Kristen Bartholomew: Representatives took the time to explain things and were very friendly. Any inquiries that were left by me were promptly answered. The vehicle I purchased was shipped in a timely manner and delivered within the time frame that I was told it would be. The actual time at the dealership filling out papers went very quickly. I thought it was a nice touch that they put a bow on my vehicle when I went to drive it off. I've purchased a couple of new cars during my lifetime and had never had any dealership put that extra effort in to make that moment special. If I ever need to buy used certified, CarMax will be my first option.

Donald Marquis: The problem that we ran into was the bank. Even with a high score, the bank was unwilling to cooperate with the but. With that in mind the sales crew, staff persisted until the bank finally agreed to the loan. The sales personnel were agreeable and easy to work with, the only problem was not enough course to choose from.

Pamela Lipford: The dealership in Winston Salem is the dealership I have a problem with. They showed a car to me on the first day of the new year. They were closed on Sunday. I call to tell them I was coming to get the car. They charged 499.00 for a full detail that they did not do. I called them yesterday to tell them both my visors mirror cover fall off in you face when I turned them down to use them. They said I would get a kit to do some touch up my self. They did not give it to me. When I got there the man that sold me the car gave my paperwork to another salesman to finish it because he was busy with another customer.
