Ada Prudente: me and my boyfriend always come to this party city the employees are often rude. Today he was standing outside while his car was getting fixed. He had just got off work so he was in his work outfit ( obviously not clean ) waiting for me to pick him up, then someone approaches him threatening that the employees were going to call the cops if he didnt leave .. He was standing there less than 5 minute. They shouldn't assume since he is a poc that he was going to do something wrong when he was just standing there waiting for me. Do better party city !! Your employees could of left the whole situation alone and not have to threaten to call the cops for no reason! Not everyone in a work uniform is sketchy stop assuming!

Ravi Patel: All of the employees were very helpful with getting our gender reveal box ready! We showed up and handed our results to them, they worked very quickly and got us the box within 30 minutes. Destiny was the biggest help and made the day for us!

Emily: Horrible service and Customer service. I had bought my sweet sixteen balloon bouquet and I was told it was a two hour wait to get them inflated. Four hours later I personally had to call them to get a notification about my ballon order and I was told they were still not ready. I was heading for dinner already and I asked the employee if I could pick them up the next day. I arrive the morning of the next day and to my surprise my ballon’s were not properly done. Half of them at the register the other somewhere else. I was horrified and upset. As I talked with them about the situation they blamed it on me for not picking them up the day I had ordered them. Keep in mind I had warned them that I was not going to be able too. Then as they took there time to inflate the balloons they start talking about football and the most random things. I believe that was not the time to play around while a upset customer was their. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this in counter was just that horrible. Hopefully they can get it together but for now I rather buy my own helium tank and inflate my own balloons.

I was looking to order two number balloons for my husbands birthday and when I called the store, a representative told me I would need to purchase in store if I wanted them blown up. I drive to the store which is 35 min away for them to tell me they only do balloon bouquets. It is unfortunate because I wanted to give this business a try but false advertising and a lack of transparency with your customers is NOT worth my money!

The Balloonz staff is very customer service oriented and have many add on’s that will truly make your experience and event one of a kind. Just to name a few, custom up lighting that really transforms that all white space, Hedge walls, pestidals in almost every size, and shape, photo-both, and two elegant built in photo backdrops. Melanie Adamo: Awful experience with this company. I called on Friday to request a small delivery to a friend for today and the girl told me to complete the inquiry form by 5pm. I completed the form by 5pm, pulling off to the side of the road with my kids in the car to make the deadline. It took me 15 minutes to complete this ridiculous form and I never heard back. I call this morning to check on the status and she proceeds to tell me she never got the form so she can't fulfill my order. If she allegedly didn't get my form by 5pm, why wouldn't she call me to say that when we had only spoken 30 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, when I explained how disappointed I was today, she proceeded to laugh. It's really sad that a young immature girl can ruin someone's business. I would NOT give this company my money, that's for sure. STAY AWAY!

Kara Deans: I work at a local comminity college and due to the covid-19 pandemic we had a drive thru graduation for our students instead of our traditional face-to-face ceremony. Amazing Balloons created an archway for students to drive under at the beginning of the graduation line. The arch was absolutely beautiful and perfect! She even took on an extravagant DIY project for me, just because that’s how kind and devoted she is! She was always happy to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, or the time of day.Nothing seemed to rattle Tara. We had a big last minute change the day before our wedding, and I had a wardrobe emergency after my ceremony - Tara immediately provided reassurance and calmly took care of every situation. She even Instacarted my best friend flip flops so she could continue dancing through the evening!Tara felt like a friend during this whole process. At first, I didn’t have much interest because I am already Type A and hyper-organized, and I felt like I could do an adequate job on my own. Boy, was I wrong! Nicole thought through every possible detail of our day. She put out fires for us behind the scenes and before we ever got word of issues. Nicole made sure every second of our special day flowed smoothly. She is exceptional at planning, coordinating and executing on every possible detail, but she does it all with patience, grace, and impeccable taste all while being mindful of my vision and making the day exactly what we wanted for ourselves as a couple. Raquel Ledbetter: Came in right at 10 A.M. and the attendant was very helpful as I had to order balloons last minute for a work celebration. She was very kind and helpful and helped direct me to which balloons were available.

Jessica Vega: It’s an ok store. A lot of the stuff is all over the place and the service you get here is pretty hit or miss. I’ve had excellent visits, but during my most recent one I had a pretty rude cashier who didn’t even speak to me other than to tell me the total and to put my card in the machine. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever else she was doing.

Brittni Sanborn: Every time I go to this place it’s always a cluster, wish there was another place to go to. Customer service sucks checking out always takes 30 minutes plus and the workers just seem like they don’t have a care in the world to help or be productive.

P James: They refused to take a credit card return without the credit card being present. Yes we had the receipt. The card used to purchase the items was from someone out of town. So it appears we are stuck with sorry items we can't use.

I picked my balloons and it took, maybe 10 minutes. Even the manager asked me if I was finding everything okay. My wife was super happy with hers balloons. Thanks again for excellent customer service.
