Crystal Anakwe: Went on a random Tuesday and they are closed at 1030am. Just drove 30 mins to return an item and they are closed for no reason without updating the website. Ridiculous!!Can’t respond to the companies response but it was American eagle that stated it was open not the mall hours. I looked up the store itself not the mall. Regardless it doesn’t take back for my 30 minute drive and inconvenience . Just a apology works instead of an excuse and making the customer more upset for the excuse. When I did get the chance to return there were tons of employees just starting at customers in line and while there was only one cashier behind the counter. Customer service was ridiculous and I had to tell the gentleman how to do my return. I’m from fayetteville and have been shopping here for 30 years. I miss the old employees.

Lynn Buie: Spent over an hour in store with my daughter picking out things to try on. Store very busy and crowded. It was Saturday 7pm. Went to fitting room and sign said temporarily closed. Approached 3 employees that had been standing in same spot forever talking and asked if we could try on. Told No. really wanted to buy my daughter clothes. Probably would have spent $500 easy. So rude and just sad. Was told to just buy take home and try on and return. Really…So we left.

The associates were so kind and helpful. They actually really boosted my confidence by helping me choose the right clothes for my body type with literally zero judgement. The team that worked today seemed to mesh so well, and the store vibe was great because of them! Looking forward to shopping there again!

Andrea Rodriguez: I had a terrible experience today. Walked into the store and out of 3 associates nobody greeted me. I went towards the clearance section at the back of the store. Once I started looking, I felt somebody watching me and it was an associate right behind me "organizing clothes". I could feel her staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I turned around to go checkout and the same girl is behind me with another coworker, staring at me. I got mad, put my piece of clothing back and walked out of the store. Never shopping at this store again.

First time me and my boyfriend who had his ARMY uniform on were being followed around the store the manager was very rude towards us. Not a single employee spoke asked if we needed help they gave dirty looks and followed us around!Today for the second time while with my little sister same thing happened!!! Followed around nasty looks and no one showed any customer service by asking if we were okay and needed help. Mind you both times I’ve attempted to shop her they were courteous and helpful with white customers that were shopping.This place has cute clothes but horrible racist employees and management. Maria Kurtz: I didn't have interaction with the store manager...just the sales associates. The salespeople are professional and very helpful. I believe it's better than a PacSun because of the type of clothing available at Tilly's. Tilly's is a mixture of your "at home surf shop" and Buckle...you'll find your O'Neill, Roxy, and Volcom clothing line (among other things...like RSQ jeans). Since Fayetteville, NC lacks a surf shop, your next best bet would be Tilly's. They also have a youth section for your 8-12 year old kids.

Nichole Williams: This store is a great addition to the mall; it reminds me almost of Pacsun with a flair. The associates were all very helpful with spunk besides the assistant manager (wish I knew his name), he has a very unpleasant attitude. Hopefully he is dealt with soon because just in my time of being in line I notice a couple get turned off toward him.

Ltanya Stanley: I’m so mad right now!!!! It’s not even Christmas and I waited a hour in line because they only had one cashier. The manager came out from the back after the cashier needed her help with a transaction with aCustomer. The manager saw that this young man needed help in getting the line down but she went to the back on her merry way. When it was finally my turn to get checked out, I requested to speak with the manager. She came out and I asked her “didn’t you think your employee needed assistance”? She replied I have other duties in the back. In the back!!!!!! All the paying customers are in the checkout line, what’s more important than that? From where I’m from customer service is first. I kindly asked for corporate office number because clearly she knows nothing about customer service. The office was closed when I called them. I’ll try again in the morning but I don’t know if that will do any good talking to them, because I see that many on the reviews have a very similar experience and the issues is still going on. The cashier was very pleasant. Y’all don’t have to worry about this customer coming back.

Jamel Davis: There is currently only one cashier and 30 people in line. This happens on a consistent basis at this store. I usually just put everything back and walk back out. The owner should be ashamed of how that store is running and how overworked the cashiers are.

Ca Ca: I always shop here and the checkout process is not that bad... 3 cashiers at least on weekdays. Today Saturday May 27 there were 50 plus costumers waiting with only 2 cashiers. The line was all the way back to the restrooms. 1 hour wait unnaceptable!!! You should pay me for waiting and wasting my time here!! This manager must be new or just lacks of common sense. Why not program to bring more personel to work on weekends if you know the flow will be greater.

This discourages me to shop with Burlington. I dread coming into this location. I love the bargain deals but the management needs work!

T A: I visited this location recently, and many employees passed me and looked at me, yet not a single one greeted me or asked if I needed help. It was morning time and there wasnt many customers. I crossed paths with at least 8 women and not a single friendly face, greeting, or offer for help. Customer service isn't what it used to be, and it shows at this store. The fitting room floors were also disgusting. They don't look like they've been cleaned in a month. There were clumps of dust balls and dirt all over the floors and trash right after opening. The 3 stars are because the store was well stocked and organized, but that's about it. Smh.

Perry Davis: My wife needed to return clothing. We were unaware of a 30-day return policy. The closest store to us is over 45 minutes away, and she works 6 to 7 days a week. The store informed us to call the Old Navy customer service, which was a joke because they told us there's nothing they can do because the 30-day time period has expired. So know we are stuck with clothing she can't wear. Where has providing excellent customer service gone. Old Navy, please do better and make your new policy known to everyone. Announce it before someone places an order!

Chianne Ramirez: Me and my mom came here to look for some spring clothes and was not disappointed. The employees were very helpful and polite. We came in not expecting to find much but, we ended up walking out with 2 bags FULL. The cashier was very nice and helpful and insightful when it came to letting us know about any deals or sales. I would definitely recommend they had a great selection for all shapes, sizes, and styles!

My daughter also grabbed another pair of jeans and she followed her as well and grabbed the pants from my daughter's hands and told her to grab another one, again because was hanging on a wall as "display"... she clearly didn't want no one to touch those jeans.

Thru chat I was told I must return the wrong items to get my $ back. I did return the incorrect shipment but still have not received my refund so I called customer service and get a person in India who barely understands English and told me just to keep waiting for my refund! OK. Never will I spend another $ at Old Navy.

She told me no, she had steamed it and hung it up in a display because corporate was coming in tomorrow. I would have to come back tomorrow after their visit. Not coming back
