I had a great experience with the staff. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Drove 340 miles and when I arrived on time, business was locked, and a note on the door saying to call a number. Called it and no one answered. Was sent to another location, no one was there either, went back to the first location and eventually someone showed up. No one came out to help hook up the trailer, I did it myself. Delayed my return over 2 hours and almost missed deadline appointments. NOT HAPPY. The lady was courteous but the delays were NOT acceptable.

Tonnie Bodden: This location tries to get over on you . I have rented the same size U-Haul multiple times within the last 2-3 weeks . My bill has always been the same and I make sure to fill it back up . For some strange reason when I came to this location I owed them money . How does a U-Haul in town end up costing $110, you may ask. Well they opt me into coverages I declined while making my reservation and again at the desk . The man told me it was the gas but nope they charged me $20 for coverages I did not ask for . The lady I spoke to on the phone said they opt you into coverages automatically. So although I declined during my reservation and my pick up they still made me pay for something I didn’t need more ask for . Smh . Just get a truck from the one on skibo , they’re wayyy better business

Paula Hutchison: Very difficult to get the order correct. No strong person available to lift tongue of the 12 ft trailer on to hitch. The tongue rests on the ground.. There is no crank. We( my 65 yo sister and I, 74 yo woman were not informed on advance that the entire hook up would be our responsibility). Normally there is a person available to do that. But we did it. It was good we have in our past a lot of trailering experience and some muscle left.
Kennedy Powell: First time renting a uhal and was a horrible experience. Was not informed the correct I formation and did not send a link to my email for me to turn in my truck so I got charged for not turning it in online even tho I turn in the truck at the correct time. Was.mis lead and now I feel ripped off

Tony Long: It's permanent charge of station (PCS) time around every Army post on the earth. Over the weekend of 27 & 28 June 20 it was hard as Hell to find a U-Haul truck and I personally know two guys in the business! I finally got one at 5547 Yadkin Road in Fayetteville. Since trucks were so rare they could have legitimately charged me a premium price. They didn't. They gave me every break they could give and because of the time of rental my daughter and son-in-law got an extra day to move. These folks are great! Even though I know two guys in the U-Haul business the next time I need to rent a U-Haul I'm going to the Yadkin Road spot! Plus, they could have overcharged me and got away with it but they didn't! These folks rock! The Long/Baker family says thank you very much!!

Latoisha Hines: The worst location ever. Ironically a lady with the same last name was there the same time I was. Due to this coincidence the other lady reservation was edited with my information and I was improperly charged. The trucks are rigged so you cant take a picture of the mileage to ensure that I was being charged correctly. Never Again.
Marissa Gimenes: Rented a trailer from this location on the 15 of last month, called back less than an hour later and asked if we could return the U-Haul because they extended our move in date and we didn’t want to be charged for a day we weren’t going to be using the trailer. They told us “don’t worry about bringing it back, we won’t charge you for today” well we ended up being charged. I called back once the charge hit the account and asked them why and they said they would refund the money. Never did. Called back two times since then, even talked to the owner. Every time being told my money will be refunded and sorry for the inconvenience. It’s been almost a month and I still have not been refunded. I am livid to say the least and will NOT be returning to this location ever again !!!!!

Steven Lee Cantrell: This place does multiple things well! ASE Tech on duty for work on your car, and they sell vehicles. There is a wide variety of moving accessories and vehicles, the best for me was the movers putting the house in the Uhaul, moving it to my new digs with no incidents all under two hours! Super professional, courteous, highly recommend this business for short and long term!

Tierra Lilly: Came for moving boxes was told they’d be in by Friday/Saturday & was given a business card to verify they came in before I came. Called on Friday was told they arrived.Told him I’d come when I got off at 5. They close at 5:30. No answer, no reply to my texts. Wasted my time and gas driving here for no reason. Communication goes a long way.

Alan Clack: Easiest moving experience I've ever had. I was able to get in grab a truck, move things across town, and drop it back off all in one day.Although I've had a fair amount of experience, I greatly appreciate that they still walked me through the process of annotating the mileage, state of the truck, how to get the best gas mileage, and some tips and tricks. Things I actually wished I would have know the first time I had to use a U-Haul many years ago, so major props to this place.They did not have the furniture lift originally requested, but did give us a discount to make up for the fact we'd otherwise have to go grab one elsewhere that, in our case, more than made up for it. Everything worked out great. Thanks!
FREIDA: Good place to rent a u-haul truck
Heather Brock: Called to rent a uhaul for less than an hour and was quoted $59 which is double what I paid 2 years ago for the same time frame and mileage from this same office. When I tried to explain that the man talked over me and refused to listen stating that things are more expensive and he wasn’t going to argue with me “boo” so I just hung up. Not listening and calling a client “boo” is about as unprofessional as someone working at a business can be. This is an insurance office so I have to wonder if this is how he treats his insurance clients as well. No doubt in my mind. He was rude the last time I rented from him but I was desperate for a truck and needed one close by to reduce the miles. I have options this time and decided to speak out. I don’t understand how this person even stays in business at all and for any of his clients in insurance you should definitely report him to the department of insurance and each company that he’s appointed with. They need to know he’s representing their company poorly as an agent held to a specific licensure standard!

Alexa Collyer: Had a reservation for a uHaul trailer, there was nobody answering the locked door, no answer on the phone. Lights are on, but nobody there during open hours. At least leave a note if there’s an unexpected emergency or something…?We cancelled our reservation and luckily the place on Bragg boulevard had something. They are very friendly unlike this place.Worst experience ever!

John Smith: I want to preface this with I had a reservation at another location and 20 minutes before pick up they called me to tell me they didn’t have the equipment and refused to help me locate the truck I needed. I called 4 other dealers in the area, either to have no one answer or to be told they can’t help. I called this location while I was on hold with the uhaul main line. And this locations representative after telling me he didn’t have the equipment, told me if I wanted he would find me what I needed and call me. Not even 3 minutes later he called me back and told me he found a truck, he made the reservation for me while I was on the phone with him and told me if there were any issues to call him back and he would look for another one. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I would highly recommend this location for doing Uhual business.
