Jimmy Ocampo: I don’t usually take the time to give reviews, but the awesome experience I had at the Fayetteville Volvo dealership deserves one. First, I start off with my salesperson, Jordan. She was fantastic, not pushing for the deal, or even try to take advantage of my wife and me. The sales manager David, was nothing but great as well. He worked hard to make sure we got the deal we were looking for and most importantly, both were very approachable and took the sale to a personal level (get to know the client, casual conversations, etc). Thats what you want when you walk into a dealership, be able to develop that kind of relationship and not feel like we are just a number like Volvo of Cary and Raleigh (we got it, they work for comisisons) but the professionalism and willing to help and go out of their way to help is what set them apart from the rest. After everything was said and done, we left with a nice XC90 Ultimate (Exactly what my wife wanted). Will I go back for another car? You bet I will. We are taking our daughter to get her car there. To Jordan and David, thank you again for the excellent customer service.

Taurus Freeman: Over the past four years, I have been patronizing this location sparingly regarding services for my Volvo XC60 because it has not yielded satisfactory customer services. Previously, I have written negative reviews. Upon my recent purchase of another XC60, I needed additional services, and despite my previous experience and judgment, I decided to return to the location on Skibo Road.On my last two visits, I have been assisted by Jason Kruger, Service Advisor, who provided extraordinary customer service. He's gone beyond the call of duty even when another associate advised me that services could not be provided. Kruger even provided me with his cellular number for further assistance. Due to the department's new direction, Volvo of Fayetteville has earned my trust for all future endeavors. He is truly a game changer for the dealership!

greg rowdy: David Jackson differs from regular car salesman’s in my eyes, because he has empathy. Most car salesman’s I’ve dealt with just wanted to sell me a car not really listening to my issues. However, David is genuine and passionate about helping you find the car that’s right for you and your pocket. He actually listens without rushing you. Ro Bin: I loved our seller, June, when she sold us the car. Unfortunately, the service after the sale was horrible. I literally had to beg to get an answer to my question, and Jonathan Gibson, their sales manager, went to great lengths to intimidate me. It was an extremely distressing experience.The situation eventually reached the regional manager of Volkswagen, and with their intervention, I finally managed to secure everything that had been negotiated in the contract. It was a lengthy process, lasting approximately two months, and it took a toll on my nerves.However, I must commend the outstanding service provided by Volkswagen once I contacted them. Their assistance was truly awesome, and they went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my satisfaction.Despite my love for my VW, I have no intention of ever setting foot in any Valley Auto World location again.

Kelly Stanley: Was told my convertible top on my Eos was twisted and needed a new top. Quoted $11,000.00 for new top. We took our Eos to an hardtop convertible specialist. The top was not twisted, therefore did not need a new top. My convertible top was repaired. Saved thousands of dollars. I'm thankful for the honesty by the second opinion rather than the dishonesty by Valley Auto World Volkswagen in Fayetteville, N.C.

S.: Don't bother taking convertible volkswagen their, was having issues with our eos top not closing correctly, charged me 175 00 to say top was twisted and could not be fixed, would gladly install another top for 2, 000.00 if could find one.took it to a shop in Raleigh who fixed with genuine volkswagen parts. Sean Osborne: I went to the VW dealership in Fayetteville to get the brakes checked out on my 5 month old VW Jetta, that has 4,900 miles on the car. The brakes are making noise and are not releasing correctly. I also received a letter from VW stating that there was a possibility of issues with the brakes. So I scheduled a appointment and had the brakes looked at. I had to get a rental car as the dealership would not provide a car during this time. The dealership did not change any thing on the car and I was told it was fine. 2 days later the brakes stated making noise again. I will drive to the VW Dealership in Greenville NC, where I bought the car new. So that I can get the car fixed like I asked yhe VW dealership in Fayetteville. Don't take your car to this dealership. The don't care

I went from seeing the car online Monday afternoon to showing up with my own financing Wednesday AM, but Sales Manager Dave and Sales Rep Lawrence Brown handled everything with aplomb and got me into my car. Mr. Brown was great to deal with, very professional and personable, and he also handled a small hiccup with a missing accessory with lightning speed.Thanks for a great experience!
Natalie C: We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle back in 2022 and love our Tiguan. The issue I have currently is with the service dept. I took my car in because the Travel Assist alert kept going off at random times. When I took it in I was told that it needed a new sensor and they had ordered it and it should take a week or so to come in and I would be called when it was there. A few weeks went by and I still had not heard so I called the Service Dept and was told it’s still on order but they will keep me updated. I totally understood because I know parts are sometimes hard to get. A couple of months passed and I still had not heard anything so I called again and was told by a young lady that she did not know when the part was coming in and they would call me. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023 (this has been going on since the August/Sept of 2022) I called again to be told oh yeah your part came in and someone notified you and said that you didn’t respond to which I responded no one notified me of anything! I was then told yeah so since we didn’t know who the part belonged to we sent it back! How this is even possible is beyond me because first you said oh we tried to contact you to now we didn’t know who the part belonged to! The part apparently has to be ordered again and no one has any godly idea when it will be here. My last call to the service and parts dept was well I think a dealership in Cary has one so you can try and call and see if they will sell it to you. Why I have to call another dealership to have them sell me the part is beyond me. All I want is my car fixed! It’s a warranty part and this has been going on for way too long.

I only give 4 instead of 5 stara bc i had a chip in the windshield and the belts squeel on the car (literally started happening on my way home. Specifically when AC is engaged)They sent someone to come fix the windshield (they did) and saif theyd have someone contact me to about the belts squeeling (never happened).
