B Cash: Placed my order for an item to be picked up, my item was ready when I got there, the cardboard packaging had a couple little dents (item wasn't damaged by any means) and the gentleman at checkout offered a discount because the shipping was a little rough and I declined the discount but I appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I found a couple of interesting books while browsing and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I will definitely return in the near future just to browse.

Brenda Byers-Banks: Love the set up of this location; it’s huge inside. They have a great selection of all kinds of books. I love their adult coloring books and science fiction selection. The workers are knowledgeable and I can always find a seat inside to do a little reading before I continue shopping around.

Reeze The Vampire: This is the smallest Barnes & Noble I've been to, but it also has the BEST organization I've seen at one. The staff is friendly and the store is clean, but I do miss the smell of coffee; this location doesn't have a café in it like others. Other than that, you probably know what to expect from a Barnes & Noble.

Ayanna Battle: This location does a great job at organizing contents and being engaging to their customers. I am never fearful of asking for assistance with books and even for asking for similar recommendations. I never fear a long wait when needing assistance either, and when getting recommendations they are mindful to keep them relevant to my original inquiry.

But in the end, I always find the one or two books I want. Everyone that works there on any given day is helpful and sweet.

If you are a reader, you understand the feeling of being surrounded by a bunch of books. 📚 However,I didn't buy books, I bought journals, (I decided I wanted to have a set of journals that sit on my bookshelf uniformed like an old set of encyclopedias) Many bookstores are becoming extinct but I'm glad there is still a Barnes & Noble tou can go to, even if it's an hour away.

Lilly Q: I picked up an online order here and they gave me a book with a HUGE GASH on the spine…Definitely check your books once they give them to you since she sneakily put them in a bag for me so I didn’t see it until I got home.I had to stay on chat with an online agent to get a measly 20% refund on it.I wish I got her name, but she had red short hair and she was very dismissive. I asked her if I could pick up my mobile order and she asked me “did you even get a notification that it’s ready yet…” …yes I did. That’s why I’m HERE ASKING YOU FOR IT.Needless to say, go to a different Barnes and noble. You will be getting poor service if you come here.

Amy Wolford: Went in this store before going to a movie and was looking for “The Tao of Pooh”. Kenny was working behind the customer service desk and let me know he would be right with me as he continued to help enthusiastically others on the phone. When it was my turn I asked if the book I was looking for was in and unfortunately it was not. He did offer to order it for me which was super nice. I asked if “The Te of Piglet” was in and it was. Kenny wrote down the location and author on a piece of paper and offered to take me up to the second floor to show me where it was. I noticed he was busy so I suggested that I would be ok to find it myself. After several minutes passed I def could not find it but sure enough Kenny must have noticed I wasn’t down yet or maybe he was coming up to just check and he helped me right away. Very friendly and really wonderful. Grateful to have such wonderful people still eager to help and great at what they do.
