James Hendrix: I was in Fayetteville, NC for a funeral. I stopped by Mr. Tire to have my tire plugged. The gentleman asked me to come back after lunch. I went to the funeral and stopped by on the way back to have my tire fixed before I headed back home. The guys there worked me in and got my tire fixed. When I went to pay, the man at the front desk told me not to worry about it that I had more pressing matters to worry about. They didn't have to do that and I really appreciated them taking care of me.
pamelajmeadows: After leasing tires through R&R Tires and finding out the road hazard insurance expired once the lease was paid off and one of those tires blew out, Mr Tire Auto Service came to the rescue. Not only they do insure the tires they install on the vehicle, they do a complimentary brake and battery check. The weee also kind enough to offer me a cash discount, and kept me apprised on the status of my SUV.. I will continue to take the SUV there for oil changes, air filers, brakes, etc. Will and Chris are extremely nice but busy mechanics and forgive them if they cannot answer the phone right away. They are conveniently located on McPherson Church Road across from Luigi’s Italian Restaurant.

Darian White: Absolute breath of fresh air!I fit into the stereotype of the woman who knows nothing about cars, so I’ve had my fair share of being taken advantage of when it comes to my own ignorance about what I actually need done for my car and how much the services should cost.Let me say this simply, this location is filled with honest and kind employees. I came to have 3 tires replaced (and was readily expecting to be told “just get 4” even though, I really didn’t want to spend the extra money even if it was technically cheaper to do so).Hunter (name on the receipt, I never actually got his name so hopefully this is correct) helped me, and he was extremely polite. He did not even mention anything about trying to sell me a 4th tire and let me know of a deal on alignments they currently had.I agreed to the estimate for the 3 tires and the alignment, came back for my car just a few hours later and Hunter had informed me he did not end up doing an alignment because I didn’t need it. I was shocked, because honestly, I wouldn’t have known I didn’t need it and I had already approved the estimate including the alignment. I know he should’ve been expected to be this honest, but in my experience, this isn’t usually the case. A lot of people would’ve done it or not, and still charged me anyways. I would’ve never known.Thank you Hunter for being honest and kind!
Daesean Reeves: This place and their staff are completely useless. They even lie about issues with your car and even make up issues of their own. They don't help anything and will charge you an arm and a leg for problems that are even non existent. I've tested this myself. Heed my warning if you need a mechanic... Take your business and your chances somewhere else. Very unsatisfied and completely unacceptable...they only care about their money and not the customer. This place has never helped me and I've been here on multiple occasions thinking it was just one bad experience. Avoid this place and their staff. I absolutely hate this place I've made multiple visits and have caught them red handed In many lies. This place needs to be shut down permanently

They did new tires, spark plugs that they cracked putting them in and whatever else they did. This place is a joke!!!!! Sadly I have to give at least 1 star to post but to me they are a -10!!!!

Desss Leee: If you’re black don’t even think twice about coming here. A racist company! Which is why they have black lady as their main picture on google. They literally told me 39.99 when I called them and asked them how much an oil change is using the same oil I get any where else, then when I got up there and they realized I was black they told me my car could only take one type of oil then told me the price would be $90 something. Remind you, I get the same type of oil at any other car lot! Don’t even waste your time!
Anthony Johnson: Shop manager Chris and staff really took care of me again today. Had a clicking sound after running of lumber in the road and just knew I had a large bill coming, they repaired the problem and I had front brakes and rotors replaced and they rotated my tires for free. FANTASTIC.

Jay Mitchell: Went in for a front-end alignment on my 92 Mustang. Recently had to change out the rack and pinion myself.(bad leak) Noticed the BS service done, or should I say non-existent service done when I pulled the parts out that were never changed. Yes it's been about 18 months later because I drove 3 miles straight home and stopped driving the car, but who changes out an outer tie-rod with a tie-rod with a grease fitting, and doesn't install the grease fitting? Because it was never changed and was the work of another person before I bought the car. I wound up changing the entire steering rack myself and noticed no work was done. I was showed a bad strut but it was never changed. I was told the bad strut had to be changed and the outer tie-rod needed changed before I could get an alignment. I was pressed for time and told them to do the job. Too bad I didn't check behind them on the spot...Too bad I drove straight home and parked my car and never drove it till 18 months later when I noticed it still pulls to one side. A $75 to $100 front-end alignment turned into an over $1000 bill. My mistake for trusting this place for years. Glad I do my own work from now on! Will recommend to never go here. May Karma go crazy on this place.

Just a bad experience that could have been completely avoidable. SMH.

Jeanna H: Be careful when getting tires from this place. I actually dont recommend even going here. Customer service is horrible. When tightening the lug nuts my fiance expressed that they needed to be tightened using the tool (proper pattern purposes) instead of the machine. The last time all of the lug nuts had to be cut off because they were tightened improperly. The employee ignored him and used the machine anyway. He most certainly will not be doing anymore business there. If we have to get them cut off again we will be sending them the bill and filing the proper paperwork.

E Paxton: I've been here atleast 7-8 times. I have the worst luck with tires, but they always have my size available. Only thing is, the prices are always different. 🤷♀️ maybe its the brand? But they let me stay in the car while they change my tire, and I'm back on the road within 20 minutes, every time. Going back for another tire in a few days. And with my luck, I'll be back in a few months. Also, the guys are ALWAYS respectful. Sometimes being a woman by yourself, young guys get weird but not here. The owners are very nice too. 10/10.

Anthony o'garra: The customer service...meaning the wife is the only reason i came back after my brakes was installed wrong by a independent mechanic that rented a bay from them......but after today im done.....4 out of 6 of my lug nuts were loose...meaning i could turn with my finger....the installer didn't use the correct deepwell socket....needless to say i was almost back to work (went on my lunch break) before i felt the wobbling....had to go to the bragg blvd location to their independent mechanic (a different one from the one who did my brakes...) to tighten up......i missed 3hrs of work...had to hear my bosses mouth.....only for the owner to offer me a discount next time......THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME...honestly i want to be reimbursed the 78 dollars...actually 87 dollar cause i gave a 10 $tip.......will not go back...and definitely will not be referring them anymore......smh....

Anthony Beal: They broke TWO of my lugs off, didn't own up to it when I brought it back to them to show them, and something as simple as a 50 dollar used tire, costed me 228 in parts and 200 in labor to fix. They didn't use the proper torque when putting on my lug nuts and snap two of them. Then didn't say anything and let me drive off in my tire almost came off. Do not let these people work on your car!!!

Susan Gower: A few days ago, I had a punctured tire and took my car to this location. I arrived right before they closed. I had taken the car to Ed's tires earlier that same day and gotten my tire repaired. Unfortunately, I left work to find it was still leaking air. In a frenzy, I went to the closest location (this one). Kierstin welcomed me with a smile and compassion! She quickly assessed the issue and called in another mechanic from a different location. Dean showed up after his shift had already ended and changed my tire out with my spare. Kierstin ordered me a new tire, which was delivered the next morning. All of this happened after they closed. They were kind enough to help me when most places probably wouldn't. Kierstin was very reassuring after having a stressful day over this tire situation. The next day, she contacted me to let me know the new tire was ready at my convenience to have it replaced. As I drove up, she happened to be at the bay and waved me in as if I were family. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the service and care I received.I was previously very loyal to a different location of Ed's tire. On more than one occasion, I felt very uncomfortable and an inconvenience rather than a customer.I will come back to this location and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for car maintenance or repair.

She went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't be stuck when the car had to go back (through no fault of theirs), and got it back on the road quickly, with courtesy, and at a great price. Had to turn around and come back the next day because the 2nd guy said the 1st guy lied and didn’t do it the first time. Only good thing i can say about them is that they’re fast. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else

Bill Nasta: Quoted $ 350 for front rotors and pads. Was charged an additional 120 for a brake hose. When I picked it up the rotors were not replaced. The car would pull to the right and the pads have already wore out in 3 months. Had to bring it to a REAL mechanic. BEWARE OF A TOTAL RIP-OFF.
