Now I’m finding that the furniture is stain resistant so I’m very disappointed with that because it cost a lot of money, but will call the store! Now onthe other hand I would give a 5 star but very disappointed in the customer service I got from the sales person! I wanted other items and discussed with the person who never got back with me on the item I wanted and I was not satisfied with the service! Over all nice furniture!

From the moment we walked in, we felt the difference between this store VS the other big box stores in the area. It was comfortable, welcoming, was clean, and the customer service started immediately and didn’t stop. Coming to a store with 4 kids can always be a challenge but Martin assured us they were fine, even welcomed their piano playing. We loved that we were able to look around as we pleased but if we had a question Martin was right there whenever we called him over. We had previously went to another store and felt so pressured, the salesperson gave us no space to shop. Martin knew exactly when to enter and exit the conversations. The knowledge of product Mayra and Martin held was unmatched. Do yourself a favor, don’t shop anywhere else. We loved everything we picked out and the delivery guys were incredible, punctual, very neat, quick and efficient. I couldn’t imagine doing business elsewhere. We are truly so pleased with how this went. Multiple store visits and they welcomed us warmly each time, worked out delivery around our vacation and really gave us peace of mind with our decision. Thank you again Martin & Mayra we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to future purchases.

The atmosphere and employees were very welcoming. This place had exactly what we were looking for & honors military discount. Although COVID delayed my full shipment Martin, the manger & his team was very informative. He made sure we had the essentials which was the bed & the dresser. After a few months of waiting the entire set arrived. He even gave my husband & I a house warming gift for being patient. Their delivery team communicated & were clean & efficient.

The incident still happened so I cannot go back to the original 5 stars but the issue was resolve favorably.Day 2: My original score was 5 stars but I unfortunately have to change it now. I received a call from the sales rep stating that I would need to pay them an extra $1251 if I wanted the items I had already purchased the day prior. The document I signed states that all sales are final. I have told them that I expect to see my items delivered on the agreed date with no further charges. If they fix the issue and deliver the items I will bump my score back up and update this. I have also issued a complaint with the BBB.Original post: Very happy with this store, good deals good people.

DJ Wolf: So I am having my family over for Thanksgiving this year and I needed some furniture, sofa, loveseat, just somewhere for my fam to sit and be comfortable.Going to all the furniture stores over Fayetteville I searched for a sofa loveseat set that I would be happy with. Good construction, comfortable, good material, and something that will hold up after 5 - 10ish years.I found a set I liked, talked to a woman about the build, quality, and everything, she shot me an offer, I thought it over, the following day I bought the set for deal less than originally given.Was able to schedule a delivery date, later this week for the evening time. So far this company is on top of it all. Good customer service, good products, good service, and pretty good selection of furniture in their display area.Update- My new sofa and love seat have been delivered. The two individuals who delivered them were able to get the set up the stairs to a third story, the furniture is in the same condition as it was in the store.They called me in advance to set a time prior to showing, it was all delivered on time. The two individuals were able to get the furniture up to my place and placed it where I wanted.Overall I am very pleased with this company and how they conduct themselves. I will in the future look to shopping here again if I need another piece of furniture.
