th540132: This is the shop that you take your truck to after you have had bad experiences elsewhere. They have kept my 2005 6.0 running strong for years. Gene personally fixed my injectors after I had multiple issues from other shops. Honest, fair, and thorough. There is a reason they have the ambulance/ commercial contacts in Fayetteville. Follow the professionals. I was actually curious someone rated them one star.....after reviewing their rating profile it was clear they only gave one star reviews. Only shop I trust in NC for diesel.

Mike Ambrose: Headache from day one. No second key, was told it was gettin cut, never did. Called up several more times then was told to just go get a key cut myself. Fast forward a few years. Truck needs service which I paid an extra couple hundred to a warranty for. Truck is held 2 weeks without even a diagnosis. Then I was told it wouldn’t be looked at until warranty was confirmed and discussed with Isuzu. Fast forward a month, I was asked for service records which were said to not be enough (date, service, mileage) don’t know what else I could supply. Send in more detailed records, no reply. Get agitated and write in again, “records not good enough”. Short of adding time I don’t know what I could possibly do. Now I’m stuck with a $18k plus paperweight and basically gettin told to F off. Thanks, for nothing.

Don Newton: Done a diagnostic on rollback and left without answer to problems and charged an extra $75 for EPA and shop fees and didn't do any mechanical work on truck. I would have been better off just donating the money to them ..At least I wouldn't have been without my truck for 4 days and still have the same problems with no answers. Most of their negative reviews on here are fake as you can see some dude is posting the same receipt over and over. As i said before, there is simply no better mechanic or welder around.

Nathan Harrison: This shop is convenient to my home and where I park my truck, however Every time I’ve been here there was a problem. First time i paid the invoice and left and then received a phone call saying i owe more money. This time i brought filters and oil in from Freightliner and some how my oil filters disappeared i brought the wrong fuel filters in and got those back and the air filter was used. But i still ended up paying over to 600 for the pm. I also brought the truck in earlier that week with broken hood mounts thinking they could fix it. And instead of just making me come back i was charged 75.00 for them to say we can work on that. So I’m not sure what happens to my oil filters and i just feel like they are taking advantage of people they don’t know. I hate to burn the bridge and say i won’t come back but i won’t be returning.Service:General repairs maintenance
Bruce Strickland: My truck has been to this shop 3 times for A/C work and each time their was an issue. First time my truck was there for a whole week not completed to tell me Friday I need a condenser. I’ll bring it back. Second time had the truck a week for a new condenser to put on and go pick it up it’s a puddle of oil leaking from a line. Had some stuff scheduled so I told them I’d bring it back with a new line due to being down a week already for few hr job. This last time they found my evaporator was full of dirt/mud and the air door was stuck open which should have been found the first time then charged me for stripping brand new stainless steel bolts that were in for 3days from a new floor I put in and said it was b/c it didn’t have antisieze on them (Throttle pin bushing put in). Nice friendly professional staff but the work is not up to my standards.

My driver sat and waited for DOT inspection for hours and instead of telling us there was no one there to do the invoice on the inspection and to send my driver somewhere else, she just decided it was appropriate to have her wait finish the inspection and not supply us with the proper paperwork. She was very rude and has no customer service skills at all. I have also sent a formal complaint in to the BBB. I only rated it one star because I had to. I will never send any of my drivers there again. STAY AWAY if you can. The technician was very nice and called and told me everything about the inspection.

H M: Called advanced maintenance who claim to have a 24 hour service and explained that we had an old Rv that had broken down. Spoke with someone called Robert who said he had 51 years experience n though his boys would not be able to work on it, he would come out and take a look at the vehicle. For 3 days we were just kept being told that he would call us later that day and fix an appointment. We finally gave up hope n looked for another mechanic at this point. Still haven't got the call from Robert a week later. Absolutely horrible customer service

This is a brand new truck with less than 3k miles. So you would think you would get some kind of assistance but ....nope. Thanks International for a truck that needs a shop after 1 week of operation and thank you for having a network of dealerships too busy to service your new trucks. But, I suppose if you need a shop after one week guess it makes sense that the shops would be overwhelmed.

Sam Mosley: We were traveling through Fayetteville, NC and our trailer was broken into overnight. We didn’t know anything about any of the trailer repair places in Fayetteville, but Ledwell was close to the hotel. Although they specialize in heavy duty trailers they were gracious and took care of us. They had to fabricate a part for us and even without an appointment they helped us immediately. Very friendly folks and we were very pleased with the work done to get us on our way again. I would highly recommend them.
Ryan Hair: I wanted to thank the Ledwell team for assisting me with an emergency repair on my Mobile Hydro Testing Trailer while working in the area. I needed some suspension parts replaced and they stopped what they were doing, diagnosed the repair needed, manufactured the parts, and had me on the road in under 2 hours at a reasonable charge.
