danielle E: Kept being harassed by same employee who followed me around every two seconds ( are you finding everything ok?) over 100 times for 10 mins. Finally I just left. Bad customer service there. Not like I’m risking my freedom for a item from tillys!

Cassandra NightThunder: Absolutely LOVE Tillys. The prices are not so bad and the variety of everything is really great. The customer service is always at its best when I'm there. Also, the changing rooms are OPEN!!! You can actually try on the jeans to make sure they fit!

Brianna Chante’: This store is racist!!! I’ve given them sever chances. First time me and my boyfriend who had his ARMY uniform on were being followed around the store the manager was very rude towards us. Not a single employee spoke asked if we needed help they gave dirty looks and followed us around!Today for the second time while with my little sister same thing happened!!! Followed around nasty looks and no one showed any customer service by asking if we were okay and needed help. Mind you both times I’ve attempted to shop her they were courteous and helpful with white customers that were shopping.This place has cute clothes but horrible racist employees and management. I will never give this place my money.

Maria Kurtz: I didn't have interaction with the store manager...just the sales associates. The salespeople are professional and very helpful. I believe it's better than a PacSun because of the type of clothing available at Tilly's. Tilly's is a mixture of your "at home surf shop" and Buckle...you'll find your O'Neill, Roxy, and Volcom clothing line (among other things...like RSQ jeans). Since Fayetteville, NC lacks a surf shop, your next best bet would be Tilly's. They also have a youth section for your 8-12 year old kids.

Nichole Williams: This store is a great addition to the mall; it reminds me almost of Pacsun with a flair. The associates were all very helpful with spunk besides the assistant manager (wish I knew his name), he has a very unpleasant attitude. Hopefully he is dealt with soon because just in my time of being in line I notice a couple get turned off toward him.

jUSTIN nOPE: Styles just aren't the same post-pandemic but prices have finally lowered.

Zee “Zee” À: Spent over $300 and the "Manager" wants to go through an Entire explanation of company policy for a freaking HANGER!!!?? A $2 HANGER??? I want to get my $300 worth of clothing home without having to press them to wear them. Wow!

Lillian McNeal: Had lots of clothes options that are up to date with the site. However they did not offer alot of size options at this location. The largest I would see is a 6 and them jump to XL. Otherwise I would shop again.

Ariel Rackoff: I loved shopping in this store for my babys & my clothing for years but today was a horrible experience for not only me but my 3 year old. The man who checked us out looked as if I was bothering him, he looked like he absolutely didn't want to be there. The other woman employee tried helping him get me a discount code and after the 2nd attempts they both gave up and charged me full amount. So much more to this story but I just won't return. I didn't like how I was treated when I didnt do anything but check out and pay for my items.

I'm always very polite to everyone I speak to over the phone or in person & this lady just could not stop being rude to save her life I held it together and continued on to try and get what I called for accomplished a almost $100.00 Coat on sale may I add was missing from my order so I called to find out if it was with another package on its way or get another coat replacement they said they could not replace my item and it would not be coming because I already received my package 📦 well I did receive my package and SOME ITEMS but... not that item the conversation was way worse then I'm even stating it would take a book to explain finally I had to just hang up and cut my loses with the money and I hate it because I spend ALOT..... of money in H&M but I will not be going back hope other people don't have to deal with this women she is obviously bringing her problems in her home life it sounds like into work I feel sorry for her and her employer because she is going to lose a lot of business for them!!! I have only written great reviews this is my first bad review and I really hated to give it to H&M I love yalls store so disappointed 😔 💔
