. My son felt very comfortable and was barely nervous at all. Thank you for a good experience!
Shaneika Perry: My experience was wonderful great service since I walked through the door, they were quick I was in and out 5 stars.
Shirley Payne: I absolutely love Fayetteville Ambulatory and all of the staff!! Esp the nurse who calls you to set up your surgery details and what to do. She alwayssssssss makes sure to make u feel important and cared for! From the whole staff, doctors and nurses..ALL OF MY SURGERIES have been done here and I don't care to go else where. Im heading in this morning for another scary procedure but I know ill be taken care of.Thank you for all u do at Fayetteville ambulatory and for just being YOU!!!
Anna Caldwell: EVERYBODY IS WONDERFUL
Amy Stone: The center was great all around! Very appreciative of the nursing staff and the extra measures they took to clean lobby during COVID19 pandemic.
Kristina Cirasunda: Poor patient care! Very neglectful of patient needs and comfort!!
Euphoria “Color” Salon: I received wrist surgery yesterday, where implants were installed. I am not a complainer. When the nerve blocker wore off like they said it would, the most painful of pains slowly creeped in and then it was full blown pain like my hand just got smashed with a sledgehammer. So I took the prescription medication that was prescribed and anxiously waited for relief. After about 30 minutes of pacing my kitchen and fighting back the tears. I looked up the prescribed medication and from what I could read and learn about medications it is what is generally prescribed for minor aches and pains. It is also prescribed after stronger pain medications have been prescribed toward the end of some healing processes. Now I have had teeth pulled and been given stronger pain medication. I have had ear infections with stronger pain medications. I have had other broken bones with stronger pain medications. I called the surgery center back, because they did call this morning to check on me but several hours before the nerve block wore off very clever if you ask me, to inform them that I was in extreme discomfort and my pain was way past the infamous level 10!! And all she said was deal with it and try some motrin, oh and ice it through my 6 inches of bandages!! Are you kidding me! Part of their professional care is my comfort. I pay good money for my health insurance and expect professional care from providers we choose to spend our money with. My husband even called to convey what I was experiencing, And they all passed the call around and quit taking the calls so we had to leave voicemails. So now I am made to feel like some drug seeking junkie! Taking 4x the recommended amount on this prescription that is 1 step above motrin with more motrin and chasing with Vodka because it says on the side of the bottle alcohol may intensify the effects of this medication!! GOOD JOB GUYS! Hope my liver survives!! Oh to top all that off, they gave us this electric suppose to help with pain, but what it actually does is stimulate or suppose to do is stimulate muscles to help support joints when you have joint pain. We bought one in Vegas 10 years ago. So I have an open wound that Im suppose to electrocute!!😕🔫
Edward Zigmont: The folks in the waiting room were loud, obnoxious, and were not once asked by the staff to be quiet. They had their phones on loud speaker and spoke about deeply personal subjects out loud. We will not be returning here for services. Very disappointing.
Casondra Brown: This place is full of nice people. I had surgery and from my triage nurse to the surgery unit to the recovery unit, everyone was very helpful and sweet. This place was clean and the staff deserves 5 stars, that is the type of service they provide their patients.
Rhett Stroupe: Charlotte, Patient Registration Staffer, was very professional and has awesome customer service skills! Dr. Barrie, Surgeon, took excellent care of my wife, and she's well on her way being good as new! However, I was very disappointed with their WiFi service offered or should I say lack of it. It made my three hour stay seem like a six hour one. Please address the WiFi issue.
K and D Barkman: I recently had an inguinal hernia surgery at the Fayetteville Ambulatory Center. Everyone from the front desk to the people that helped me post-op were great. All were extremely friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. My anesthesiologist was Dr. Brad Richter and my surgeon was Dr. Joel Horowitz. David Barkman,DVM
La vida “lee” Bella: The staff was sop awesome with my son the entire time. I felt welcomed and knew he was in good hands
#Courtneilocks ROCK BULLOCK: Will call when there is a delay

Owen Drive Surgical Clinic: what do users think?
Myriah Khadisha: Do not recommend especially as a Black Woman.
Jessica Wilson: A health care professional looking up to James Marion Sims should be alarming to all women
Gabby Halle: I’ve been a patient of Dr.Morfesis for over a year. At first, everything was great. Then I had an injury to my foot where I stepped on something. It was painful and my foot started to swell. The doctor was positive I had gout when I showed him an area I believed to be the beginning of an abscess. I am only 33 and I was quite sure it was not gout. The swelling only occurred once I had my injury. After approximately 4 weeks of dealing with this Injury to my foot, I had to practically beg him to help me. He numbed my foot and inserted a needle in the place where something went in my foot and he said “oh my gosh, you have an abscess!” I had already told him I was sure that I did and he disregarded me. After that finding, he sent me to a podiatrist. The podiatrist (who was amazing!) ended up having to do surgery on my foot! I went back to Dr.Morfesis to get my normal monthly medications and the first script he gave me had none of my regular meds on it. He actedvery awkward and was ice cold towards me. Maybe because he knew he misdiagnosed me? He left the room to go get another script with all of my medication refills. He then forgot one of my meds so had to go back a THIRD time. I take my scripts to the pharmacy to get them filled and he had FORGOTTEN to put the milligrams on one of my meds in which I had to wait two hours to get it corrected. To top it off, he gave me an extended release version of a medication I have been taking for years and I am not supposed to take the extended release form. He has also tried to prescribe me a medication I am allergic to because he did not look at my chart because he was in a rush to leave. I’m trying to get a hold of their office this morning because they are supposed to be open at 8, but no one is answering. I do not recommend this facility if you want to be treated for your issues and have a doctor that actually takes the time to listen and do what is appropriate for whatever is going on with you.
Michael Burnett: Why did you treat me like that. Still hurting after 3 years.
Anja Gillespie: So glad I came! First time ever that I didn't have to wait hours, staff very professional and friendly, even the longstanding clients are friendly and happy. Dr. Morfesis answered all my questions and more. I plan to make this my primary care !
Adita Harless: Two members of my family have been treated at Owen Drive Surgical Clinic in Fayetteville. Dr Morfesis and his staff consistently go above and beyond what is expected in all areas of patient care. Excellent!!
Victoria Honea: I would give zero stars, but it's not an option. The office manager, Gail, is the most rude, most uncaring, and most disrespectful individual I think I have ever encountered in my life. Unprofessional.

I wasn't seen after taking off in the middle of work and they told me because I hadn't done my new patient paperwork that they weren't going to see me at all. They were super rude about it too. Go else where.

taiwan baker (Tai): Had a wonderful experience at my visit with Dr. Van Fossen and her RMA Tasha. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything!!
Sherman Sutton: I found Dr Ravinder K Annamaneni, MD, FACS, FRCS. and his staff (Fern Creek General Surgery) very professional and helpful to both myself and my wife during an exceedingly difficult procedure (Stage 4 Stomach Cancer). During all phases of the surgery Pre, during and Post he took the time to explain the procedure in terms that both my wife and I could clearly understand and answered all our questions satisfactory. Dr Annamaneni also is part of the Cape Fear Valley Hospital System which uses MyChart program/application which I found extremely helpful in reading his surgery/visit notes (these notes were always promptly posted within 4 – 6 hours after the procedure). Would highly recommend him to anyone requiring surgery.

Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center: what do users think?
Sharon B: Beware! The staff is amazingly kind and says all the right things but behind the scenes, the person that handles the insurance portion does not know what she is doing and doesn’t return calls. The receptionist says “We appreciate you and will call you back” ….no return calls. After two weeks, I decided to take my daughter to Carolinasdentist in Spring Lake and had everything handled in one day to remove wisdom teeth. No hassle…..Carolina Oral, unfortunately, need to hire people that know what they are doing in the bookkeeping area of their office.
Nancy Cashwell: They are always friendly, caring and professional.
Cheryl Ceasar: The staff was fantastic! The surgeon made me feel non existent! Every doctor I've dealt with builds a rapport with their patient. Mine made me feel like I was inconviencing him! He didn't even let me see his face when asked. Who doesn't know what their doctor looks like? He never even said my name! Ever! For $4500, I at least deserve a "what's up?". Won't recommend!
Betty Spears: Everything went well. The staff is amazing. My visit was short, sweet, smooth, safe and satisfying
Nathan Linn: My appointment time was changed 5 times. The team involved with my procedure were great. Just wish I could’ve kept my original appointment
Carissa Reed: They were really nice an patient with me at first when I was deciding to get all four wisdom teeth removed plus a molar that I needed, unfortunately, it was going to cost me $1,600.00 to do so, and they wanted an $844 deposit on the day of my appointment to book my surgery, like, I just have almost $900 laying around to give them. I called back and told them I just wanted my one molar removed and not my wisdom teeth because they honestly don’t hurt me at all, and the molar was the only problem I had. The woman I talked to was starting to sound rude at this point, I asked instead of being put to sleep, if I could have a lidocaine or novocaine shot instead. They told me that my general dentist should’ve went over the best types of anesthetic for the tooth in question, which he did not, and that I either let them put me to sleep and take it out, or I can just go to a general dentist and let them remove it. They still wanted almost $1,000.00 to remove ONE TOOTH. I have dental insurance, and it’s still ridiculous I had to pay this much for them to even schedule my surgery.
Luisa Macias: Today I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed, I was scared to death, I’m really scared of needles. But everything it went so smooth, the ladies at the front desk were really nice. The nurses are the BEST, very sweet and patient, they kept me calm. I was avoiding this procedure almost 20 years, Dr. Adams made it simple for me ♥️
W. “WD” Dietrich: Excellent from my first contact with office staff to schedule appointment and check-in. Was seen at my appointment time and the anesthesiologist went over my health history in detail correcting some due to my errors using the app to record my history. The oral surgeon came in and immediately proceeded to address my issue. He gave me a thorough examine . Demonstrated his extremely excellent knowledge on my issue. All the while he and anesthesiologist showed their concern. If i again have a need for oral surgery I will schedule with Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center.
DJ Hung: my dentist recommended I have 3 wisdoms removed. she sent me here. they were so kind and sweet, made sure I was good the entire opperation.
D Napolitano: Very professional, helpful staff! Extremely pleased with our visit.
Glenda Threatt: The staff was so friendly and very professional. Dr. Adams took his time and explained the procedure to us and let us ask questions! My grandson had wonderful experience. I would recommend Carolina Oral to everyone.
Anthony Lane: Their staff are super friendly and informative. I had Sarah both times I went and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The staff as a whole keeps the mood lights and does excellent work and cares for you.
Shamanike Lewis: At the first visit everyone seemed so nice and polite. But at the final appointment it was completely different. They changed my mom appointment without consulting with us. They claim they called but there are no records of ANY calls from them. I tried calling and emailing for 2 days and kept getting the recording and text that they were unavailable. A 7:50 appt was pushed back til 9:50! The procedure was simple yet she didn’t come out til 11:20!!! The dentist was rough and rude. His assistant seemed rushed and too busy to be polite. The only nice employee is Sarah. The front desk lady wasn’t rude but she tried to say they called us but there weren’t any calls or emails to us. The lack of respect for our time and the rudeness of the dentist and his assistant is unacceptable!! We won’t be back!!!!
Anishia Riggins: Quick and easy. everyone was nice and informative.
Jamey Frazier: I had to have two teeth extracted and this doctors office was very professional, from the front desk to the back. Everyone was friendly! I appreciate Dr. Adams and his staff making my extraction surgery a success! Thank you!
yessenia trevino: Very quick and effective. I was extremely nervous about the sedation process given I've been through a traumatic surgery before, however, the ladies/doctor who were prepping me for surgery were very nice and never stopped talking to me until I was out. I barely felt the pinch of the needle. Before I knew it I was up and finished. I only freaked out a little due to PTSD from my previous experience but they were very calm and didnt rush me. The only thing I struggled with was getting someone on the phone but the great customer service made up for that. Everyone was very kind.
Eddy Sparkles: The staff are wonderful and sweet. Got some teeth removed and they took excellent care of me. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to get things done.
Dennise Burch: The staff here are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. Dr. Adams's is most excellent. I can not say enough about this wonderfull place. They really and truly care about you. I recommend this place 200%.
Traci Payne: They took great care of my daughter.
Bakugo: Very nice and they have crystals there so the vibes were awesome 👏🏾 10/10 the removed my wisdom teeth HIGHLY recommend Dr.Adams he’s super nice 💗
Kellie R: BEWARE!! Carolina Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Center on Owen Drive. I called to make an appointment for my son's wisdom teeth. On their website says they accept MetLife of network. I question the manager straight their website states they accept my insurance and I asked when I called if they did and I was told yes. insurance. When I call I ask the lady are you a provider with MetLife , she says yes. So I schedule the consultation appointment. Arrive at the office and they tell me I owe $ for the exam. I question this as I know dental insurance I am a dental care provider myself. The office manager gives me a benefits paper for our insurance which clearly shows they are out of networkI question it and she says we'll this is what you owe, and I say this says you are out of network. She says yes we are when I ask why I was not told that when I asked on the phone and with there website she couldn't answer. After 7 minutes of a back and forth she finally refunds the money I paid for the exam I never got and basically said oh well. Triple check these providers they are saying they accept the insurance hoping you don't notice they are out of network. Would never go there regardless now because I cannot trust a liar.
