Samantha Haslam: First of all the sign on the building has a different name than this one, I had no idea if I was at the right place, the cooks/ dishwashers were all outside talking about how "good I looked", the guy at the counter was paying more attention to his phone when I walked in then looked at me like I was stupid when i said I was picking up a doordash, they give you the smallest amount of rice, and I have never heart Indian food referred to as bland but I will be the first to say this is FLAVORLESS. The city won’t be missing much when this restaurant tanks.

I just moved to Raleigh in October & haven’t had chicken tikka masala since I left Fayetteville along with my favorite local Indian restaurant & this might have them beat. Jennifer Kane: Literally some of the worst Indian food I've ever had. We had the Gobi Manchurian, the dal makhani and the Mutton Rogan Josh. The Gobi Manchurian was small and soggy, the Dal Makhani was a strange color and smelled bad. It had a greenish tint which I've never experienced, I am almost not sure if they simply gave me the wrong dish or what? The mutton rogan Josh was the most palatable, but was mostly bones. The garlic naan tasted like it has been frozen and reheated.I rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews but I was blown away by just how unappetizing these dishes were. I had leftovers and tossed all of them, which in this economy really means something.

Maria Johnson: Dr. Cook is a wonderful Doctor and I really enjoyed his individual service, I also have been going to him since 2016. The only problem that I have with his business is the front desk receptionist, Mrs. Cook. The clerk was rude and I was told that my appointment was canceled for the reason that Dr. Cook was not my primary doctor. I am a female and I have different doctors for different reasons. The clerk booked my appointment and in the midst of our conversation she got sassy and I returned the energy. Within 4 minutes of the ended conversation and the booked appointment, I received a voice mail saying that my appointment was canceled with the above reasoning. I have ran into passed issues with the front desk but I dismissed those issues because I really enjoyed Dr. Cook work. My coworker that referred me to his office also had issues with the same lady about wearing a mask and in the office and being judge for walking in with out one and then charging him a dollar for the mask. This was in December 2022!!! When he offered to pay for people who will come in behind without a mask she declined the offer. What a joke.
Sofia D.: Looking for a new primary care doctor. Called twice to inquire on separate days that they were open and no answer! I also sent an email via their website days ago and no answer. What kind of a place doesn’t even answer their phones two separate days and let alone a medical facility. From the other reviews this seems to be a recurrent issue. Steer clear.

Very unprofessional but they have a sign that reads if you cancel your appointment theres a $25 dollar charge. PAY ME FOR WAITING AND WASTING MY TIME. Not recommended at all.

Other physicians pretty much convinced me that I was making up symptoms. Within a month of visiting. I had a clear program for resolution.
outis: Absolutely terrible. It's a pain to get referrals. I've been trying to get a refill for months and I was told it would be called in. It never was. I feel terrible, came in to speak to someone, and the woman honestly told me there was nothing she could do. This is the most negligent medical practice I have ever tolerated.

Pkarry Makeup: Absolutely the worst cook out experience I had. I was in the drive thru this afternoon around 2:30pm trying to place my order with my elderly parents, who were trying to decide what they wanted. The lady on the intercom was very nasty after I was giving her my order, there was a disconnect and I wasn’t sure if she heard me and I repeated that I wanted the cheddar white bites and she yelled at me saying “I already heard you say that what else do you want”. I told her there was no reason to yell at me and I would be giving my money to any place that is being disrespectful. I am absolutely disgusted.

Toma Pickett: We decided to swing in for some eats after a long day. The drive thru attendant was fairly rude because I was not a prolific user of the menu and said "I'm going to just the way you ordered this" then proceeded to laugh at me for my novice ordering skills. My better half fixed my order and we were on our way with the right food items and the correct price by the time we were done at the window. The window employee was friendly and had tons of customer service skills and outshined his counterpart behind the microphone. We enjoyed our dinner of chicken strips/ cheese curds/ sauces/ and Sweet teas. I'll be a better customer next time, and avoid the ridicule.

Daniel Bartholomew (dbart): My favorite fast food place in Raleigh. They have two drive-thru lanes wrapping around either side of the building. The parking lot is cramped, especially in the evening and around lunch. You'll be happier if you leave your full-size truck or giant SUV home and bring your compact car. They also have a walk-up window, but I don't use that much. There's no indoor seating (or indoor anything) but there is a little outdoor seating, but I wouldn't recommend using it. Their burgers are great, as are the shakes, hush puppies, and bacon wrap. I also really like their Cheerwine float. This is my go-to stop when I need a burger fix.

I spoke to a nice individual that was apologetic and seemed as they truly wanted to be helpful. Asked if I would like a call from the owner of this location and I agreed please. Of course no attempt was made to contact me, oh well not the end of the world. I decided ok its been a few weeks, cooperate handled the issue with the employees here so I stopped by around 12:40 pm. Simple order, no onions. They kept cutting me off at the speaker, wanted to order more but the employees don't want that, get to the window trying to ask for some ketchup but I cant without breaking the conversation the employees were having about personal life, when i finally got a chance you'd thought Id asked something abnormal. Roll of the eyes for some ketchup and basically throw it out the window. and wouldn't you know it the burger had onions. Listen i know this isn't 4 star dining, i imagine its not a high paying job, its also not difficult to be a decent person and to actually care maybe a little bit. If this company wants my business anymore the owner will need to contact me from this point on. Go by and see for yourself its almost comical at this point how rude the people are at this location. Morgan Turner: I highly recommend Collin Cook as a Raleigh attorney to use if you need a lawyer to help you with a NC speeding ticket. Not only were they quick to respond but they got my situation with the NC DMV handled within a week and gave me excellent legal advice. His paralegal, Lisa, was fantastic as well. Sharna Futrell: Ms. McLaurin is extremely rude and will definitely run patients away. If Dr. Cook is now selective in who he wants as patients, that's fine too. I totally understand why someone would have to be considered a new patient if they haven't been seen in almost two years. However, her tone, her "as a matter of fact" attitude, and her take it or leave it approach has absolutely floored me! My husband and I have been patients of this practice for many years. Her professionalism and mannerism are unacceptable.
