James Chamberlain: Place was busy, some classic cars there. Looked like quality work going on. Mechanical and body shop here, parking was sparse but likely due to good work turned out. Body shop office attendant knew what was going on, quick drop off for us.

Dorshan Stevens-Millhouse: I wasn't impressed. Not a great selection. I went here because it was closer to me than a trailer company in Sanford. Sanford had better selection and pricing. Unfortunately, the sales rep here tried to upsell me from my need - 4x6 - 5x8 saying I could resell quickly and easily. That up north they don't have inventory easily because it's more expensive to ship trailers there. Which is funny... because I grew up in the north and trailer prices are very similar up there as they are here. My advice if you go here, call before and see what they have, and don't get sucked into theories of going bigger than your need.

Sam Mosley: We were traveling through Fayetteville, NC and our trailer was broken into overnight. We didn’t know anything about any of the trailer repair places in Fayetteville, but Ledwell was close to the hotel. Although they specialize in heavy duty trailers they were gracious and took care of us. They had to fabricate a part for us and even without an appointment they helped us immediately. Very friendly folks and we were very pleased with the work done to get us on our way again. I would highly recommend them.
Ryan Hair: I wanted to thank the Ledwell team for assisting me with an emergency repair on my Mobile Hydro Testing Trailer while working in the area. I needed some suspension parts replaced and they stopped what they were doing, diagnosed the repair needed, manufactured the parts, and had me on the road in under 2 hours at a reasonable charge. Kristen Sorensen: So I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review after having one or even two bad experiences with a business.Soles is different.Soles did not give me one or two bad experiences; Soles gave me the run-around, mislead me, and wasted my time for over two months.I dropped my car off to repair what appeared to be a coolant leak on 5/10/2022. They gave it back to me “fixed” a month later, albeit they were held up by part delays. I drove it for all of one day and lo and behold, no coolant again. Baffled, I brought the car back and asked them nicely to fix it again. Again, I wouldn’t say I’m a wholly unreasonable person. Three weeks later they again swore up and down the problem was fixed. I drove the car another day and let it sit 24 and the following day there was NO coolant. Again. I would not do business with Soles again if they were the last repair shop in a 60 mile radius.TDLR; Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. charity diaz: If I could give this place a half star I would. Repaired my car and left all of the saw dust inside and out. When I called to complain the woman said if I went back they would clean it knowing I was from out of state. When I told her she could pay for the cleaning bill she then tried to deny it was there fault whateversoever and changed her tune saying it was pollen. Completely unprofessional, never returned my phone calls the entire time my car was there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Kayla Case: They towed our FEMA disaster truck ..clearly labeled for FEMA clean up.....in the middle of the DAY for being parked in an abandoned parking lot during a road sign set up. It was towed 46 miles, $750 dollars. No notice left, no attempt to contact us to let us know it couldn't be parked there. Nothing. Rude service and just downright shameful to hinder FEMA clean up for a small town that is so far behind on the list.

Ashley S: TERRIBLE!! I spoke to Donna who is also the owner. My driver sat and waited for DOT inspection for hours and instead of telling us there was no one there to do the invoice on the inspection and to send my driver somewhere else, she just decided it was appropriate to have her wait finish the inspection and not supply us with the proper paperwork. She was very rude and has no customer service skills at all. I have also sent a formal complaint in to the BBB. I only rated it one star because I had to. I will never send any of my drivers there again. STAY AWAY if you can. The technician was very nice and called and told me everything about the inspection.

H M: Called advanced maintenance who claim to have a 24 hour service and explained that we had an old Rv that had broken down. Spoke with someone called Robert who said he had 51 years experience n though his boys would not be able to work on it, he would come out and take a look at the vehicle. For 3 days we were just kept being told that he would call us later that day and fix an appointment. We finally gave up hope n looked for another mechanic at this point. Still haven't got the call from Robert a week later. Absolutely horrible customer service

Kevin Upchurch: They are too busy to take new business. Was told I would have to leave the truck and it would be a week before they could look at it. Thanks but no thanks. This is a brand new truck with less than 3k miles. So you would think you would get some kind of assistance but ....nope. Thanks International for a truck that needs a shop after 1 week of operation and thank you for having a network of dealerships too busy to service your new trucks. But, I suppose if you need a shop after one week guess it makes sense that the shops would be overwhelmed.
