Javier: I've been in to the store four times and can truly say the customer experience is above average. Today I spoke with Savannah and Kris and they both made me feel welcome. We were given options between uniforms and asked about other items we might consider for use either now or in the future. The entire time we were there we saw nothing but smiles. Great staff and a beautiful store! The owner is definitely doing something right because the staff is always in a great mood and working hard. We will definitely be returning for all of our future purchases. Thank you!

Eddie: The workers here are usually very upbeat and attentive and make it a point to greet and walk up to you to ask if you need help..but whoever was working the floor 6/12/23 there was none of that for me. Even if they weren’t actively doing anything they looked me in my face, walked past me and didn’t say a thing like they were busy. If I wasn’t required to get my uniforms from here for nursing school, I’d just order them off Amazon for cheaper like I normally do.
Tamika Johnson: I came to the store and could not find more than 2 options of scrubs that fit my size until a sales associate Jamika came and assisted me. I was ready to walk out and she came over and saved the day. The store got $200 out of me because of Jamika. GREAT customer service. Keep this young lady around!

Melissa Rouse: I went into this store for my very 1st time today. I had absolute fantastic customer service from Savannah. I am a larger person and she treated me with the utmost respect. Not once did I feel embarrassed about my size while working with her. She showed me several different styles of scrubs that would accommodate my size. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you Savannah for making this experience an easy one for me. I will definitely be coming back and referring fellow colleagues to this store for scrubs.
Shahari Pierce: This is a really neat store! I was very surprised by how large it is on the inside. They have a variety of items, from scrubs, shoes, novelty items and masks. They also custom design I.D tag holders and badges for any occupation. The customer service was outstanding! I caught them on their black friday sale, and ended up getting everything half off! I am definitely returning for products I may need in the future. I highly recommend them.

Farah Manila Hennis: First visit today and I'll deff be coming back in the future. The store is large and open and there's a wide variety of colors and brands. All the team members were super friendly and helpful, gave advise and kept checking back in with me to see if I needed anything. I had our 3 year old with me and they set him up with crayons and coloring pages so I was able to shop in peace. The scrubs I picked are super comfortable and came at a good price as well. Can't wait to wear them at work.

Breanna Wade: They have a okay option to choose from and you can order things if they don't have it but if you need anything bigger then a 3x; there isn't all that much to choose from & very little in store options.. the prices are high (uniforms are expensive) but I found a place with better options and prices in Spring Lake..

David Hargis: Great hometown store for a wide variety of emergency services uniforms and associated paraphernalia. Tactical pants to dress uniforms, they have it. They have boots and shoes for all uniform needs. They even have a selection of gear bags, packs, and moral patches.. They spawned another whole company specializing in way more bags, military luggage company also here in town.

I waited in line to ask a question while one of the employees carried on small talk with her coworker ( who was assisting the person in front of me). Secondly, I did not like the disrespect from the same employee who seemed like she did not want to assist me in the first place as well as took the time to help her coworker find a hotel for her family ( This took place in the middle of assisting me). I felt very disrespected and once my items are received I will not spend anymore money at American Uniform Sales.

Steff B: My first and last time in this store today. Purchased a scrub jacket for work. Cashier rang price at $29. I had to ask about employer discounts. After discount applied, price was $23. Six dollar difference. The employee was willing to let a customer overpay for a purchase. Make sure you ask for your discount because this place just wants your money, not customer loyalty or repeat business.
Taylor Baskett: Friendly staff. Even if I can’t find what I’m looking for in store they always offer to help me by either calling their other location in Fayetteville for me on Skibo Road or they will order it for me and I was able to choose between picking it up in store or having it shipped to me house. They also give discounts on specific items!

L M: I knew I would find what I was looking for at Castle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I found a large selection of uniforms in a multitude of styles and colors. Besides uniforms, they have shoes and accessories for the job. They will help find what you need, even if it's not in stock.

Joni Attou: This is my first CNA class and wasn't sure what brand to buy. People were so helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. I bought a stethoscope and a blood pressure cuff. Both have warranties and work very well. They have a variety of colors, but when they didn't have the color cuff i liked, they offered to go to another store for me and had more there to choose from my second trip back. Thanks to Ursula Suitt. She was very kind and friendly. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone who needs medical supplies or uniforms. They also offer discounts to students. Great experience.

From prompt resolution to any questions we may have had right down to the on site service. Our driver, Josh Faircloth, could not be more professional, efficient or polite. Debra Kidd: The Oil Changer has been using Cintas Uniform Services for many years. They provide us with Uniforms, shop rags and rugs. We have had different drivers over time. Currently Garret is our Driver. He does a great job attending to our needs and requests.
Amy Gaines: Brandon does all he can to assist IR with our uniform needs. He brings suggestions to the table when we have questions and need options. Brandon introduces new product available. He even provided samples to assist employees with their selections.The only negative that I can say would be that it takes too long to get some of the products. I have employees waiting 3 or 4 weeks for products that are advertised in the Cintas catalog. I would like to see a quicker turnaround.Overall.. satisfied with my dealings with Brandon and CIntas.

DAVE ZWIEBEL: Great company that is very lucky to have a employee like Brandon that is accommodating and goes above and beyond to insure that all of our needs are met. Anything from uniforms, supplies, or issues with billing he is able to take care of it in a very professional manner. Also a good driver, maneuvers his big Cintas truck around our parking lot which is very crowded and is thoughtful enough to park in a way to keep traffic flowing.
